is able to take on the human dimension,

but it is beyond the human dimension.

really the fullness
of the creative nature of life itself,

that which is seen,
and that which is unseen.

that which is embedded in the human hearts

as in the great fullness of the heavens.

Now, most people on this planet
talk about the fifth dimension

to the eight dimension,
and those are valid,

but there's myriads of intelligences
that exist in these higher

dimensional realities,
and that's what we're talking about.

Ultimately,
they're part of our cosmic family.

They could be called

those who generated
via damage species of light.

We have a certain mathematical code
structure both in our DNA

and in our very bones
that are part of a cosmic

higher fuel intelligence
than match that of the angelic forces.

In my work, I've actually met an angelic

who I consider to be part of that category
called the finding

those forms of intelligence
that operate the wheels within wheels

are these greater manifestations

of higher intelligence.

What is an angel
or altar dressed to look like?

Is it a cherub in a medieval sense

of a small diminutive form
with little wings?

I would say to the contrary,
most would agree

that the angelic form
is one of intense light, capable

of changing a variety of manifestations
of the life symbol, the face symbol.

The angelic simply means the messenger
of a higher source.

Ultimately, the highest of sources
is the pure light that can take on

and manifest in a variety of ways,
myriad forms of life.

What is necessary for that particular
planetary society and that particular

human subject that is in quest
of the man God partnership.

There are two types of celestial beings.

When an ascension
takes place from the physical,

this is a physical being who has been

reincarnated has had many, many lifetimes,

and they reach some point
in which they can ascend.

And it's like a graduation.

And that is when they become
a member of the Godhead.

So to understand
that there are three realms

there's at the bottom
and most dense physical realm above

that you have the astral realm and above
that you have the celestial realm.

And celestial beings
are those beings that have evolved

through
these three realms of consciousness.

You still have a sense of individuality
or identity

that you brought with you

through your evolutionary experience, but

by and large,
your identity is more associated

with the Godhead as opposed to having

some sense of your own identity.

And then there's the created celestial.

The way that celestial beings are created
is through this

process and transition
from the astral to the celestial.

The universe began with a big bang.

And at that moment, the Big Bang,
you have unity, consciousness.

And as the universe
continued to rapidly expand

and eventually cooled down,
you had a condensed session take place,

and we hit this
harmonic resonance barrier.

And in that process,
energy is released a lot of energy,

and this lights up the first stars.

And these are the first celestial beings
and the celestial being

that is the star provides the energy

that gives rise to life on the planets.

Without the sun, we wouldn't exist.

There's just no question.

If the sun were to die tomorrow,
we would soon die thereafter.

The sun you can think of as as a being,
as a deity that is giving love.

You know, it's a love energy.

All this radiation that comes from
the sun is what I believe is

what's referred to in many texts
as divine love.

In order for us to interact
with celestial beings or astral beings,

they have to appear to us
in some kind of form in which we perceive

with our five senses.

And when they appear,
they are scintillating all over and,

you know, just sparkly
and then manifest into a shape

or illusion of what
they are to the perceiver.

We all have a celestial counterpart
that is our higher self.

Another name for the celestial being

that will ultimately commune with you
is your higher self.

landed in Alexandria, Virginia, to meet

from our universe

have been abducting humans.

when using night vision
or to peer into other realities

into dimensionally
like the negative grays.

The humans use telepathic hypnosis
to bend their abductees to their will.

Humans are considered DNA royalty

designed with ascension codes, where races
like the Bronze and the Grays

lost their ability to traverse
into the next dimensional experiences.

to hybridize their races to ultimately
regain the proper DNA sequences.

you have seen or experienced

what you feel to be a alien encounter,

So this all began

when a group of four guys
decided to go on a trip in the Allagash.

This is a part of Maine
where there's a lot of rivers and streams,

and during this week
they had a couple of UFO sightings

which were really interesting, just
a large ball of light off in the distance.

They didn't know what to make of it.

