You led us on a merry chase, Aerith.

Song.

There's nothing to be scared of, okay?

How about we make a deal?

You're crazy.

Just like you.

So suck it up. I'm not leaving.

Today's your unlucky day, because I never miss.

Jesse!

And you could see the look on your face.

So, you're the guy who gets to hear my last words.

Lucky me.

But how dare you last?

Just try to hang on.

How dramatic.

I... I just wish that I could have had you over again.

Everyone with Mom cooking.

I really wanted to believe.

we could.

Yeah. You owe me a pizza.

That's right.

I do.

But I don't think...

Don't

you guys have somewhere to be?

That's not the light.

Still alive and kicking?

Damn right.

Leading man sticks around to the credit.

So we got to keep moving if we want to make it that far.

You ready?

Yep.

You.

It's nothing personal, bitch.

Stubborn shit.

It's aging.

Mind open back!

Come on!

Rude! Damn it!

I was planning to join you anyway.

Come on. Let's teach him the first two steps.

Get him.

Break it!

Don't give up!

Blade separation authorized.

Awaitance confirmation.

What do we do?

Thank you.

We did this.

Sorry, I'm buried.

Marlene's my little girl.

She was wearing, uh, pink.

She was wearing a pink dress today.

I want to see her, too.

Come on.

Let's go look in on her.

Marlene, my baby.

Thank God.

Shinra has my daughter now.

I'm sorry.

No, I'm the one who asked her to go get Marlene.

We'd only just met, but she was so kind and helpful.

I took advantage of her.

It's not your fault.

Because she's an ancient.

Is that it?

She must trust you all a great deal.

Yes.

Aerith is an ancient.

Probably the last one living.

I doubt it.

You're not planning anything, are you?

Don't make things worse than they already are.

If I lost her too, I don't know if I could, if I could ever.

Cloud, maybe she's right about this.

Maybe they'll let Aerith go when it's all over.

Maybe we'd be better off waiting a little while.

Let's head back to Sector 7.

Got things to take care of.

Okay.

My God.

Just a little more. Make room.

Moray, you're alive.

With me. Ready?

Thank you.

Tifa.

Hear that?

That's Wedget Cat.

What?

Let's follow it.

Wedget!

He's okay.

You sure?

Mm -hmm.

Making me worry like that.

I'd kick your ass if you didn't look like shit.

Okay, let's go.

You're good?

Like you even got a head.

Face to the body and you giving me orders?

We

need

to get him somewhere safe.

Everything else can wait until after. Agreed. Let's go.

Cloud.

She's calling out to me.

I can feel it.

We all can.

So please.

She's our friend.

We have to help her.

Please, bring her back

to me.

I wish I didn't have to.

The slums, your friends, the whole planet.

It's Daddy's job to protect it.

And

that's

why I've got to go.

You remember that nice girl who came to find you? Well, now we have to go find

her.

And when we bring her home, you need to say thank you, okay?

Yay.

Aaron.

She's tougher than me.

All right.

Time to get some payback.

Don't forget why we're doing that.

I know, I know. To rescue Aaron.

Long time no see.

What brings you back here?

Well, we need to find a way to get topside as quickly as possible.

And we figured Corneo ought to know one.

In that case, I can help.

Follow me.

Let's just hear him out.

If you three give me a hand with it, I'll give you what you need to get

You want us to go back into the sewers with you?

What's down there?

Corneo's hidey hole.

That's where I'm headed.

All right.

We're in.

I'll tell you more after we've climbed down.

When you're good to go, let me know.

Wasn't this locked before?

Your time to shine.

Clear the path ahead, would you?

Yeah, yeah.

Can I ask you something?

Why did you help us out before?

You could have lost everything.

Andrea, you told me to.

That really it?

And I couldn't bring myself to let it happen again.

No!

Wait! We've got to catch him.

Help. He took the key to the door.

Without it, we're screwed.

Let's go.

Give it back.

That's not a key.

Sorry. That's not your pendant, either.

Were they family?

No.

It was all just a dream, wasn't it?

But one day... No.

Time to wake up.

And forget.

Six months ago.

On that day, Corneo picked her as a bride. And on the next, she vanished

a trace.

But before she did, she gave it back.

Felt on the wound.

Thing cost me a small fortune.

Why did you want to come down here?

Revenge.

I know I need to let go, but I can't.

I need closure, because without it, I'll never be able to move on.

It's fine.

As long as you get a topside, we're still in.

Ben. Then don't worry.

I got you.

You all right?

It's Leslie!

Got some urgent info for the Don!

Come alone?

Of course.

Really? Without my little avalanche kittens?

I thought I told you to round them up and bring them to me.

Actually, it's them I came to talk about.

I'll let you in on a secret.

Shinra is going to abandon Edgar.

And build something close to paradise.

Goodbye.

Think again, Don.

Huh?

It's you.

You were talking about the Sector 7 plan. Keep talking, asshole.

Ah! Over there!

Over there, look!

Don't try to bullshit us.

But that's the thing.

It's not technically bullshit when it's true.

First him, then Corneo.

Come on!

Duty call.

You okay?

Where's Cornel?

Sorry. Bastard got away.

It's fine.

He could still be out there.

Could never be sure how much someone means to you till they're gone.

Don't give up on her yet.

Was it a message?

What was she trying to tell me?

We'll meet again.

Huh?

It's a symbol of reunion.

Then I guess I've got no choice but to find her first.

Thanks.

Hold up.

I think you might be forgetting something.

I haven't.

Found it.

Let's get out of here.

And then I'll give you what you need.

Tico!

And there's still more to come. Guess so.

Hope everybody's warmed up.
