(Episode 52)

Get in here!

Stay here!

Excuse me? Where is this place?

Let me out!

Excuse me!

Open this door! Let me out!

You gave this to Se Yun.

You intentionally let Hyo Jung escape from China...

and put me in peril.

As of now, this is still just my speculation.

How do you feel?

Guilty or wronged?

You don't look...

like you feel wronged.

Jae Joon.

Did you betray my grandfather,

who took you in, educated you, and made you who you are today,

and deceive me for a woman?

- I did not. - Then choose.

Will it be Se Yun or me, Eun Gyung Hye?

She isn't here.

- Go look for her! - Yes, sir.

Please. Please pick up, Jae Joon.

Se Yun.

Where are you?

Wait there.

I'll save you.

I think we drove for about an hour.

I think it's a hospital, but it's weird.

Se Yun. Se...

Se Yun is locked up somewhere.

Did you do this?

It's Grandpa's way.

You strike before your opponent can harm you.

Don't look for her.

She's safe.

If you look for her and cause trouble,

she'll really be in danger.

Please tell me where she is.

Or I'll find her myself.

You'll disobey me...

and look for Se Yun?

In other words,

you choose Se Yun.

This is not about my choice.

I will stop you for the chairman's sake.

That is what he would want.

Fire Lee Jae Joon right away.

Put someone on him, follow him,

and report to me regularly.

Trace the number I just sent you,

and find out the last location Se Yun's cell phone was on.

And look into the assistants who are loyal to Ms. Gyung Hye.

They are likely the thugs that Jang Myung Hwan used.

Move quickly.

Yes. I'm sorry.

Don't worry. We won't make the same mistake twice. Yes.

Should I tie her or put a straitjacket on her?

Neither. We were told not to be harm her...

and treat her politely and respectfully.

If we hurt her in any way, we're in trouble.

Who is it? Who ordered you to abduct me?

- By any chance... - If you find out who it was,

you'll never get out of here.

If you cause trouble again,

we won't have a choice anymore.

Eat the food we give you,

sleep, exercise,

and stay quietly, would you?

Wait there.

I'll save you.

The number is to a burner phone.

The number you mentioned belongs to a burner phone.

Se Yun's phone...

was last used in Gileum-dong, and the signal ended there.

I'll report about the other matters soon.

- Okay. - Also,

Ms. Gyung Hye has ordered your termination.

That is not all. She ordered someone to follow you...

and check in periodically regarding your whereabouts.

- Make sure no one follows me. - Yes, sir.

She's never been late without calling.

What's going on? She didn't call all night.

I'm getting scared.

What if someone abducted Se Yun?

"Abducted"? I'm sure she's fine.

She has to be fine.

Mommy, is Auntie home?

Not yet.

There she is. That must be her.

- Dad. - Did you check?

It says her phone was turned off at the intersection by the house.

What about the surveillance videos?

I looked with my eyes peeled,

but I couldn't see her.

There are too many blind spots in our neighborhood.

Nobody unidentified was brought to the hospital last night.

And no one called in regarding witnessing an abduction.

Then where did Se Yun disappear to?

This is terrible. She couldn't have gotten lost.

Mr. Hong. Did she leave a note or anything?

We searched the entire house.

She didn't take any clothes.

I'm sure she didn't leave home voluntarily.

Let's call Mom.

She may have said something to her.

The phone is turned off.

Her phone is off.

What?

Sun Hee. Text her.

- Ask if she heard from Se Yun. - Okay.

Se Yun will be okay, right?

We filed a missing person's report with the police,

so let's wait.

What? "A missing person's report"?

Is Se Yun missing?

Woong.

Se Yun, please call.

Dad's about to die right now.

Goodness.

I'm going to work.

Okay. Have a nice day at work.

Thank you, Grandpa.

Gyung Hye.

Mr. Lee is doing well, right?

Mr. Lee...

will support you well in and out of the house,

so I can relax.

Thanks to him,

I feel at peace.

I have...

something important to tell you,

so come home...

with Mr. Lee during lunch.

Hello, Mr. Lee.

What brings you here?

You will be released this evening.

I know.

I heard from the attorney...

that I can await trial at home.

Ms. Geum.

Se Yun...

went missing.

Se Yun...

went missing?

I'm sure Ms. Gyung Hye was involved.

She suddenly went missing...

after fighting with Ms. Gyung Hye about clearing your name.

When you get out, please go to Ms. Gyung Hye, and talk to her.

We must find Se Yun before it's too late.

- Gyung Hye! - Auntie.

Step aside.

Se Yun suddenly went missing.

Dad filed a missing person's report, Woong skipped school,

and our whole family is looking for her.

You're rich and powerful.

Can you help us?

There's nothing the rich and powerful can't do.

Auntie. Please help us.

The entire family goes on red alert...

whenever Se Yun even catches a cold.

If anything happens to her,

our entire family will die.

Please find my auntie.

I'll grow up to be a great person...

and repay you.

I'll do what I can.

Thank you.

Escort my guests...

safely to their home.

(Private Mental Hospitals)

(Ms. Gyung Hye)

Hello?

Grandpa wants to see you.

I've deferred your termination.

Don't say a word about Se Yun.

Do not upset him.

Miss.

You can't hide it forever.

I will.

If anyone causes him stress or trauma,

they'll have to answer to me.

Please bring Se Yun back...

before the chairman finds out.

If Se Yun gets hurt, you will be in danger as well.

When that happens,

even I will be unable to save you.

Gyung Hye.

Mr. Lee...

has been overseeing all of our company's...

confidential documents,

source of funding,

and all confidential information.