They kind of asked some people
along the way if they had seen it as well,

but they didn't think much of it
until one of the last night

when they went out on a lake
to do some fishing.

Before they left at their campground,
they started a fire,

a big fire where the flames were going up
several feet.

And they wanted this to last
quite a bit of the night

because they were going to be out there
fishing for quite a while.

They got in their boat and they got out
in the lake and they started fishing

and they saw the UFO again,
that big giant glowing

or but this time it was much
closer, is right at the shoreline.

And as it was moving across the shoreline,
it was shining some kind of searchlight.

They sat on the ground

and so false
decided, hey, they're shining a light.

Maybe it'd be a good idea to shine
a light at them.

So he took his flashlight
and shined a light at them,

and he says he quickly found out
that was a bad idea because it stopped

and moved towards them,
which of course is terrifying.

And they're just amazed. They're scared.

They don't know what to think.

And then all of a sudden it takes off

at a tremendous speed.

So later they remember being back
in their boat and going back to camp.

Some of them noted that the fire seemed

to be burnt down
more than it should have been.

They went to bed the next morning.

They were excited and they kind of talked
about their UFO sighting

and then they went off on their lives
and as if everything was normal

under regression.

What the guys remembered
is that the spotlight

that was coming
out of the object shined a light on them

and that the spotlight was actually

sucking them in to the UFO.

And they were, of course, terrified.

Once in this craft.

They couldn't talk, they couldn't move.

The other guys.

They could see sitting not too far away.

But they also were not talking or moving.

They remember seeing these creatures.

And separately, all three remember
similar details about these creatures.

They seem insectoid.

They were seemed to have an exoskeleton.

They did have two arms, two legs,
but their head was like elongated

and their eyes
wearing giant eyes like the grays.

They were kind of smaller.

They also had this beak type of thing

that made up a large part of the lower
part of their head.

The other weird detail,
you know how we have an imposible thumb.

Instead,
these creatures had four fingers, and this

joint here was in the middle of the hand.

So their entire hands would fold.

And that's
how they picked up this equipment.

When it comes

to fighting races, one are the leering.

Now, the leering
are not only showing up as feline,

but delivering are what humans call fairy
and throats.

They are animal appearing humanoids.

The alien race look a lot of them like

lions or lionesses.

So quite often

you'll see them with much longer hair,
especially around the head and neck.

The other thing you'll find with them is
their

hands are much more human,
like the leering.

Feline
rays are a very culturally enhanced race.

They focus a lot
on the social side of things.

You almost call them monarchy layout,
where they do

have a definitive leader, but they look at
it from the social standing.

They Laurean's are more Panther

or Cheeto like in configuration,
my sleeker body, their hair tends to be

very, very short and very smooth back
a bit of a sheen to it.

Colors in both of them
range from your tiny brown

to midnight black
They are military through through

they are very aggressive,
but they are not combat oriented.

They will simply defend themselves
when attacked.

If you leave them alone.

They're nice people.

Long, long ago in the lair and system,
they lived a giant race of blonds

alongside the lion cat species
known as the Chemours,

a lion feline species bearing a remarkable
resemblance to the lion

goddesses
depicted on the walls of ancient Egypt

and reptilians happened

upon their cluster of peaceful worlds
and wanted their abundant resources.

They warred on the lyrids,
ultimately destroying their civilization.

Those lion

felines that survived
settled in other star systems.

The Pleiades and Tuileries

and Sirius A
and B, The Nordics fled to Vega,

the Pleiades, Andromeda, Sirius

and Alpha Centauri to begin anew.

It has been hypothesized
that the Brown Atlanteans

were originally
from the serious star system

and that before the destruction
of Atlantis, a large number of them

escaped into Egypt.

So Ezekiel Chapter one talks about what

some people call the Cherubim
or the four living creatures.

As reported in Revelation,
we have four faces.

One is our face, which means we are part

of their cosmic.

The other is the lion face,
which is the sun or solar systems

that we're living in.

