But this time, he's doing it his

As he plays the starring role

soap opera in history,

affects all our lives

Last week there was a terrible
event with the appalling

assassination of a high-profile
political figure and close

ally of Donald Trump.

As the news broke, people
across America were clearly

shocked and devastated.

So, this just happened.

We just found out that
Charlie Kirk got shot.

It's BLEEP awful.

And is he dead?

Murdered for having a different
opinion from somebody else.

Yeah.

Different ideology
from somebody else.

Charlie was a patriot
who devoted his life to the cause

of open debate and the country
that he loved so much.

This is a dark moment for America.

It was eight months ago that
Donald Trump returned to power.

And on the day after his
inauguration, he went to church.

As a country, we have gathered this

morning to pray for unity,
as a people and a nation.

Without unity, we're
building our nation's house on sand.

Mr President, millions have
put their trust in you,

and as you told the nation
yesterday, you have

felt the providential
hand of a loving God.

In the name of our God,
I ask you to have mercy

upon the people in our country
who are scared now.

There are gay, lesbian,
and transgender children

in Democratic, Republican,
and independent families,

some who fear for their lives.

And the people, the people
who pick our crops

and clean our office buildings,
who labour in poultry farms

and meat packing plants,
who wash the dishes after we eat

in restaurants, and work the night
shifts in hospitals,

they may not be citizens
or have the proper documentation,

but the vast majority
of immigrants are not criminals.

They pay taxes and
are good neighbours.

I ask you to have mercy,
Mr President, on those

in our communities whose children
fear that their parents will be

taken away, and that you help those
who are fleeing warzones

and persecution in their own lands,
to find compassion and welcome here.

Our God teaches us that we are to be
merciful to the stranger,

for we were all once strangers
in this land.

pardons and commutations relating

to events that occurred
on January sixth, 2021.

It's his first day in office.

He's signing an executive order
to set free all the people locked up

for rioting at the Capitol
when he had to give up

the job the last time.

So, this is January 6th,
and these are the hostages,

approximately 1,500,
for a pardon.

So, this is a big one.

Anything you wanna
explain about this?

We hope to get 'em...

We hope they come out
tonight, frankly.

Should there be
punishment for the people

who assaulted law enforcement
officers that day?

Well, I will say this,
they've been in jail

for a long time already.

I see murderers in this
country get two years,

one year, or maybe no time.

Now he's got a second crack
of the whip, he ain't waiting

for approval from Congress.

He's gonna use his
presidential authority.

And Donald is signing more executive
orders on his first day than any

president in history.

Mr President, what
was it like walking

into the Oval Office this evening?

What a great feeling.

One of the better
feelings I've ever had.

The first item that President Trump
is signing is the rescission of 78

Biden-era executive orders,
presidential memoranda, and others.

In his first three weeks
in office, he signs

63 executive orders,
laws he believes will make

America great again.

I'll sign an executive
order to ban men

from competing in women's sports.

I wanna make this
a really good signature.

President Trump saying
he wants to deny funding

for what he calls improper ideology.

Next, this is an executive
order relating to the

use of paper straws.

They break, they explode,
they don't last very

long, like a matter of minutes.

Sometimes a matter of seconds.

It's a ridiculous situation.

Are you not gonna comply with it?

I'm complying with
state federal law.

Of course, there are
some voices of dissent.

You better comply,
otherwise you're not getting

any federal funding.

Every state - good,
I'll see you in court.

I look forward to that.

That should be a real easy one.

And it don't take long
for folks to get real riled

about Donald's way of doing things.

We will not accept authoritarianism.

What situation is the country in?

You're in a dictatorship.

Think about this next time
you're stuck in traffic.

But Donald don't mind the criticism.

I didn't know that was going
to happen, but I'll take it.

And ask any Caesar how

This next executive order,
guaranteeing the state's

protection against invasion,
based on the current crisis

at the southern border.

It invokes various executive powers
relating to the ongoing invasion

at the southern border.

So, there's definitely
one order that matters

to him and all those folks
who voted for him.

People have wanted
to do this for years.

Stopping illegal immigration
and kicking out folks who have

no right to be here.

It's going to happen,
has to happen, or we're not gonna

have a country left.

Governor Noem, please stand
and raise your right hand.

And for this particular
battle, he needs

a trusted lieutenant.

..will be the truth, the whole
truth, and nothing but the truth.

in 1990, Kristi Noem
was crowned South

Dakota's "Snow Queen."

