you know that I create comic book characters,

However, we are now trying to expand our viewership

to a broader audience.

At 4:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time

there was a series of random blackouts

across Clark County, Lincoln County,

and Alko County.

These blackouts were accompanied by

an atmospheric lightning storm.

It is believed that this atmospheric anomaly

will continue over the next one-and-one-half to two days.

All residents within a 400-mile radius

of the affected areas should remain indoors.

If you cannot find shelter in your area,

local authorities will lead you to a designated

community shelter.