Another is the eagle

with its outstretched wings,
which looks very much like the Milky Way.

But the last one is the ball,
and the bow represents the power of Orion.

And Orion is that cosmic portal through
which these other levels of reality

come to visit us.

The original Orion's are fascinating
in that

they have a very dramatic look to them,
so they are very tall.

The men are about 10 to 12 feet tall
and the women are about 8 to 10.

Somewhere in that range.

They typically have very milky white skin

and it has a violent tint to it as well.

But the other thing about their appearance

is that they like the flair
for the dramatic.

So a lot of them will have some kinds
of piercings or they might have tattoos.

They're one of the strongest,
most powerful races

that we know of in the universe.

They are the magicians.

Orion itself,
especially the three stars in the belt

and this is known to the ancient
indigenous cultures, is a type of vortex

point or opening between our reality
and higher reality of light.

Any time you have
the real light energy coming forth,

you actually have some negative energies
around and trying to control that.

That's why people mistake Orion
as a negative location

when it's really a place of light energy
that pours forth into our reality

and can be experienced by all of us.

seed is a multidimensional being that

star nations

they left their DNA on our planet

of this material universe.

There are a myriad of creator
and star scenes living on Earth today

and other aliens assisting from their
command posts in and around the Earth.

Now, for the aliens, they have an ability
to understand the larger picture.

They are visionary
and in part a pass of action

to elevate the Soul Star seeds.

Well, they have counterparts
so our cosmic higher selves that monitor

their mortal avatars too,
and do spiritual awakenings

to their cosmic heritage,
to guide, to raise, to teach,

and to prepare them for super
consciousness and ultimate ascension.

Mastering one's own emotions

to express themselves from the heart
and not the ego.

So in other words, service to humanity
or to instead of service to self,

they live their lives by this incredible
one simple phrase

when one is helped, all our helped.

Now aliens primarily
resemble Nordic Scandinavian

descendants of the ancient Lahren's
females stand anywhere

between five nine, six, five and the males

are anywhere from six, 5 to 8 feet.

Another culture living on the alien worlds
is an Asian race

with yellow to brown skin
and brown to black hair, their height.

So they're anywhere between five,
five and seven feet.

They practice a unified field of trust,

truth and unconditional love
because the aliens know

that those forms are going to reach out
and they're going to interact

with every particle
in the universal fabric of space and time

to touch every person divinely.

I had a contact experience
in a different vibrational frequency,

and during this experience
I was in a counselor to the people

sitting around
an egg shaped council table.

All occurred the same to me.

They're all wearing robes,

and the robes had a insignia on it

at the
head of the egg shaped council table.

Was it being that close clothes
more than anyone else?

All the beings
glowed and different varying strings.

Another being came in
to make the rounds around

each one of us was a crystal device.

I realize that they're clearing
each one of us for this meeting

at the head of the table.

It was the overseer.

This being was a titan.

Syrian.

The main topic on the agenda
with the elders at the council meeting

was what was referred
to as the changeover.

The elders made it quite clear

that they are not the only ones
overseeing this transition from a lower,

denser vibrate frequency
to another higher, more evolved dimension.

There's simply a branch of a larger
operation, perhaps for many whole.

The Federation itself.

But surely it was a plane of humans

that was on
and in the forefront of their minds.

The changeover, in a nutshell,
is humanity's opportunity

to move into the next phase of evolution,
not as robots or perfected algorithms,

but as realized conscious sovereign
beings, free choose their own destiny.

At a certain
point, this Titan Syrian started

communicating with me inside my head.

But after the initial contact
presence of this titan, Syrian

was with me
for about a year, day and night,

this presence surrounded me
like an envelope.

The Titan Syrians were from seriously
a white dwarf,

which is major star system
you might call the Titan.

Syrians,
the overseers of the Human Genome Project.

If we were to perceive the Titan Syrians,

we would see them only as light.

