on his way back.

I think he is remorseful

about how you introduce

a lot of that as well.

It's a little tough

because my dad hurt my mom,
and I'm a woman.

to protect my mom

at all costs,

get them back?

one thing that I felt
I had to do

was isolate myself,
get away from them.

They don't wanna be with you,

and they were always trying
to reach out to me.

And I can't visit,

got me back in and...

I've been visiting them
more often now.

It's definitely gonna
take some time

to really fully heal.

I think it's just a process

and we're still
going through it.

if it ever could happen.

my parents,
my mother would say,
