Reynolds' San Francisco bank by the

Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation
uncovered possible violations of the

Federal Reserve Act.

When FBI Inspector Louis Erskine arrived
in San Francisco, Reynolds' leave was

exactly one hour and 55 minutes.

Our main stumbling block so far is
Reynolds' own reputation.

A few people we've talked to refuse to
believe he's capable of embezzlement,

including the FDIC official who
originally called us.