But when they do manifest
the manifests as beings 10

to 12 foot tall,
they have elongated heads with a chamber.

Townshend, reminiscent of the Egyptian

pharaohs, crowns and chin straps,
and they move very gracefully.

Their bony and long extended is slight.

They're almost in slow motion.

They're there,
almost gliding above the ground.

The most prominent saying about the Titan
assurance that I found was their eyes.

Their eyes are the color
of a Caribbean ocean or a blue.

Jaws exude such a loving presence,
such a accepting,

I would say, unconditional presence,

yielding their yielding yet powerful.

There seem to be several different species
of extraterrestrials

who do this hybridization with human
beings.

We've got the little gray beings.

We have tall blue arc turians.

We have plenty and beings.

We have Andromeda and beings,

reptilian beings.

Some of the species have wanted to take
on some of the components

that they recognize in us,
that they would like to have.

For instance, our ability to have emotions
and love

and kindness,
thoughtfulness, consideration.

Some of the species have said
they'd like to create hybrids

who would be understanding of humans

and understanding of the extraterrestrials

and therefore would be
able to be like ambassadors.

There are

several hybrid races that are the result

of a very interesting story,
and the story begins

with the idea of the beings that we know
as the grays

that are often reported
in the alien abduction phenomenon.

Although many people have talked
about the grays as if they are an alien

race, Bashar has little bit of a different
take on that.

So the story starts
on a parallel version of Earth

that had a similar history
to ours, according to Bashar.

But was farther along
more technologically advanced.

Yet at the same time,
they did a lot of the things that we find

we're doing here on Earth
in terms of making choices

that are not necessarily
good for the environment.

And eventually, according to Bashar,
they actually allow

their environment to collapse.

So as things got worse and worse

and as the ecological system
on their version of Earth collapsed,

they had to try and do things
to allow themselves to survive.

They sort of went underground.

They lost the ability over time
to reproduce

because of the toxic atmosphere
and many other things going on.

And eventually, in order to keep going,
they had to mutate themselves

with their technology into the beings
that we now understand as the gray.

So what Bashar is basically saying
is that the grays used to be humans

just like us
on a parallel version of Earth.

The Grays, in a sense,

because they are a mutation,
are the first level of the hybrid race.

And he, in their ancient language,
Bashar's

ancient language,
they refer to them as the Moors.

And I think in their language
it generally means the old ones.

So they kept

attempting to refine the idea over time,
I think over centuries, really,

of blending their DNA, improving the DNA,

using human DNA to make themselves

bring their culture back closer and closer
to their original human form.

And so the next level of that,
the next phase of the hybridization agenda

are what we now call the tall grays.

Bashar's people,
the society are the third phase,

and they're now really more like 5050
between what we typically call

a gray with the small stature,
the large eyes, the larger head.

We are about five feet tall.

They have whitish skin.

Their eyes are larger,
but they're more normal.

They're relatively slender.

The males have no hair,
the females have hair.

It tends to be white.

Although there are exceptions.

Their noses are small, their mouths are
small, their ears are smaller.

But generally speaking,
we would start to see the society

Bashar's people as a little bit
more in the direction of what we recognize

as a human form.

There is a Stargate
or an inter-dimensional portal

in Arcturus in Union with Melchizedek.

The overseers of this portal

are the arc turians who process souls
moving into their next experience,

whether it's another cosmic lifetime
or an ascension

into the next dimension.

We call Arcturus the shepherd,

or the one who comes to help
the star is not part of our Milky Way,

but it's actually coming in
to our Milky Way system.

We believe that it's part of a higher
consciousness reality coming in

to help humanity in the Milky Way.

and lanky, very elegant and 12 feet tall,

but not beautiful, translucent skin.

We serve what's called
the one prime creator.

We are surrogates of the one.

Hybrids can

come into being in the most unusual
and unique way.

Celestial beings
or advanced extraterrestrials

who are associated with star seeds under
their watch are able to place

an overlay of advanced
consciousness into a person's auric field

that will absorb
into their mental faculties.

