His name is Nick Kiefer.

And our information is he's one of the leaders of an urban terrorist group

called the Scorpions.

Well, why would they blow up a milk truck?

The driver of the truck was a man named John Hastings, a member of the

Scorpions. We were in the process of turning him in exchange for immunity.
