Women have the tendency, whenever they get faced with men and masculine
aggression, to become men.
That's not our strength, you guys.
That's not us.
So here's my challenge. My challenge is, when men meet you with that energy, do
you have to match it?
Or is there another energy that makes you even more powerful than that?
Now, this is what I would say is the challenge for women today, like in the
modern world.
It's that your world, this world is a man's world.
It is. It was built by men for men.
Now, we as women have a real choice to make. We can follow what the women in
60s did, which is to answer that by saying, we're going to become you then.
Or we can refuse to do that.
When more and more women refuse to become men in response to a male world,
The world begins to shift to be more what both genders need.
So it's females that are going to restore that softness. And what I want
remember when you're at work and with a relationship is to become like water.
That's what women do best.
Now, you can't say that water isn't powerful.
Look at a tsunami, my God.
But it's a receptive energy.
When somebody throws something at water, it doesn't, like, solidify.
It doesn't become hard. It's like, oh, that just went in.
You know?
