a person who exemplifies
our town's values

that you and Julia showed us,

well, they were so strong,
we just couldn't say no.

I don't know what to say.

maybe the possibility
of me running this venture.

I've been waiting for.

I know I could take
a place like that,

make it a state-of-the-art
destination hotel

and the personal touches
that we've put on our inn.