Mr. Lee.

Please give everything...

to Gyung Hye.

Yes, sir.

After Myung Hwan...

left for China,

has there been any unrest among the executives?

All employees and executives trust and follow Ms. Gyung Hye.

The company is stable.

Mr. Lee.

Just as you have assisted me,

please protect Gyung Hye, who is like my alter ego,

as if she were me.

I promise...

I will repay you.

Don't worry.

I will protect...

you and your family.

Hang in there, Se Yun.

I'll make sure I save you.

I checked Ms. Gyung Hye's call records as you had asked,

and I noticed a suspicious number.

It was the fixer that Mr. Jang Myung Hwan used...

as you had predicted.

Where are those jerks?

If we hurt her in any way, we're in trouble.

That's right.

Hey. Hey. Wake up, will you?

Did she kill herself?

- I'm not sure. - Darn it.

- Move her. - Where to?

To the ER. Bring the doctor's diagnosis that she's insane.

If she says stupid things in the ER,

we'll just say she's insane.

- Move her quickly. - Okay.

- Okay. Yes, sir. - Darn it. Seriously.

Put her on your back.

My eye...

Hey, you. Unlock the door. Unlock the door!

Unlock the door!

Unlock the door! Hey, you!

- Hey, where are you going? - Get her! Go get her!

- She isn't here. - Darn it.

Where's Se Yun?

Don't try to find out.

You promised not to hurt her.

She won't be hurt.

It's only until...

your trial ends and I become chairman.

I can do anything for you,

but I can't sacrifice Se Yun.

I'm just locking her up for only a few months.

Bring her to me right now.

If you don't,

you'll have to go to the police with me now.

Are you...

threatening me because of Se Yun?

I'm not threatening you.

I can take the fall for your crime,

but I can't let you commit a crime.

Miss.

You can't do this to Se Yun.

If Se Yun talks,

- I will be hurt. - Miss.

Where's my daughter?

"My daughter"?

As long as Se Yun is safe,

you don't care if I get hurt?

Miss. Tell me where Se Yun is right this instant.

That's right.

Ms. Geum is Se Yun's mom.

My only family...

and only real parent is Grandpa.

Miss.

Please.

Shut it, and wait until I let her go.

If you don't,

she won't be locked up for just a few months.

It may be for the rest of her life.

What? Se Yun what?

What is it?

Se Yun escaped.

- Se Yun. - Ms. Geum.

Listen to me.

If Se Yun says anything stupid to Grandpa...

or shows up at the company and causes trouble,

she may...

end up like Myung Hwan.

It's hard the first time,

but it's easy the second time.

If anything happens to Se Yun,

our family won't be able to survive.

Don't say things like that.

She'd even survive an apocalypse on her own.

Let's have faith, okay?

I keep praying that Auntie Se Yun...

will come back safely, Mommy.

Please let Se Yun come back safe and sound.

Please, please.

Dad. What did the police say?

Shin Hyuk is looking everywhere,

but he couldn't find a single lead.

Should we go to a TV station...

and ask them to air that we're searching for her?

Should I ask my cousin, Gi Tae, for help?

We went to Gyung Hye and asked for her help.

She said she'd look for Se Yun.

- I'm sure she's looking into it. - Gyung Hye?

That's right. She knows a lot of people high up,

- so they'll find her in no time. - Right.

It's Gyung Hye.

Hi, Gyung Hye. Did you find my sister?

What?

Okay. I'll bring my family there.

She says Se Yun is at some temple in Gangwon-do.

- What? - Why did she go there?

Maybe she was stressed out about something?

Thank goodness we found her. Thank you.

Thank you so much.

- Let's go. - Yes, let's go.

- Watch Woong for me. - Okay.

- Careful, Dad. - Okay. Let's go.

Woong! Listen to Auntie, okay?

Drive carefully!

Mom. Mom. It's me, Se Yun.

It's Se Yun!

Mom.

Mom.

- What is this? - Did you get her?

Let go!

Gyung Hye.

Was it you?

Did you send me to the mental hospital?

Let go. I'm not crazy.

I'm not crazy!

Stop it.

You'll really go crazy if you keep that up.

What?

I wasn't the one who sent you...

to the mental hospital.

Mom.

No, right?

Mom. Mom!

Miss.

You had Se Yun locked up...

in a mental hospital?

You know how painful it is...

to be framed for being insane.

How could you send Se Yun to a mental hospital?

Myung Hwan said...

Se Yun would take everything I have from me.

I had no choice in order to prevent that.

Will you do worse things to her...

to protect what you have?

I will.

Dad. Here.

How tasty.

- Dad, mine too. - You guys should eat too.

If anything happens to her,

our entire family will die.

Please find my auntie.

I'll grow up to be a great person...

and repay you.

You must have been happy to live as me...

while I was hurt...

and miserable to live as you.

Now,

it's your turn to get hurt and be miserable.

Really?

Okay.

After getting a fake written diagnosis from me...

to make Se Yun a mental patient,

Gyung Hye...

locked Se Yun up in a mental hospital...

that's no better than a prison.

She learned how to become a monster...

from what we did to her.

Let's wait and see...

to what extent...

Gyung Hye implodes.

(Mysterious Personal Shopper)

Follow Ms. Geum. Find out whom she meets.

Report every second of every minute.

Where am I? Why am I here?

I'm your mom. Say, "Mom."

I'll send your blood, Gyung Hye, to prison.

Stay alive, and watch her crumble and fall.

I made you become what you are now.

I'll put everything back to where it belongs.

Mom.
