(Lady Fluttering Fist)

(Episode 24)

Hm? Today the Tai Chi faculty contestants have yet to appear

What's going on? - What do we do?

It's this time already. Xiao Xiao hasn't given up on the competiiton, has she?

The match between between Xiao Xiao and the Gui Yuan Sect is going to start!

1 minute till the match starts

If the Tai Chi faculty contestants do not reach here by then,

They'll be automatically judged as having lost

and Liu Qing and Wang Zhaotian will directly advance to the final

Ah, Tai Chi faculty's team captain Feng Piaopiao approaches

but what about contestant Xiao Xiao?

If Xiao Xiao still does not reach here, she'll have forfeited the match

And Gui Yuan Sect's Liu Qing will directly advance to the final

40 seconds till the match starts

Now going into count down phase

10 seconds till the match starts

Now it seems contestant Xiao Xiao will surely be late

Five!

Four!

Three!

Two!

One!

Wei Chu!

Sorry we're late

Apologies to the audience here!

I've just received a notice

Contestant Xiao Xiao was injured in her last fight

After validation of her condition,

she's deemed unable to take part in this semi-finals round

Hence reserve contestant Wei Chu will enter the battle!

Wei Chu! Wei Chu! ...

First match of the semi-finals,

Tai Chi faculty's Wei Chu vs Gui Yuan Sect's Liu Qing,

shall begin !

yeah ! woohoo!

Tai Chi faculty wins!

His moves are even more flexible and variable

Surprisingly, in these years of being injured,

not only has his skills not deproved

they've become stronger instead!

2nd match of the semi-finals,

Tai Chi faculty's Feng Piaopiao vs Ba Qi Sect's Wang Zhaotian!

Little girl of the Feng family

From what I know, your relationship with the Tai Chi Sect is not so good

Why represent them here?

How about you go down, and hand me the championship?

Who're you to control me?

Insolence!

First match of the semi-finals officially begins! (should be 2nd match but he announced wrongly XD )

Feng Piaopiao takes the Tai Chi rising stance

Can she defeat Wang Zhaotian?

Let's all open our eyes wide

wait and see!

That's all there is to Tai Chi kungfu

If you exit now,

you can still keep your life

Piaopiao, you can do it !

Get up

This match, we admit defeat

Little girl

count yourself lucky today

Wei Chu, long time no see

Indeed, long time no see

Wang Zhaotian wins!

After a short break,

we shall welcome the final match!

Why didn't you tap out?

If you kept on fighting

then just like me back then

you'd be crippled

or even ... killed

Sorry

You've done nothing wrong

Just leave the following to me

Dear audience, welcome back to the competition site !

After an hour-long break

The final match of this Nationwide Martial Arts Convention, now begins!

This former champion

Lineage holder of the hidden Tai Chi school of the Wei Family

Can he defeat contestant Wang Zhaotian of the Ba Qi Sect, to reclaim glory

Or will he leave the arena with regret?

I tell you, for Wei Chu there's surely no problem!

Couldn't Wei Chu have won with one move?

How could Wei Chu play hero at this time?

If I used force just now, you'd have gone down

You're seeking death?

Today I'll cripple you!

Tai Chi kungfu strikes back from dangerous ground!

As expected of Wei Chu, the lineage holder of the Wei family hidden school!

Wei Chu !

Wei Chu! Wei Chu! ...

Congratulations to the Tai Chi Sect

for obtaining the championship of the Nationwide Martial Arts Convention!

According to the accumulated scores of the 5 Tai Chi Sect contestants,

Feng Piaopiao shall, as individual champion,

go on to lead the Tai Chi 5-person team

to take part, representing China, in the World Martial Arts Convention

What's surprising is that

Feng Piaopiao and Xiao Xiao are both not traditional Tai Chi successors

The Tai Chi Sect has broken the family bias

Wang Zhaotian, on a series of charges including illegal imprisonment and failed kidnapping attempt,

we now arrest you! Take him away!

Go !

Tan Lin!

You sold me out!

Uncle

This is what you deserve

Once in jail,

remember to reform properly, Uncle

Move!

Unhand me! unhand me!

Let's go

Today you're the real main character

Give a good performance

Tai Chi goes to the world

This is the pride of CMFU !

and also the pride of traditional Chinese martial arts!

Captain of the winning team, Feng Piaopiao, do you have any words for us?

Aye, I'll say a few words

As team captain,

through my journey here ...

see these friends behind me?

we've been through so much wind and rain

Today I won't cry

because after such a long time,

everyone has taught me one thing

that is to remain strong

I'm thankful to them

for always

standing behind me like this

helping me, accompanying me

Also, right here, besides my Grandpa,

I want to thank one more person

I want to thank him

thank him

thank him for teaching me how to love

to love others, to be loved

to accept love

and for telling me

that hard work will surely bear fruit !

