When all was said and done,

the only survivors.

Several days later,

they escorted the Mexican
authorities back to the site.

All that was left was
a smoldering pile of corpses.

they did eventually

make it to America--
the former through her marriage

to Jonathan Bloom, the latter
via green card lottery.

But according to Alicia's aunt,
they only stayed in touch

for a short while
after the massacre.

As they grew older,
they went their separate ways.

15 years later,
they both disappeared.

after Alicia goes

to the same restaurant,

and someone
in the Bloom household

searches the phrase,
“Ways to dispose of a body.”

The police thought
that was Jonathan Bloom.
