About two years ago, I started the Nitro Girls and I am now the team's director.

Here we go!

I have a very deep personal investment in each one of the girls because I handpicked them.

But I relate to each young lady on a different level because their personalities are all so different.

We all, I think, connect with each other in different ways because our personalities

are so different and yet we have such a common bond together.

Four, five, six, seven, eight.

So many different personalities.

That's what makes the kids so dynamic.

We're all very unique.

You got me at the end of my banana.

Each girl just brings so much to our team.

I'm overjoyed with the amount of success that we've had in such a short amount of time.

We've really become a staple of the show.

I don't think anybody really knows how much work all seven of us do put in to make this a really good product.

I love my job. I love it.

Luckily, the job, it's a fun job and it's a great job.

We never expected that the Nitro Girls was going to just take off the way that it has.

The energy was incredible, the crowd was going crazy the entire night, and people were screaming

and hollering and just really into the girls, I thought, this is incredible.

Being a Nitro Girl has been...

It's so much fun. The experience is overwhelming really.

Being able to travel, I mean every Monday night we're in a different state.

Nitro is high energy, it's fun, we're fast, we're dance and we're doing a lot of hip hop,

gym and little interviews, quick little snippets.

I think everybody's used to seeing the Nitro girls in the middle of the ring doing all this techno,

real hard, core, you know, dance steps.

It's very rewarding that you're doing something and people are actually recognizing you.

for what you're doing.

The fans are number one really to me.

A lot of times what happens is the fans really bring us up

because that's what this is all about.

I think our best experience has just been

The girls, I mean, we have really bonded together.

It's a true sisterhood.

It is.

And I've got to say that all the girls have done a wonderful job in embracing me and helping me just feel welcome.

And what we really, really mean about it is that we all get along like family.

And we can laugh and cut up and get crazy.

We've had a lot of really cool experiences.

And that's when the group dynamic really gets kicking because all of us together is a whole lot of fun.

Everybody's just so wonderful and it's such a family kind of feel that you're just like okay. I'm bad

I was so busy trying to learn these dancer teams that we were just mere acquaintances.

Yeah, we didn't know each other too well back then.

Yeah, not at all.

Then we became friends, but now we're so close.

We're like sisters.

We're tight.

I know so many things about all of these girls.

Oh yeah. I mean, secrets that you would not believe.

There has been a moment or two where things haven't gone

exactly as Che's plans.

And it's on national TV, so tell us about it a little bit.

It was an embarrassing moment for Che.

That was actually in Minneapolis, right?

The opening number decided to say hello to the nation, I know.

The next day on the website, the Knuckle met the nation.

She had so many fans.

I was so jealous.

She had signs for weeks after that.

What they don't know is I actually planned the whole thing.

Of course, A.C., you've had your moments too, and we're about to see some shots of Amy coming up next.

But let me tell you a little bit about Amy that you don't know.

She may seem like you're all American girl next door, but don't let her fool you.

Remember the second time I came to your house?

Oh, no.

I come to her house to go borrow a costume, and I walk in to find her vacuuming naked.

She said like there's nothing different with that at all. She's like, you know, you do not have to go there

No, wait, then there's a huge tub of ice cream with a spoon in it. It's been stuck

Let's take a look at some of your more glamorous moments you want. Yeah, let's do that. They're coming up next

think I've been the luckiest nitro girl ever because I've had such fun shoots

I've the first day started out that I had a jet ski shot spice and I we got

a little busy on the jet ski and then we got to ride we had a blast and there was

an underwater camera which was really fun because all of a sudden he'd be like

Go and I would have to drive right over his head

And then second shot I got to do is with the dolphins. The dolphins were beautiful. There were two dolphins and

Kimberly Spice and I I mean they just swim around as we get to touch them. It's just really amazing

Then in Nassau I got to swim with a stingray. This is gonna be an experience

I was definitely scared, but going down under with a fish, with a squid in my hand, and

trying to be beautiful, I don't think it happened.

I got the squid and all the other fish would attack the squid and so I'd have

to close my hand because the only one I wanted to eat the squid of course was the

stingray and they would barely come up on me and it was they were just so awesome

they were so soft and it had a little mouth underneath the nose it had this

little mouth you would ever know that there was a mouth there until this till

it was like

And then I got the roller blade, which was awesome.

I had fabric.