Lastly I want to say

I want to carry Tai Chi forward

and let the whole world see it!

CMFU!

CMFU! CMFU! ...

That move by Wei Chu just now

that lethal leaping attack, I taught him that!

Didn't I teach him that?

Are you kidding?

If not convinced, let's test our skills against each other then!

Congrats!

Whta happened just now?

Hai Yang will say (what happened)

Um

About what happened to me ...

Alright, let me tell it like this

Xiao Xiao speculated

Tan Lin has been imprisoned by Wang Zhaotian these many days

We asked Wei Chu to help

Today, while Wang Zhaotian is taking part in the competition,

we went together to the Fang household and rescued Tan Lin

while cooperating with the police department

to apprehend Wang Zhaotian's gang forces in one swoop

Sir, my friend is imprisoned in here

Let's go!

Apprehend him!

Take him away!

You

You're ...

Last time you saved me once

I'm saving you this time

So we've even

I'm sorry

What did you just say?

Seems I didn't hear clearly

Keep it while it's good

Our most urgent priority now

Is to strike down Wang Zhaotian

He, with backing of South East Asian gangs,

wants to reforge the Ba Qi Sect into his own organisation

We must find any way to ruin his plan

Actually, I've thought of a way early on

depends on your cooperation

You didn't know right?

If not for Haiyang and Wei Chu awakening me to the truth,

I would not have gone to save Tan Lin

Actually Wei Chu has done a lot for you, just that you're unaware.

Just like how Grandpa Feng almost got kidnapped last time,

it was he (Wei Chu) who reminded us to be on guard

and thus intercepted the Ba Qi Sect's men

My grandpa ...

Don't worry. Everything's under control now

Right. Besides, Wei Chu is so smart

and I taught him so many moves, right?

Oh you "taught" him again

Senior Wei did all that for you!

all for you!

Alright... I'll go find him first.

When a girl is of age, she must be married off!

This Wei Chu, gave me a strip of paper

yet he himself disappeared

Don't know what he's up to

Playing hide and seek with me?

What a childish guy

Where to look for it?

(now playing, interlude song "Don't Use Tai Chi On Me!", sung by Jin Wenxin)

What's this?

No...

I walked so far, went round so many routes

Just to make me read this poem?

Holding swords, dance together ...

frost weed stream (sorry, dunno what this phrase is trying to say XD )

North South Spring Autumn

stay with each other constantly

So hard to read

Wei Chu...

He doesn't expect me to memorise it right?

Let me memorise a few sentences...

Nah...

I just don't understand it!

I don't care.

Your birthday?

Or...

Whose birthday?

I just...

You pasted the poem outside right?

You made me go one big circle,

just to make me read the peom at the door?

We're champions! We got the championship!

So...

did you understand the peom?

Is that important? Why does it matter whether I understood (the poem)?

I just won the championship.

I'm gonna take part in the World Martial Arts Convention

So I've got to concentrate on training

So I wouldn't be able to ...

wouldn't be able to read poems

Right?

Put together the first words of every sentence and read it.

Holding your hand,

Growing old with you

(yup, that's a classic Chinese phrase for declaring down-to-earth everlasting love ~_^ )

Dummmy...

It's ok if you don't understand.

~ My love ~

That was close!

We weren't spotted were we?

Probably weren't

This is my first time helping someone with decorations

Went really well !

Are those candles done?

Done. Don't worry

Now I feel like I'm even more nervous than he

Scalded your hand? Be careful

Showing off your intimacy?

My hand was scalded too!

Alright, scalded, you're scalded

Hai Yang

Wei Chu is like a piece of wood

Though we've taught him so much

I'm still worried about him

Don't worry about him

Worry about yourself instead.

What are you talking about? You know it too?

3.. 2... 1!

For you!

This ...

We didn't see. Too silly

Yup.

What about you guys?

When are you gonna find your other half?

Um ...

Xinrou

How about me?

OK !

Got it, got it! ...

This is great! I'm so happy

That the Tai Chi and Ba Qi Sects can be good friends

That's right

Friends always from here on

Let bygones be bygones

We fought and now we know each other

Great

Also, sorry for the slap last time

I've forgotten about it

I've slapped myself once, it really hurts!

But your kungfu is really higher than mine

When I get back, I gotta learn from my big bro again

Good bro

Alright, everyone's been busy for so long,

and are hungry now right?

I'm hungry

Want to eat hot pot?

My treat! Let's go!

Piaopiao fought excellently yesterday

Not just the essence of Wei family Tai Chi

One could see her own unique grace

My granddaughter after all

Though it's thanks to Wei Chu's good teaching as well

This little fella is really remarkable

Seeing how these two young people are

reminds me of how I was back then

Each generation exceeds the last!

