Auburn last night, but said that Auburn

him off. Said he seemed upset about
something.

Auburn's employer. Now, he told me that

Auburn's wife died suddenly about three
weeks ago, not long after Auburn found

out that he was going to be replaced in
his job as a buyer.

So he did have reason to be depressed,
even suicidal.
