[Episode 57] [Father and Son, Xi Yan Captured]

[Previously...]

Yin Zhiyuan.

As the Holy Heir, you ignored the rules of the sect.

You are stripped of your position of Holy Heir

and subject to the maximum penalty,

three hundred and sixty Fire Whips.

Senior!

Great news.

It turns out that Chenye

is Hengyue Sect's Ye Chen.

Ye Chen?

Ye Chen.

How much of you

do I still not know?

Senior.

Senior.

How is Ye Chen?

His injuries aren't serious,

but

he will be asleep for a while longer.

Now that the position of the Holy Heir has gone to Ye Chen

and Yin Zhiyuan has been punished in public,

things

are over for now.

Ye Chen

didn't get injured for nothing.

Immortal Tong Xuan is the master of Chief Dingtian and Master Xuan'er.

Then my master would be his disciple's disciple.

Why is he targeting my master like this?

All of this

started due to the position of Chief.

Back then,

Immortal Tong Xuan was a genius,

ranking first among his peers.

Everyone thought

the position of Chief would be passed on to him,

However, the Chief at that time

realized his arrogance

and lack of tolerance.

Eventually, the Cheif went over him

and passed the position

to Senior Dingtian, who was still a disciple of Tong Xuan.

Ever since then,

Tong Xuan has been secretly gathering disciples and elders

who are loyal to him

to oppose Senior Dingtian.

And Hengyue gradually split into two factions

with constant infighting.

I once made a small mistake,

but because I was on good terms with Senior Dingtian,

I was severely punished,

stripped of my cultivation,

and expelled from Hengyue.

Grandfather.

Darn old man.

He is indeed extremely petty

and blatantly shameless.

Master.

You're finally awake!

Sir.

You idiot.

After gaining a little advantage, you got carried away

and acted so arrogantly

that the position of Holy Heir was handed to Ye Chen on a silver platter.

Are you

satisfied now?

My mistake.

Please punish me.

I did act impulsively,

but Yang Dingtian pushed so hard

without any consideration for your reputation.

I think

he has complete disregard of you, his master.

Just an unfilial disciple.

Why did you mention him?

Why not make a clean sweep

and get this hatred off your mind?

It is not as simple as you think.

Even Ye Chen

is not easy to deal with.

But, it's not difficult to get rid of him.

When you two were fighting,

I sensed the demon power hidden in him.

As long as you manage to get him to use this power,

he will

naturally become the target of public criticism.

Why bother to kill him by yourself?

I have a plan to offer to you, sir.

Not only will we get rid of Ye Chen,

we may be able to completely eliminate

Yang Dingtian and his power

that Ye Chen relies on as well.

Hu Wa and Xi Yan

had been taking care of you for several days.

They have gone back to rest now.

Master.

I also worried you these past few days?

Ye Chen.

We have a visitor.

He specifically wants to see you.

See me?

Hello.

I'm Haotian Xuanzhen.

So

I randomly made up the name.

I really have nothing to do with the Haotian Family.

Sir.

I'm so sorry to have made you

make this trip for nothing.

Don't reject me just yet.

We will know the truth

once the test is done.

This is the Yin-Yang Qiankun Mirror.

Put the blood from your fingertips into it.

If our blood fuses,

you and I must be blood relatives.

If not...

Alright.

Look.

I told you we are not.

As expected!

You really are my son!

What is it?

You...?

Are you blaming me for not coming sooner?

I'm sorry!

I...

Don't come closer!

I said,

I have nothing to do with the Haotian Family.

I, Ye Chen,

have no father!

Chen!

Fellow Taoist Haotian.

Ye Chen is in such a state,

even if you run after him now,

I'm afraid you two won't be able to talk smoothly.

How about you rest in the guest bedroom for now?

I'll try to talk to him first.

You can talk to him later when he calms down.

Then...

Thank you in advance, Fellow Taoist Chu.

Ye Chen.

You haven't fully recovered.

Stop it!

Fellow Taoist Haotian means no harm.

Besides,

you are his son.

You can't change the blood relationship.

If he really recognizes me as his son,

where was he

when I was wandering the streets and fighting vicious dogs for food?

Where was he

when I was treated as a muddling beggar and beaten up by others?

When I was bullied by the sect,

stripped of my cultivation, and kicked out,

where was he?

Just a hollow apology

and he wants the past written off?

No way!

I said the wrong thing,

I apologize.

Whatever you decide,

I will always be on your side.

Master.

Alright.

You have yet to fully recover.

Go back and get some rest.

I...

I'll talk to that irresponsible father of yours again.

Xi Yan?

Ye Chen.

If you want to save your disciple,

come to the Kingdom of Yan, the land of Qilu.

Remember,

come alone.

Yin Zhiyuan!

Charge!

Run...

Run!

Use the bodies of these mortals to pin the blame on Ye Chen.

As expected, I did choose the right person.

Yin Zhiyuan!

Ye Chen.

Have you forgotten?

Your disciple is under my control.

Ye Chen.

I didn't expect

you to accept such a pretty and well-behaved female disciple.

It's a shame she chose you as her master.

Yin Zhiyuan.

Don't touch her!

Not so fast.

I don't like you being too close to me.

What the heck do you want?

Beg me.

Beg me

and I'll let her go.

Okay.

I beg you,

I beg you to let her go.

I don't like people begging me while standing.

No...

Master.

Don't kneel!

Xi Yan.

Don't be scared.

You'll be saved soon.

I beg you.

Let my disciple go.

Master.

Do not kneel!

Your master-disciple relationship is really touching.

Ye Chen.

Have you thought

that you would kneel at my feet like a dog one day?

How delightful.

Are you satisfied?

Am I satisfied?

Do you know that I wake up every night

wanting to skin you,

drink your blood,

and feed your flesh and bones to the dogs?

You think kneeling down will cancel everything out?

Dream on!

You humiliated me,

fought for power with me!

Ye Chen.

Even if you die a hundred times,

it'd still be hard to get rid of the hatred in my heart!

Today,

I will crush your dignity completely.

I want you to kneel at my feet forever!

Master...

Master!

No!

Ye Chen.

When you went against me,

you never thought such a day would come, did you?

Have you worked off your anger?

Then...

Then let Xi Yan go.

Despite being in such a state,

you're still thinking of your disciple.

What a great master.

I will

let her go right now.

Master...

No!

[Next episode]

Yin Zhiyuan.

You really deserve to go to hell.

Today,

I will cut you into a thousand pieces!

Ye Chen became a demon

and slaughtered living beings!

Ye Chen became a demon

and slaughtered living beings!

Ye Chen became a demon?

Hengyue is starting to get chaotic.
