officer Joe Vickers, a .k .a. Gary

is none other than Ted Warnecke, the
serial killer who escaped from prison

several months ago during a bloody
shootout.

A spokesman for the police department,
however, denies the allegation, claiming

there's no way a psychopath of
Warnicke's notoriety could infiltrate

force, even if he did have the devil's
help.
