anxiety attack comin' on.

But when they come out of
nowhere, nothing helps.

And it's okay to feel that way.

and healing takes time.

exercises, they ground me.

Um, they remind me to stay in
the moment, and that I'm okay.

But when the attacks just sneak up on me,

nothing helps, and I
just forget everything.

It's as if your mind takes over,

and the thoughts feel so real.

You have to be gentle with yourself

during those times, okay?
