I'm still not convinced he's
suffering an abnormality
of the mind.

My Lady, the defendant was evidently
suicidal following the break-down
of his marriage.

If this isn't an abnormality
of the mind, then what is?

My Lady, relationships break up.
People feel a little low.

They don't all try and derail
commuter trains!

A little low? You can tell you've
never had a relationship worth

I'm inclined to agree with
the Crown, Miss Barker.

If your client wants to plead
diminished responsibility,
