herself.

generally just before he strikes.

That's the pattern.

First gift, then ugly phone calls. Then
more gifts.

And finally, I guess, when he grows
tired of the game, he sends them

Shortly after that, he kills.

And doesn't leave any clues?

No. No, he may be nuts, but he's not
dumb.

No fingerprints.

Even develops his own pictures. Not one
lead.