We were just going up and down the sidewalks,

and it was just beautiful there.

Che and I did a shot that was just, it was great.

It was so beautiful.

We were sitting on a deck that was really colorful,

and the sun was behind us.

We had the beautiful ocean behind us.

We got a little sexy with it, you know.

So we have fun.

It's really cool because all the girls work so different

together.

Once we get with another girl, it's great.

Spice and I are together all day today, which is really

cool, because we really connect.

We have a good time.

We're really the ones that bring all the good spirit to

the group and just.

crack up, the jokesters of the group, so I'm really glad that I'm here today shooting with her.

You know, we've had the jet skis, we've had the roller blades, we've had the fun shots,

but I think today you're going to see a little bit more of us getting a little sexier,

which is really cool, you know? I mean, I think the fans just see us in all kind of different ways,

because, you know, we are all sexy in our own ways.

AC, it looks like you definitely, definitely had a great time on those shoots, girl.

We had this brand new choreographer come in who we never worked with before.

And in order to get him up to speed, we tried to show him a rehearsal tape of the nitro girls.

But it was not a rehearsal tape of us at all, was it, Kim?

No, I don't believe it was that day, but you know, let me tell you this, if it did happen

to be a few intimate moments between two loving, consenting adults, what's the problem?

What's the big deal about that?

South Beach, that's one of the best times of all, is when we all went out that night and hit Miami.

entertain and socialize with the fans, to our fashion show performance and

worrying about choreography and costume. Just think about the audience and giving

them a good show. Make sure that they see that you're having a great time and

that you really love what you're doing and you're working it.

Nygaard Key last night was absolutely incredible. I can say without reservation

that there's no place else like it in the world.

And I was just having a cup of coffee and by the time your coffee kicks in,

your face is on, your hair is done.

I mean, you get sweaty and they're on you even before you feel sweaty.

The photographer said he didn't think he had the shot, actually.

He was pretty skeptical about this fight.

and I kind of struck a post and that was it.

I had to stand there and just wait for the waves.

Okay, here it comes, here it comes, and by about 10 minutes,

I could actually hear when it was about to crash,

because you could kind of hear it rolling,

and then I could pretty much time,

and I was an expert by the end of the shoot.

When I walked up,

I just saw all these columns and all this artwork and I was just kind of consumed into it already.

And tying the sunrise with it and all this guy, I mean the professionalism, everything was just, it was great.

I was thinking, you know, this was such a peaceful feeling.

You know, for a second I caught myself just kind of forgetting that I was even doing a photo shoot.

It's kind of like, kind of makes you rethink.

When you wake up in the morning, there's this natural phenomenon going on every morning

and it's just kind of, kind of like, I don't know, it touches you inside somewhere.

It's one of those things that you see on TV

and you just kind of don't picture yourself being involved with such a production, but it was great.

Well, I have horses myself, but when I saw them, I immediately went and asked which one was a little more docile.

I'm asking to be very nice to me.

It was amazing when he actually got to a point where he was not standing on the stand and he started to swim and it was just

It was beautiful. It's the first time riding a horse on the beach, and hopefully it's not the last.

Past ten days it's just been beyond my imagination.

It's work, but it's fun work. I mean, how can you complain? It's great.

It was a real special place to shoot because we have scouted throughout South Florida and

in the Bahamas for places where we could shoot dolphins where they were not in a pen.

They submerge a buoy and so you have a rough idea of where the dolphins are going to jump

and you have a rough idea of when they're going to jump, but you don't know for sure.

And Terry did an incredible job of having the patience that we needed for this kind of

When the dolphins were ready, we needed to have the model ready, and the patience that she gave us in this shot was really incredible and allowed us to think more about the dolphins than having to think about where the model was and how much the model was moving.

So while she didn't get a chance to move a lot, and this was not an action shot for her, it did give us a chance to capture her beauty.

and the dolphins at the same time and it's a real interesting shot and it's

absolutely worth a shot. Real special, something that you just can't get anywhere

else that we've found.

I had my first rollerblading experience, which I was actually scared of at first, but it

ended up working okay.

I guess the dancing thing kind of helped me coordination wise and I was able to just

you know get my groove on and I think it works so now I'm an official rollerblader.

Of course we did some shopping, which I'm always a fan of.

It was fun working with Terri and Amy.