Back then I secretly taught you my kungfu

Spent most of my life

regretting doing that

Yet now, the younger generation have achieved

what I could not persevere through

Perhaps a national art like Tai Chi

should have its family bias put aside

and displayed to the world

Starting this now

is still not late

So many years

you have suffered

It's nothing

While I still live

being able to see the family bias being broken

can already be considered my good fortune

Right

Hai Yang is back!

Father... Mother...

I've come back this time to specially appeal to you

to abolish the inheritance system of Bai family Tai Chi

I wish for more people to understand the essence of our Bai family Tai Chi

to understand the charm of this traditional national art

Now the Wei family has already taken the first step

I think we the Bai family, should let go of family status as well

The responsibility of passing down Bai family Tai Chi is on your shoulders

Since this is what you want to do,

then I won't say anything more either.

Thank you father for understanding.

Then... I'll make a move first.

Mhm

Wei Chu

The thing we agreed on,

I did it!

Those who want to learn Bai family Tai Chi, come register with me

Those who want to learn Yang family Tai Chi, come here!

Those who want to learn the Chen family style, come here!

Come! Faster go and line up!

Everyone form a circle

This is the beginning stance

Any more students who like Tai Chi

Please don't hesitate to come register!

The Tai Chi faculty will always welcome you!

The most basic in Tai Chi is the horse stance

A bit lower

Place the body a bit lower

Transition to White Crane Flashes Wings

Push

Roll back

How lively!

It's all thanks to you!

After you won the championship at the Nationwide Martial Arts Convention

the Tai Chi faculty has livened up

Don't push all the credit to me

To break Tai Chi's family bias, everyone has contributed

Senior sis Feng Piao Piao, can you give us a signature?

Your performance at the Martial Arts Convention was so awesome!

Previously we thought Tai Chi was an exercise of old people pushing palms with each other

Our understanding was too superficial

Now we like Tai Chi too!

My signature is not important.

If you guys really like (tai chi),

then quickly go and train.

We've already registered!

We'll go and train immediately!

Great! See you later, bye bye!

Senior sis Piao Piao, you're here!

Oh don't call me senior

I don't deserve that

Senior Piaopiao, you're too polite

At the Martial Arts Convention, you helped the Tai Chi faculty prove itself

It was so exhilarating!

And thank you too, Senior Haiyang,

for really letting me learn the essence of orthodox Tai Chi

It was right to believe in you

Don't mention it

This is what we should do

Seeing the national art of Tai Chi boom,

is what we all wish

Breaking the family bias is just the first step

Everyone should continue to work hard

Piaopiao, wish you a smooth sailing time at the World Competition

So good!

Hmm?

Come. Put your blanket in this

Thank you.

If not, there's too much dust.

Really...

I wouldn't know if I didn't pack up but looking at it now,

why do I have so much stuff?

Wei Chu is to blame.

I only stayed at this nice dorm for a few days,

before I went to his house to be a caretaker!

Ha, caretaker? More like lady of the house!

You say that of me... but aren't you and senior Hai Yang the same?

Don't say anymore!

Quickly pack up!

We're gathering for dinner at Wei Chu's place later

It wouldn't be good if we two were late.

Dinner gathering?

Why did I not know?

Anyone there?

Ning Xue, why are you here?

I have a surprise for you guys!

What surprise?

Come in quickly!

Faster!

What?

I'll count to three.

1... 2... 3!

Who's that?

Who's that?

Woah!

Hello. Your friend?

New classmate? Your mother? Mother Yang?

Oh... Hello Mother Yang.

Aiya... You guessed wrong!

Take a look at who I am!

Chen Bing?

Wah, how ... have you gone crazy?

What's going on?

She's to blame!

You know, she made me come to the female dorm with her!

but would the dorm manager agree to that?

So she made me dress up like this.

But didn't you manage to come in?

This hair of yours is curling up

but it looks good

looks really good, right?

This small face is really pretty

I feel it really suits you

Yup. Whose clothes are these?

Mine

You did his make up?

Eyelashes are his own, no ?

I added some

Do you have ear studs here?

I bought it at that shop!

Looks nice!

Spin around, let them see!

Spin a few more rounds

Give a prettier expression

Yes, need to be thinner

That is, look nicer when you smile

Ok! Shut up!

Spin your head

I, Chen Bing, swear to never wear female clothes ever!

But today, I made an exception for the three of you.

Thank you.

Ok, enough. We promised Hai Yang and Wei Chu...

to attend...

to attend their graduation dinner.

Let's quickly go!

What are you looking at? Let's go!

Piao Piao, let's go!

Ah, sure!

Eat some fruits.

Thank you.

You're secretly eating again!

Look at the cake I made.

I'll put this here.

Sure!

Done cutting, put it there

My sushi.

Is this a left side knife or a right side knife?

uh ... I don't know either

Hi, you guys are here!

How was the graduation ceremony?

