One of the main applications of the
combination of Wyckoff and volume

will be the objective identification of
structures.

There will be occasions when the
delineation of the extremes of the

will not be very visual, perhaps because
the price action has generated

movements that are not very clean.

In this context, it can be useful to use
the volume profile to help us identify

the high and low zones of the value
area, assuming that this area is the

that is generating the subsequent
movement.

By their very nature, the upper and
lower limits of the structure we work

using the Wyckoff methodology will
always be low volume areas.

The price turns that generate the
creation of these supports and

areas where the price did not want to
trade and are therefore identified as

rejections. We already know that this
rejection is visualized within the

profile as an LVN.

Here we see an example of a somewhat
irregular structure where it can be

difficult to clearly identify the
events.

In these cases, it is very useful to use
the manual profile, as it avoids the

need to correctly identify each of the
events.

We will leave aside the whole issue of
labeling to focus on what is really

important, which is to identify the
relevant levels and trading zones within

lateralization.

It is not necessary to label each and
every one of these rotations that take

place within the area.

There are several tests at the top and
bottom of the structure, but that should

not matter. The key is to analyze the
price action and volume as a whole to

how the price reacts after a given
action and to correctly identify the

zones. So the recommendation here is
clear.

developing structures as it gives us

more objective information about what is
happening in the market.
