time of the shooting appears to have

a negative factor in his decision

this morning that will shed light on

the circumstances of the shooting.

struck in the head with the suspect's

that would account for the head trauma

that had been attributed to his fall
down the stairs after he was shot. He

His doctors are surprised he was able to
