Each of those stores had just received a
new shipment of Armandos. And it turns

out all three shipments contained dolls
with the same lot number.

So what's so special about that lot
number?

And how did the robbers know where the
shipments were going?

I've been in contact with the toy
manufacturer and the shipping company.

These are the people who have access to
information about which lot number goes

where. I cross -referenced this with
customer lists from costume rental

recent sales of guns like the ones used
in the robberies, and LAPD criminal

records. You did all this by yourself?

Well, half the department's on vacation.

I didn't have much choice.

Unfortunately, I couldn't match up any
names on the list. The robbers have been

careful not to leave a trail.

But two more shipments with that lot
number are arriving in Los Angeles this

afternoon. One's going to a place called
the Toy Box, and the other one to
