[Legend of Xianwu]

[Adapted from Xianwu Dizun by Liu Jie San Dao]

[Episode 88]

[Child of the Zhan Emperor, Healing the Blade Emperor]

[Previously] It's Dharma Wheel King!

I've felt this terrifying aura before

when facing Kui Yujiang the Demon King.

You must be Ye Chen.

If you willingly come back with me,

you can avoid unnecessary suffering.

Let's go all out!

So pathetic.

An Ancient Holy Body.

Secret Techniques from Taixu Dragon Clan and Immortal Race.

Ye Chen,

you're truly full of surprises.

Ye Chen,

you're truly full of surprises.

Zi Xuan?

It seems that the persistent use of spiritual stones and liquids

has restored her Donghua Empress blood's power.

A mere puppet dares to block me?

Twelve Heavenly Words. Great Nether Formation!

Shifting Heaven and Earth!

Humph.

I've underestimated her.

Break!

Are you alright?

The sealing power is still there.

I have less than half of my strength remaining.

She can't hold much longer.

Sir Dragon,

come up with a way to escape.

In the face of absolute strength, all we can do is hold on.

Ye Chen,

any more surprises you're hiding up your sleeve?

It looks like I have to unleash the full demonic state to take him on.

Sky-Breaking Talisman.

Zhuge.

Are you the reincarnation of a jinx?

Trouble follows you wherever you go.

Such aura is beyond the reach of common Zhuntian cultivators.

Ye Chen,

who is this old fiend you've crossed?

Ever heard of the Dharma Wheel King, one of the Nine Kings?

It's him.

This isn't just any old fiend.

He's the one who defies death.

You're all doomed.

Blast!

We're outmatched.

Run!

Heavenly Wandering Talisman!

Can't sense a hint of aura.

They certainly ran fast enough.

A Spiritual Body

and Ancient Holy Body.

You won't be so lucky next time.

Indeed, it's as I thought.

It's the aura of the Dharma Wheel King.

Sir,

he was beheaded by his lordship,

yet he still walks among us.

The Nine Kings are beyond conventional understanding.

With the Dharma Wheel King's return,

a new wave of chaos and bloodshed is inevitable.

It's the Zhanlong Sect's responsibility to stand in his way.

Keep searching.

I will return to seek a way to subdue him.

- Yes, sir. - Yes, sir.

Fortunately, we made our escape just in time.

It seems her power has finally run out.

Zhuge,

thanks.

If it weren't for you passing by just in time,

I would have been in trouble.

There's no such thing as that many coincidences.

I've been in contact with Dan Chen.

I needed to find you for something,

and he said you were on your way back to Hengyue.

So I rushed to intercept you.

What do you

need me for?

Ye Chen.

Ye Chen.

Isn't this the saintess of the Zhengyang Sect?

What are you two doing together?

I was being hunted by a powerful enemy.

Fortunately, Ye Chen came to my rescue.

So it seems

your encounter was destined.

That's nonsense.

It's just a coincidence that we met.

Otherwise, I wouldn't...

Zhuge,

you're not dragging me into another one of your heists, right?

Heists? What are you talking about?

Ah.

Nonsense.

Do I look like a petty thief to you?

Well, aren't you?

You brat...

I need

your True Fire to dispel the spell cast on my father.

If you cure Biyou's father,

we'd basically have free rein in Chu.

Who's her father?

One of the four powerhouses in Chu,

[Sui Feng, Zhuntian Stage] the Blade Emperor, Sui Feng.

A hundred years ago, my father disappeared.

For this, Mr. Zhuge and I searched almost the entire Chu.

We finally located him half a month ago

in Northern Chu's Nanyan Marshes.

Though we found him,

he was ensnared by a spell so evil that it plunged him into a coma.

I've tried everything, to no avail.

I think only your Extreme Yang True Fire can help.

His situation is not just about a spell.

He's also suffered a core injury.

Core injury?

I can treat the spell and the core injury.

But the real cause of his injuries is his domineering cultivation method.

It has been consuming his body and soul,

keeping him from waking up.

Ye Chen,

please save my father.

Sir Dragon,

is there anything you can do?

Easy.

Just give me half of your Qi of Chaos.

You're capitalizing on this.

At most, a tenth.

A third.

A fifth.

If I can't handle Zhengyang's Dharma Wheel King,

I won't be able to save you.

Deal.

Go wait aside for now.

Don't let anyone disturb me.

Be extra cautious.

The Blade Emperor's technique is domineering.

Use the even more unparalleled essence of the Ancient Holy Body

to strengthen his body and soul.

You know the rest of the steps.

Heavenly Thunder to repair the core injury.

Deity Fire to refine the spell.

That's all?

I feel like I've been had.

Ye,

you're not thinking of reneging on our deal, aren't you?

I'm not as untrustworthy as you.

With such momentum,

Sui Feng's injuries might be mostly healed by now.

Next, I just need to remove that spell.

No, wait.

The one who cast the spell left a trick.

If refined, it will mutate.

Kill!

Something's off!

What's happening?

Why are they fighting?

Sir,

I'm not your foe!

Kill!

World Beheadings!

World Beheadings?

World Thunder Slash!

Father!

Don't go.

The spell has mutated.

Now the Blade Emperor is controlled by it.

What are we going to do?

Refining it by using Deity Fire and Heavenly Thunder in the meantime.

Zhuge,

I need your help to restrain him.

Fortunately, it's not the Blade Emperor at his full strength.

Otherwise, even ten of us combined would be useless.

Ground-drawn Dungeons!

Taixu Step!

So domineering.

Thunderous Slash!

Supreme Strike!

No wonder he's a powerhouse.

Even partially healed, he exudes an aura of unbeatable might.

Ye Chen, keep his focus on you

while I seize the chance to subdue him.

But I only have a span of three breaths.

Three breaths?

That's enough.

Formidable as you are,

I, though inexperienced,

am eager to learn from your mastery with a single strike.

Chaos of Thousands of Blades!

This...

Why am I feeling I can't dodge this?

You, a mere whelp, brandishing a blade before the Blade Emperor?

His blade is nearly a path unto itself.

But luckily, he's not back to full strength.

If I can't avoid it, then I won't.

Minor Heavenly Illumination!

Nine Seals Spell!

Ye Chen,

and refine the spell!

Not done yet?

I'm on the verge of breaking.

Almost there.

Just a little longer.

It's complete.

- Ye Chen! - Ye Chen!

- Are you alright? - Are you alright?

[Next Episode] We'll part ways here.

Until we meet again.

In that case,

I won't be polite.

[Nine Pure Pavilion] The Hengyue Sect?

Anyway, you're no longer Zhengyang's saintess.

Well, that's none of your business.

What if I insist?

Master,

is this beautiful lady your wife?

What about Grandmaster Xuan'er?

You silly girl.

Your master can have many wives, you know.

You scoundrel!
