for his new Mercedes.

OK, so Mike Fox--

The difference is

Vasile, you're going to
be adding camo print all

over the vehicle
like we normally do,

but not a massive extreme.

I'll get a picture of howhe exactly wants this.

Pav, we're removing the220d badging off the back.

It's not been back on, so makesure Alex doesn't fit that.

YIANNI: All chrome
to gloss black.

We're leaving the roof.

Mirrors are staying
black as well.

We're smoking the rear lights.

Leandro and Mikey, we'retinting the front windows.

He wants the front
grille-- just come down

and have a look at this for me.

Obviously the surrounds.

How long would it take you lotto wrap all these little dots,

plus black as well?

VASILE: A whole day.

YIANNI: OK.

We're not doing it.

Any issues on the car?

VASILE: Shouldn't be any.

No, not really.

YIANNI: Pav-- stripping the car.Piece of cake?

Not a problem.
YIANNI: Standard?

Let's stick on the windscreen.Let's go, yeah?

NARRATOR: First job
is to strip the car,

and Pav is feeling confident.

PAV: I can probably stripthis whole car in about

an hour, hour and a half max.

NARRATOR: Mike is workingthe rear of the coupe, where

the large Mercedes badge
hides a remote control

rear parking camera.

Now.

All right.

Switch it off.

No, that's not going to happen.

All right.

And pop the boot then.
No.

There's two different types ofthese where if ones comes off,

when you put it into reverse,it knocks the camera out,

and you're able to unclipthe badge and take it off.

But this one has to come
out from the inside,

so we're going to have tostrip the boot lid, the lights,

and the camera from the inside.

NARRATOR: This job has justgot a lot more complicated,

but the team is used totroubleshooting problems,

and Mike strips the
boot lining to access

the complex wiring limb.

So we had that issue withthe camera on the boot lid.

So I've had to take
the whole unit off.

So that is it just there.

And now to move
onto the bomb part.

We'll strip it down
as much as possible

so the guys find
it easier to wrap.

[music playing]

NARRATOR: The workshop
is maxed, but Deji,

who has his own gaming,comedy, and prank channel,

arrives in his supercar.

He's part of a
successful social media

dynasty with brother, KSI.

With millions of followers,cars are an important part

of both of their lives.

And it has to be Lamborghinis.

But this isn't the look
Deji usually goes for.

YIANNI: What have
you done to your car?

And this happened
the next morning.

London was bad.

[laughing]

YIANNI: Oh, god.

DEJI: Oh.

on this satin chrome gold wrapwith reflective black Tron

stripes.

But all that will have to go.

Meanwhile, in the workshop, thestrip on Mike Fox's Mercedes

is done and the
team begin the wrap.

YIANNI: Is that a linerunning through the bonnet?

If we heat them up, they'll go.
VASILE: Yeah.

Usually you heat them
up and they disappear.

Just because it
might be from the way

that the vinyl was rolledfrom the factory or whatever.

YIANNI: Right.

So when you're heating
it up, what's happening?

Nothing.
YIANNI: Nothing at all.

MIKEY: No, nothing at all.So we tried this one.

VASILE: I did heat
this whole area here.

MIKEY: So we're
afraid it's that whole

roll-- the whole 18 meters.

YIANNI: Have we
looked at the roll?

We unrolled the first five,maybe, let's say, [inaudible]..

YIANNI: And it's got
a line across it.

All the way.

YIANNI: [exhaling] That's a--that's a massive problem now.

That mean you've
got nothing to wrap.

We've got a whole car here,and we've wrapped one panel.

NARRATOR: The faint
line is due to a flaw

in the vinyl manufacture.

Yianni takes any imperfectionseriously, as every wrap puts

his reputation on the line.

Social media helped
make him, but it

could also break
him, unless he keeps

on top of quality control.

YIANNI: OK.

We do have one option.

Can you hide this with the camo?

Well, you're going
to get lost most of it.

YIANNI: Yeah.

And you're going to show acontinuous line everywhere.

YIANNI: OK.

So not 100% cover it.

YIANNI: But the camo--
but the chrome camo

should take away the eye.

VASILE: It should

So with the red, it's
got slight, faint lines

running through certain panels.

But because your
car is going camo,

pretty much 90% of it.

so the team can crack
on with the red wrap.

But for boss Yianni, he'sbouncing from one problem

The car needs to be
fully, fully stripped.

on the underside of the vinyl,and it simply peels away.

smoke gray paintwork

looks immaculate on the sides.

Bert's nailing this strip.

NARRATOR: The bigconcern is the front end.

It's been vandalized.

But has the vinyl
protected the surface,

into wrapping the side panels.

And having worked togetheron hundreds of cars,

they have a great understanding.

VASILE: We've been
working together

since the first day we came in.

MIKEY: Mm.

VASILE: Like three
years and 1/2 ago.

We teamed up, and since
then, we're smashing it.

VASILE: Three years

to the paintwork.

Back in the shop, the E Classsatin red wrap is moving fast,

and Mikey is
finishing the bumper.

The Mercedes is
already being refitted

as Vas rushes to get the
distinctive camouflage

design sorted upstairs.

I've done the design
on the computer,

so the next machine
will cut the vinyl,

and that will do the job for me.

NARRATOR: The
plotting machine gives

the team the chance
to create really

unusual shapes and designs.

It gives them the edge ina highly competitive world.

After the cut this
finished, it comes here.

Start peeling this.

It's pretty much done.

We have all the bits we
need for the whole car.

These are going to be appliedindividually on the car,

based on my design.

And yeah, that will givethe camo look on the car.

I think this is it.

OK, guys.

Mercedes coming down.

NARRATOR: The camouflageis the last thing to go on.

But for owner Mike
Fox, it's the most

important part of his design.

Now I'm going to startapplying bit by bit on the car

according to my good eye.

Place each oneindividually and basically

is whatever I think looks good.

places to hide the
flaws in the vinyl.

Finally, the distinctive
design is finished.
