identification which is challenged, and
that you must consider very

carefully the difficult circumstances

in which this identification was made.

You must also consider whether there is
other evidence

which supports this identification.

And that support may come from lies.

Or... from a number of pieces of
circumstantial evidence, each innocuous

own, but which taken together tend to
show that the defendant

committed the crime.

You should adopt a common sense approach
to this.

was manufactured by an officer who had

clearly become unbalanced.
