trading. His case goes to trial next
month if convicted. He could do up to 20

years in seeing as how he has a $12

sitting too well with him.

And Dean had a pretty good case against

But the word is, even though Dean
doesn't have enough evidence really to

convict, that Zabel's attorneys are
still begging for a deal because they

want to face Dean in court.

So we're talking to Zabel later on

We're looking at Dean's case against
these prison guards.

Apparently they heard screams, didn't
bother to do anything about it while the

prisoner was being beaten to death.
