For as long as I can remember, I've been
a part of an American family.

There's my dad, writing checks and

And here am I, the one on the rug with
three brand new pencils.

I asked my dad to help me on this essay,

But last year, when I was scared because

chase me on the way to school, my dad
told me not to worry.

And he drove me in the car every morning
until the year was over so that big dog

other.