Then, after her daddy Ron died
following a grain bin accident,

she took over the family farm.

She once shot dead her
14-month-old puppy,

I think when people
first heard my name

nominated for the Department
of Homeland Security,

maybe thought it was a little bit

what the President promised
the American people,

would be strong enough to do it,
and follow through,

to make sure that we're
protecting our communities

and America, and would be able
to stand up and communicate

to the American people
what we were doing and why we were,

because it's what they asked
us to do.

Kristi and Donald have a plan.

They've scored a great deal
with a small country 3,000 miles

away called El Salvador.

If you're a suspected
criminal and you don't

have the right paperwork,
this could be where you're headed.

Kristi's come to check
out the facilities.

and first of all I wanna thank
El Salvador and their president

for their partnership
with the United States of America,

to bring our terrorists here,
and to incarcerate them,

and have consequences
for the violence that they have

perpetuated in our communities.

Kristi's deportation

are already under way.

country illegally,

You may be wondering how
Donald is stacking up

against all those presidents
of the past.

Some folks think he could
be one of the greats.

Others are less than impressed.

And at the northern border,
a rebellion has been brewing.

This guy, Attorney General
for Washington State,

is fighting back against one
of those executive orders

from a court in Seattle.

What we're facing
right now is a Trump

administration breaking the law,
violating the United

States constitution.

And he ain't the only one.

From Washington to Oregon,
Arizona to Illinois.

Judges from all around the country
are starting to block Donald's

executive orders and it's
on the news.

A federal judge issuing
a new nationwide order blocking

President Trump's attempt to end
birth right citizenship.

We're standing up to
protect our citizens

from an out-of-control president,
who wants to be a king.

President Trump,
we are watching you.

In Illinois, we don't
take kindly to threats,

and in Illinois, we fight back.

This isn't just about Illinois.

It's about every American having
the right to be heard.

Now is the time for fighters to be
bold, unflinching, and fearless,

as we stand up for our democracy.

And Donald ain't amused.

In recent months, we've seen
a handful of radical left

judges effectively try to overrule
the rightful powers

of the president, and we've been hit
with more nationwide injunctions

than were issued in the entire
20th century together.

Think of it, more than
the entire 20th century, me.

Donald's Press Secretary,
Karoline Leavitt, has already fired

a shot to cross the bows
of the press corps for how

they've been reporting.

I would like to address an extremely
dishonest narrative that we've seen

emerging over the past few days.

Many outlets in this room have been
fearmongering the American

people into believing
there is a constitutional

crisis taking place
here at the White House.

But in fact, the real constitutional
crisis is taking place

within our judicial branch.

Quick newsflash to these liberal
judges who are supporting

their obstructionist efforts:
77 million Americans voted

to elect this president,
and each injunction is an abuse

of the rule of law, and an attempt
to thwart the will of the people.

enforcement, or ICE.

You're gonna go home.

She's aiming to arrest over 1,000

On March 12th, my husband
Kilmar was abducted

criminal convictions has

wound up in El Salvador.

It seems he might have connections
to the notorious MS13 gang.

That shouldn't be enough
to get him deported but as far

Kilmar Abrego Garcia is an illegal

alien, MS13 gang member,
and foreign terrorist.

And just this morning,
it was revealed through Maryland

court documents that Abrego Garcia's
wife petitioned for an order

of protection against him for two
instances of domestic violence

in May of 2021.

President Trump is confident that
he's got evidence that connects

Garcia to the MS13 gang.

of the man's tattoos.

Apparently, his tattoos
link him to MS13.

It is not a legal right for all.

journalists who she believes ain't

sticking to the facts.

The clashes came after
immigration agents caried

and demonstrators are peaceful.

After what they did to me,

he considers disloyal.

And if you criticise Donald,
the FBI could even come knocking.

Donald was having none of it.

A former member of the Doge
staff was savagely beaten

by a band of roving thugs,
after defending a young woman

from an attempted carjacking.

He was left dripping in blood,
he thought he was dead,

with a broken nose and concussion.

Can't believe that he's alive,
he can't believe it.

I'm announcing a historic action
to rescue our nation's capital

from crime, bloodshed,
bedlam, and squalor.

to help reestablish law, order,

and public safety in Washington DC.

Our capital city has been
overtaken by violent gangs

and bloodthirsty criminals,

out maniacs and homeless people,
and we're not gonna let it

happen any more.

our cities over this.

They fight back until you knock
the hell out of 'em.

There you have it.

of a ruler he wants to be.
