[Adapted from Xianwu Dizun by Liu Jie San Dao]

[Episode 78] [Defeat Tong Xuan, Become the Chief]

[Previously] Do not move.

I need your holy body essence

to help you out of trouble.

This puppet

has a drop of blood from Donghua Empress.

The demon is at his limit.

Let's die together!

Divine tribulation.

Ye Chen's divine tribulation!

This is not a divine tribulation,

but a blessing.

It is time

to settle our accounts.

Ye Chen.

Martial Uncles,

I'm back.

As long as you come back safely.

The entire Hengyue has been cleaned up.

Tong Xuan and Yin Zhiyuan's lackeys have all been detained.

Also,

your Grandmaster Hengtian has approved of you.

Greetings, Grandmaster.

Okay.

Good.

I was blind back then,

mistaking dross for gold.

Fortunately, it is not too late.

Hengyue is truly blessed.

Ye Chen,

how are you going to deal with Yin Zhiyuan?

Influenced by the Demon Heart for so long,

he's even more wicked than Long Yi ever was.

Quiet.

Mahavairocana Purification Mantra.

This body serves me well.

Let's go.

It's time to put an end to everything.

Ye Chen,

I'm going to kill you.

I'm going to kill you!

Why not check out where you are first?

Hengyue Sect.

Discipline Division.

So sorry.

When I was fighting you,

my people accidentally took Hengyue back.

Impossible!

Anyone who holds a grudge against Yin Zhiyuan

can come forward to settle their accounts.

I am the Chief of Hengyue.

Who dares!

Too noisy.

Stop!

Grandmaster!

Help me!

Help me!

Ye Chen,

why are you here?

Tong Xuan,

I have been waiting for you.

How dare you behave that way

towards me?

I'm standing here safe and sound.

What do you think

I'm relying on?

Hengtian,

get the heck out here!

Senior,

your time

is up.

This...

You

are disloyal and ungrateful!

Disloyal and ungrateful!

You are the one who is disloyal and ungrateful!

In your quest for fame,

you battled your own disciples for power.

To seize control,

you aided a demon's rise to the throne.

To harbor evil,

you killed so many Hengyue members.

You

disgrace the title of Hengyue's Master!

Yang Dingtian,

how dare you...

how dare you disrespect me!

Enough,

Tong Xuan.

I have put up with you for a long time.

Driven by selfish desires,

you backed Yin Zhiyuan,

a figure despised and detested by all.

In terms of strength,

character,

courage,

vision,

breadth of mind,

achievement,

influence,

How does he measure up to Ye Chen?

Have your senses been clouded,

or is there a lapse in your reasoning?

You...

You!

You what?

I've had it with you for a long time.

Finally, I can speak my mind.

Ye Chen,

Is it okay if I stand close by?

As...

as you wish, madam.

This martial grandaunt has got quite a mouth.

Elders,

what are your choices?

You

dare to betray me?

Tong Xuan.

We won't bully you with our numbers.

We'll give you a fair chance.

Defeat me,

and Hengyue will still be yours.

Is Ye Chen overconfident?

Being able to defeat Yin Zhiyuan

doesn't mean he can defeat Tong Xuan.

Tong Xuan is a Pre-Tianji Stage.

Ye Chen.

Martial Uncle, don't worry.

Ye Chen,

those are your words.

Grandmaster,

kill him!

Ye Chen,

you are courting death!

They...

they're surprisingly evenly-matched.

N...

no.

Ye Chen is suppressing Tong Xuan!

Flame Dragon!

Ye Chen,

do you really think beating Yuan

is enough to defeat me?

Dream on.

No, Tong Xuan.

It's because I can defeat you

that your Yin Zhiyuan is hanging there.

Taixu Slash!

Ye Chen,

you left me no choice.

That's Tong Xuan's sword technique.

Rainbow as Sword!

Sword technique?

Just in time to try out the Ten Thousand Swords I improved

with the help of Nature's Momentum.

Tong Xuan,

behold my true sword technique!

Impossible.

This is impossible.

Sword Prison Formation!

Tong Xuan,

admit it.

In the past, you realized Tao with your sword

and looked down on Chu.

But since then, you have been devoted to power

and have made no improvement.

Your sword

has become useless.

Ah!

Tong Xuan,

you've lost.

Hahaha.

I'm not wrong.

How could I be wrong?

Pre-Tianji Stage self-destruction?

Ye Chen,

get out of the way!

He's dead?

Ye Chen is dead.

I won!

Sorry.

Sorry to disappoint you.

No.

Impossible.

This isn't real!

Being disloyal and ungrateful,

harming fellow disciples,

debauched and tyrannizing.

Your crimes

are too numerous to mention.

Yin Zhiyuan,

your sins surpass atonement, no matter the retribution.

Today,

take your revenge.

Let him pay in blood.

- Blood for blood! - Blood for blood!

- Blood for blood! - Blood for blood!

- Blood for blood! - Blood for blood!

What are you doing?

Don't come closer.

Don't come closer!

Ah!

Sir,

don't worry.

I'll watch over Hu Wa.

He'll definitely become a powerful cultivator.

I will also lead Hengyue

towards a brighter future.

Let's go.

The ceremony is about to begin.

[Nine Pure Pavilion]

Hengyue Sect's ninth Chief enthronement commences.

You've risen so quickly.

You're still as eye-catching as ever.

Xuan'er,

are you seeing this?

To have such majesty and command at such a young age,

the unification of Chu

is just around the corner.

We will witness the rise of an emperor step by step.

Greetings, Grandmasters.

Hengyue's disciple Ye Chen,

as Hengyue's eighth Chief,

I now pass Hengyue's Chief sword token on to you.

From today onward, you will be Hengyue's ninth Chief.

May you stay true to your way and remember why you started.

Make Hengyue great

and fulfill Hengyue ancestors'

long-cherished wish of unifying Chu.

These are the Sect Leader Token and half of the Nine Provinces Map.

Both are symbols of Hengyue's Sect Leader.

Yes, sir.

Good.

Chief Ye Chen,

favored by the hearts of all!

- Chief Ye Chen, - Chief Ye Chen,

- favored by the hearts of all! - favored by the hearts of all!

- Chief Ye Chen. - Chief Ye Chen.

- favored by the hearts of all! - favored by the hearts of all!

Reprisal for a wrong should be directed at the perpetrator.

All of Yin Zhiyuan's evil deeds were secretly planned by Zhengyang Sect.

Now

that Yanhuang and Hengyue forces are combined,

we have enough to destroy any force in South Chu.

It's time to seek justice from Zhengyang Sect!

- Seek justice! - Seek justice!

- Seek justice! - Seek justice!

[Next episode] Elder Ge,

are you going to tip off Zhengyang Sect?

I, Ge Qing, have a clear conscience.

Chief, you can...

In her search for me,

Master has vanished without a trace.

All this chaos is due to your body-snatching, Ge Qing.

Ye Chen,

don't be too complacent.

Even if it means my death,

I'll take you down with me!

Really?
