[The Legend of Xianwu]

[Adapted from "Xianwu Dizun" by Liu Jie San Dao]

[Episode 36: Elites Gathering in Three-Sect Competition]

[Previously...]

Seniors,

help me to kill him.

Chop.

Sister,

I only found Zi Xuan and this.

I don't believe he's dead.

I don't think he can move now.

(No way.)

(That is my storage bag.)

(This boy)

(has True Fire.)

Sir,

are you interested in this storage bag?

(The old man is at the Zhuntian Stage.)

Sir,

please take it.

Boy, I appreciate it.

You are smart.

Not bad.

There are lots of treasures.

Boy,

do you have True Fire?

Where did you get it?

(This old man is no ordinary person.)

(He can see that I have True Fire.)

(I can't cheat him.)

That's right.

I do have True Fire.

I was born with it.

Born with it?

That's rare.

You're a lucky boy.

Biyou said that you saved her.

Just by chance.

Biyou is at level five of the Zhenyang Stage.

She is better than me.

"Save" is not a proper word.

By the way,

Sir, I was wondering

why that man chased Biyou?

Because

my body is kind of special.

Body?

Curiosity killed the cat.

Boy,

since you happened to pass by,

where were you going?

I am a disciple of Hengyue Sect.

I was going to Zhengyang Sect

to participate in Three-Sect Competition with my master.

But there was an accident.

I was lost.

I know Three-Sect Competition.

It must be too late for you to go back to Hengyue Sect now.

But you might make it to Zhengyang Sect with us.

Are you going to Zhengyang Sect?

Boy,

for the sake of you saving Biyou,

I will help you get to Zhengyang Sect on time.

But I want something in return.

You have to do me a favor.

Yes.

No problem.

Chief Cheng,

long time no see.

Welcome.

That was a long journey.

Please go to inner pavilion to rest.

[Cheng Kun, Chief of Zhengyang Sect]

Chief Yang,

long time no see.

How are you?

You are here to meet the guests in person.

That is sincere.

I respect you.

For sure.

Zhengyang Sect

always treats guests with sincerity.

Even when it comes to treating those

who are here to go through the motions.

Everyone who participates in the competition

are all talents of the clan.

You never know the result

until the competition ends.

You are right.

Mr. Wu,

Take people from Hengyue Sect

to rest in Wangyue Pavilion.

Yes.

Mr. Tang,

long time no see.

Gentlemen,

please.

Welcome.

It looks like they have won.

That's disgusting.

They have Spiritual Body.

So they despise others.

Never mind.

Here we are.

I'm hungry after a long trip.

[Zhengyang Sect]

(Unexpectedly,)

(I'm back here.)

I wonder if there is any delicious food here.

Have we invited Zhuge Yu?

Sir Zhuge,

what brings you here?

Cheng,

I come here uninvited

with two young kids.

Will you be angry with me?

Not at all.

All visitors are guests.

You are all welcome.

This is the chief of Zhengyang Sect.

But Mr. Zhuge called him Cheng.

Grandpa Zhuge could have called him little kid.

But he didn't, in order to remain his dignity.

Sir Zhuge,

we have a guest room for you and two young men.

Please go to rest.

Very good.

Prepare some food.

I am starved.

By the way,

this boy is looking for his master.

Chu Xuan'er of Hengyue Sect.

Cheng, you show him the way.

He is going to the Wangyue Pavilion.

Somebody leads the way.

Yes.

(Ye Chen.)

(Zhao Kang.)

Zhao Kang,

take this young man to the Wangyue Pavilion.

Yes.

Ye Chen,

how dare you come back?

Some coward can still stay here and show off himself.

Why can't I come back?

You are good at talking.

But you should know

you need to show some respect.

As your former senior,

I will teach you a lesson again.

Level five of Renyuan Stage.

Your Core has recovered.

I thought you were to teach me a lesson.

Go on.

Anyway, you are still a loser.

You can't stop me.

Zhao Kang,

aren't you not in a good state today?

Shut up.

I am an inner disciple of Zhengyang Sect.

I am at level nine of Renyuan Stage.

Do you think you can beat me?

I don't care if you are inner or not.

Stop barking like a mad dog.

It's not possible.

Ye Chen.

Go to die.

You and I have some history.

How about I kill you right now?

There's nobody around anyway.

Junior Ye Chen,

I am sorry. please.

No.

Right.

Look at that.

Spiritual Mountain.

That's where Ning Shuang trains.

I can help you meet her.

You...

Spiritual Body.

[Spiritual Mountain]

Senior Ning Shuang,

news came from the gate.

The people of Hengyue Sect have already settled

in Wangyue Pavilion.

I see.

May I have your name?

Chen Ye.

Three-Sect Competition will be held in two months.

Can...

Can I see you again?

(Chen Ye.)

(Ye Chen.)

(It should be you, right?)

[Wangyue Pavilion]

The Death of Ye Chen

must be hard for Master Chu.

I heard

they searched together for a few days.

But they didn't find him.

Finally, they think Ye Chen is dead.

They had a tomb for him.

Ye Chen?

Where?

Is there something wrong with your eyes?

Where is Master's room?

What?

What happened?

Hello.

Forget it. I shouldn't bother her.

What?

He...

It's weird.

Why did everyone see me like a ghost?

Master Ling'er.

I...

You...

I must be dreaming.

Master Ling'er.

What are you doing?

Is it possible that...

My nose.

My face.

Master Ling'er.

You don't have to do it so hard, do you?

I hit him.

Ye Chen.

You're not dead.

Dead?

What do you mean?

Master.

I knew you weren't dead.

Master.

Are you crying for me?

Lady Ning Shuang,

this way, please.

I wonder which one in Hengyue Sect do you want to see?

I'll ask him here for you.

[Next episode] Now that you have come back,

you will participate

in Three-Sect Competition tomorrow.

Yes.

It doesn't matter what I'm doing here.

It's important

that this boy has to come with me.

Senior,

what is this place?

I feel like it's not for ordinary people.

Someone is destroying the seal of the forbidden area.

How is it possible?

The entrance there is very secret.

Go check it.

Yes.
