joining forces to create

new ways to distribute news

The new venture will offer
viewers greater choice

they'll get their news,

but what kind of information
will be available.

GE and Microsoft
were logical partners...

This is the very beginning
of the interactive world.

executives say

the new cable channel,

will be phased in
