curves and contours

On this vent, the difficultpart is to fit the vinyl in.

If you don't fit thevinyl in proper, next day

when you come here, you'regoing to have a massive bubble.

Obviously, the customer
requires perfection.

Like, you know, this
car is brand new

and the variety of cars
he has is obviously

the highest level of cars.

But we're providing the highestpossible finish in here.

So it will work.

ANNOUNCER: This hyper
car is built by hand.

This edge is a bit
lower than the door.

ANNOUNCER: Vasile uses
cutting tape for a trick

to create a perfect line.

So what we've
done yesterday, we

basically done a fake line onthe edge underneath the edge.

So we can still
keep the same line.

We've done pretty much
everything on the door.

It's all around finished.

All looks nice and clean.

Double check if it
matches with the skirt.

ANNOUNCER: The sweeping new sideprofile should look seamless.

So that's just perfect.

So we put a digital
dashboard on it.

We put a sound system.

We changed the wheels.

That car must have
been worth, if I

say 1,000 pound when
it turned up here,

he spent a good 10,
15 grand on that car.

But it's wow.

There must have been a timethough when you weren't, you

know, such a celebrity inthe world of your business

and dealing with
celebrity clients.

And you were starting up.

And you had your
little workshop.

And it was hard and all that.

So can you go back that far?

So if I go back,
I would do it all.

Some people will not do
it on this [inaudible]..

It's like the B&Q. I workedat Marks and Spencers stacking

shelves, doing the night shiftin Brent Cross with gloves

on, freezing my hands off.

do now with the red line

is to pretty much
level the lines on.

So I'm going to run
a pinstripe again.

And it needs to be
laid kind of perfect.

And it needs to be straight.

When you think
everything is perfect

and then you can
add one more thing,

and it's like the
whole car is changed.

One pinstripe had
changed the whole car.

And I'm happy to do that.

It just looks amazing.

laid it pretty low.

and have a look if they