It was so exhausting!

So many things going on

but everyone was reluctant to leave

We initially wanted to visit you guys,

and give you flowers!

No need for the trouble.

Us gathering here for dinner is pretty nice

What's wrong with the two of them?

She must be angry.

About this dinner gathering

Wei Chu informed all of us, but forgot to tell Piao Piao.

Nonsense!

Wei Chu was afraid Piao Piao would be tired.

Yeah, see? So many things to do

For them, is there still distinction between "you" and "I"?

Need help on anything?

Help eat (the food)!

You made it?

Of course!

Didn't know you have such skill

Come. help!

Salad sauce. Can you place the salad sauce?

Right here, right beside your hand

Place. Place it there

Yes, that's it

Angry?

No

Then what happened?

You've graduated...

So, I'm

Thinking about the future.

The future?

Our feelings...

People...

People always change

You are my most precious person now

that I'm afraid to lose.

Understand.

I understand it all.

I'm more afraid of losing you.

In my earlier life,

I've met various people,

all sorts of treasures

but now,

none of them are as precious as you.

Wei Chu

Actually, I sometimes think.

If one day you leave me,

what should I do.

If its you,

what would you do?

What else can I do?

I'll chase you back.

My life

can't live without you anymore.

(song ... whose title and lyrics I haven't found. Sorry XD )

What do you guys lack?

We're good.

We're ok

I lack food. I'm hungry.

Me too

Hungry?

I'll get food.

Okay then, stay for a while.

Come, let's make a toast.

Cheers to life,

aspirations,

future,

sweat,

cheers to...

Why are you so stupid?

Cheers to friendship,

Cheers to everyone!

Come. Drink up!

To be honest, during this time, time passed by real fast.

Yeap, everyone has already graduated.

And some people got girlfriends

Talkative

To be honest, I didn't think that I would like Piao Piao at the start.

You fell in love with me at first sight.

No denying.

This affection display comes without warning

Then we must not lose to them. Come!

Look at them

We've been betrothed since young

I've been with you for so long. Have you ever been romantic?

I didn't think you care about such things.

Listen to me. I, Chen Bing, swear

After the World Martial Arts Convention is over

I will definitely, for this beautiful lady Yang Ningxue,

hold a most romantic wedding!

Wow!

Thank you.

Senior Hai Yang, what are your plans for the future?

What will you be doing?

Now that the family bias in Tai Chi has been broken

Tai Chi is going to be developed and promoted further

After the World Martial Arts Convention, I plan to

open a Tai Chi school, to teach Tai Chi to children

I've already chosen the site

It's near our school

Though the place isn't big

but over 20 kids can be taught there

I'm confident in doing it well

Xiao Xiao

Are you willing to do it with me?

I do.

"I do"

How mushy.

Ok

Piao Piao

In the future, I will always be by your side.

Good! Let's drink.

Come

Wei Chu has improved.

Who's that?

You guys don't know him.

He's previously a..

transfer student...

Japanese transfer student.

Yue Shan right? (not sure about the Japanese pronunciation :| )

Hello!

Hello Piao Piao!

Long time no see! Why are you laughing?

What are you doing now?

Today, Senior Hai Yang and Wei Chu graduated.

We're having a gathering

I see, congrats on graduating.

Say hello!

Hello! -Hi! -This is Yang Ning Xue, Chen Bing.

Hello!

Ningxue, Chen Bing!

Xiao Xiao

Long time no see, Xiao Xiao.

This is Senior Hai Yang.

Hi, nice to meet you!

Nice to meet you, Hai Yang!

Congratulations on graduating.

When you're free, come back and let's have a chess match!

Alright, I'm game!

When you're free, come back and have fun with us!

That's all

Ok, bye! -Bye!

Continue...

Come then

Come!

May CMFU's Tai Chi faculty

win the championship at the World Martial Arts Convention

Banner unfolds and victory comes!

yay!

Piao Piao

Be careful outside.

Why is it only the five of you? Where is Wei Chu?

He's not going?

Why didn't Wei Chu come?

Grandpa, rest assured.

I'll be back once the competition is over. Don't worry.

The kids are all grown up.

Remember. This trip, you must carry Tai Chi forward

Of course, we will not let everyone down

Right, this is the dream of all of us

We will definitely bring our traditional national art to the top of the world

Right. Grandpa Feng, Grandma Wei, don't worry

We'll take care of ourselves

That's great.

Senior bro Wei

Why don't we wait in the car first?

Let's go.

Ok

Don't worry about me.

Be sure to take care of yourself overseas.

Piao Piao

be careful on your way there.

We'll leave first. You guys can talk.

Let's go.

I'm almost leaving,

yet you just came.

I know.

Forget it.

I will miss you.

Don't cry anymore.

I'll go with you.

My wound has fully healed.

I can participate as a substitute.