This upgrades their ability
and desire to raise consciousness

in a community or on a global scale.

Other types of hybrids are races that

come on long expeditions to earth,

whether it's 100 or a thousand
or more years.

On a soul level,
they have permission from genetic donors

to hybridize for two main reasons.

The first is
so that they are able to adapt in bodies

that can sustain themselves
in the Earth's environment.

The second is to study us

literally by becoming us.

You could consider the
soul's laws and super hybrids

in the

citizens who are created
in a way that they use 33

human DNA chains from across the universe.

Over the next millennia.

They will begin a DNA upgrade in a joined
one more highly intelligent

human race genomes to their DNA pool,
bringing their DNA

chain to a total of 44 races.

The hybridization program is very central

to what they're doing is ongoing in

an it has been for a very long time

looking at humanity in itself
as a civilization.

Human beings are considered
as a race of hybrids in a sense that,

you know, over time
there is a lot of genetic manipulation,

DNA changes
that has been done for a very long time

and to perfect a human body
and create the evolutionary state

in which we are now,

there is a whole other type of hybrids,

and these are the hybrids
who are born on Earth of a regular human

father and mother, and they live

their whole lives here on Earth.

They have been hybridized
in a couple of different ways.

One of the ways is
that eggs are taken from the human mother

and sperm taken from the human

father and mixed together
by the extraterrestrials

with, their material, their genetics.

The second wave is that the human mother

is already pregnant from the human father.

And at about five months
during the pregnancy,

she is taken by the extraterrestrials

and they give her an injection

which contains their DNA.

You know, in the beginning,
it always seems to be very negative

for someone because they don't know
what's happening to them.

They begin to feel like they can't move

except for their eyes at times
someone will remember

a bean or three strange looking beans

in the room.

But then there's a blackout period.

We actually have a screen memory
afterwards,

so we aren't aware that we have been
with the aliens.

But have a mission implanted

that we will continue to do
after our contact one night.

My memory made its way
through the screen memory

and I realized I was on a ship.

There, brought up there.

They're taken into the room where they see

all these tanks
with little babies in them.

They're told this particular one is yours.

You have to love it for it to survive.

These children
I instinctively knew were mine.

And they're taken up time and time again

to bond with this child

as this child is growing
because they need our human connection.

The alien beings are not capable of that.

I remember being observed
while I was with them.

They had books on the ship,
and so I read from the book

Charlotte's Web to the children,
and I remember clinging to my husband

and saying, Their arms, their arms,
we can't leave them.

We had no choice.

Suddenly it was over.

We were gone and back into our own home.

One malevolent race of reptilians
is known as the Draconian or the Draco.

They're from Orion, Sirius
and the Draco Constellation.

The drugs see themselves
as better than everybody else.

Males stand between 7 to 9 feet.

Females height is from 6 to 7 feet,
and because they're known as fierce

warriors, boys
begin combat training at age six.

Reptilians have a foul smell, an odor

that is designed to weaken
and repel opponents in battle.

They are cold blooded creatures
whose skin is made

of scales, scoots and bony plates.

The scales and scoots
protects them from moisture loss.

The range of colors across the malevolent

and benevolent reptilian empire is vast.

Reptilians are highly intelligent
with an impressive memory complex.

They have a group hive
mind like a social internet to converse

with others, but can also shut that off
at will and maintain individuality.

The reptilian elite,
the alpha albino drugs

and the draconian, the Reptilians

warred with aliens
for their abundant resources,

ultimately destroying
some of their worlds.

These tyrannical warriors have conquered
planets secretly from the inside,

gaining favor with world leaders
in exchange for technology.

They use them like puppets
to get what they want

territory, natural resources

and genetic materials from its population

The negative
grays work alongside the Draco.

The draconian legions negatively polarize
those enslaved in their hybridization

But there are more positive
reptilian races

The one thing we have to realize