Amy is just a clown all together and Terri and I, we just work well together I think

She and I are a lot alike, especially just morals and value-wise, we kind of see eye-to-eye

on things, and so we relate well, and then having Amy in the middle of us just plow

us up, I think, is really, really good.

After the 5.30 call and a couple cups of coffee, we got my hair and makeup together.

We did this beautiful scene out on the bow of the boat, and it was kind of like a Titanic

thing, almost, if you will, overlooking all the water and the beauty.

My personal favorite shot was a sunrise shot.

how the effect of a sunrise does wonders for the body and just, you know, brings out all the colors in the surrounding areas.

It just was really, really beautiful and to be in this location just added to it a whole bunch.

It just felt so natural and, you know, the moment was just there and it just made you feel beautiful.

Just being out and all this just really brings out, I think, the beauty in everybody.

It just makes you feel so great about yourself and, you know, all the nature and everything that God has provided.

We had to get up at 4.30 in the morning.

Well, we had to be up by 4 to go and get hair and makeup going

and everything to get out to catch the sunrise.

We took some really hot shots this morning.

It's really interesting.

You see all the commercials for the Bahamas,

and you think the sand looks so white,

and the water's so clear, and you think, ah, that's fat.

The sand is all rocks.

There's rocks and shells, and it hurts, but it's hot.

Everything we've done so far is very sexy.

I love jet skiing. When I was growing up, we used to always have boats, so I was always

out in the lake in the summer and doing water sports, jet skiing, so I grew up with doing

that kind of stuff. I love it. As much as I was always around the water, I'm not a strong

swimmer. So when we got out there today and got on the jet skis, they were like, no life

jackets. You don't realize that makes you, that gives you security. So it took me probably

a good 10, 15 minutes to really feel confident again without a life vest. Once I just figured

around me and swimming up to me and they would come up around me and then just

lay there for me and just let me slowly kind of float and they kept doing it and

doing it and I was like oh my gosh they're just amazing and beautiful one

time we got hit in the thigh with their their tail because they're real powerful

You know, we've been playing this pretty hot game of truth or dare pretty hot, but let's talk about some truths here

Okay, I saw this segment of you and AC together on the beach and I was pretty erotic

Yeah, so why don't you answer a question for me? Just how much did you two enjoy doing that shot together?

Okay, no, this is what I believe first of all female bodies are just beautiful

And I just think when two people come together,

it doesn't matter what gender you are,

and obviously, AC and I had some chemistry going,

It was so beautiful. We had a really good time.

On every shoot, there's always a time when the weather doesn't cooperate.

I don't think it's going to light up for a while.

That's my spectacular shot with the rain.

We were on this beautiful island, Blue Lagoon, which is just outside of Nassau, and the weather

changed on us, and we found ourselves in a punt position.

So we took a look around for what we might be able to shoot in the rain

Black suit that we're gonna shoot out there isn't gonna work right, but we've got that yellow suit with the starburst

That's just gonna be hot

We were undercover in this yellow

stucco building on Blue Lagoon Island and

We had a suit for Che that

Worked perfectly in this location. The background was bright yellow almost match your suit

totally complementary to our suit. So we grabbed a suit and did a change in the

field and Rico and his crew quickly adjusted to where we were and shooting

in the rain and we saved a shot where we might have lost time in the rain

because we have people like Che who was very amenable and easy to work with and

and Rico and his crew who work quickly and can make these kinds of changes in

the field.

and it turned out to be an incredible shot.

She pops right off the background and

it's so bohemian also with the colors and the stucco.

It was a great shot.

As soon as we were done at the shack, the sun came out.

It was perfect.

I noticed that there was a small island off the island

and walking distance with some incredible waves crashing up onto it.

So I thought, let's take Shea out there

because we can get a spectacular shot

of some waves and some ocean.

Set up another shot. We probably nailed the shot within 20 minutes.

It was just one of those magic moments where just everything clicked.

And it's just a great shot.

And what about you, Fire? Do you have any truths to tell?

Think of my truths are just a little too hot for TV, so I'm gonna keep them to myself

I was sitting on the back of this pier and they had these two trained dolphins in the water behind me

and they would blow a whistle and the dolphins would go up behind me and they would take a picture.

But I could never look because I was having to sit like this going,

I want to look, I want to look and I could hear them squeaking in the back and it was awesome.
