I'm Marissa Mazzola delivering your postcard from the Caribbean, courtesy of the World

Wrestling Federation.

You know, the WWF divas took some time out from the ring and headed down to the Dominican

Republic for a raw magazine photo shoot, and lucky for you guys, our cameras were rolling

and captured all the exciting images.

These girls are stripping their clothes off.

We're in the Dominican Republic, as you can see, La Romana.

I just want a little more, can you rotate you about it? There you go, perfect. Very nice.

We're taking lots and lots of pictures for a bra magazine.

The locations we've been shooting at are just breathtaking. I think it's...

It's really a pretty place.

When I first heard about Dominican Republic, I thought,

I'm not too sure about going there, but the resort we're at

is just phenomenal and the golf courses are great

and the people are great.

It's nice to be here.

When I found out that I was coming to this island to shoot these fantasy photos, I was very excited and flattered.

There were five women brought here and to be a part of that, of course, it's an honor and it's beautiful here and I love what we're doing.

A typical day is getting up at a bright 05 in the morning and getting our makeup and hair done and then we head down to the beach.

Beautiful, beautiful night, ladies.

As the sun comes up we shoot and as the sun goes down we shoot.

Our photographers are promising us that that's when we look the best.

So, you know, you drag your butt out of bed so early that you are reminded that it is work.

It gets hot fast.

There's nothing but fun, sun, looking for the perfect spot to take the perfect photograph,

which I'm thinking this is kind of close to perfect.

Everything you can think of, we're just doing it.

I don't know what happened to them, they were crazy.

The work with the ladies of the WWF is really rewarding because everybody seems to bring

to the scene.

So we've got Terry Reynolds, sassy sexiness.

See the horny little devil that Terry is?

How do you know that?

Well, she's making the little horns.

We have Miss Kitty, of course, who's ready to

drop her garments and drop a bat.

We have a newcomer, Trish Stratus.

Trish Stratus is playing with fire, plain and simple.

She's got to be scared to death.

She's got to be.

Wait, wait, wait, what is she doing?

And we've got Tori.

Elequently evil, dangerous dog, Tori.

I feel so comfortable shooting with Tori

because she's muscular.

And I think that's a great look.

So us together, we make kind of like a fitness look, you know?

Island is not deserted, but its secluded beaches make it the perfect setting to bear

it off...almost.

Individually, each diva is a unique specimen of beauty, but collectively these women take

beauty to a whole other level.

The WWF diva is strong, sexy, athletic and dynamic.

is more my thing and two girls wrestling each other.

I don't think that's what people want to see.

They want to see cat fighting, excuse the expression of course.

matches and the snow matches and all those things, I think they are a blast.

I love doing those things.

We need a sandbox match now or something like that after being here.

Like we say here in the WWF, be careful what you wish for.

Everyone is infected with cat scratch fever.

game this Wildcat, you better think again.

The Armageddon pay-per-view, I just had gone on television the previous week and let everyone

know that I do not wear underwear and then going into that evening gown in the pool match

they insisted that I wear underwear and I just didn't feel that that was fair to the

fans or to myself and I don't wear underwear and they're making me wear underwear so I

It was really spontaneous. I just, I thought, hey, why not? And I just did it.

to the cat. This kitty was really playful and kind of sneaky and as opposed to the cat

thinks that she is hot stuff and that she's not afraid of anybody.

The winner and still the World Wrestling Federation Women's Champion.

Miss Kitty, I am, I'm real playful.

Having fun and getting attention while having it

is simply second nature to the cat.

The cat possesses that rare quality

that can't be defined in words.

She knows it, and you can see it in her eyes.

My biggest asset, honestly, I think are my eyes.

I've always been told all my life that my eyes stand out and that they're vibrant and all that good stuff.

I think that my biggest asset would be my eyes.

Look here, one, two. Very nice. Again, one, two.

Rumble 2000 swimsuit competition. But with Ivory and Terry also in the running, the

cat would have to pull out all the stops.

swimsuit competition. You get girls into bikinis and it's the same old thing, so I thought

I'd use my imagination a little bit and try something different.

Yesterday we were taking some shots, of course, of me in the nude and just playing with the camera, but you really couldn't see anything.

To me, that's sexy when you think you see something, but you're really not seeing anything and you leave it to the imagination. That's sexy to me.

Images of the cat get the imagination going every time.

And she is determined to make a cat lover out of everyone.

And it looks like she's succeeding in doing just that.

You know what?

I want to get into one of those cat fights.

That seems like fun.

scratching each other's eyes out.

Seems like a great workout, and you know,

if you get hungry midway through,

you could always nosh on a little chocolate pudding.

What could be better than that?

All right, now speaking of fun,

we gotta talk about ivory.

There's a girl that knows how to have a great time.

She's outspoken, she's beautiful,

and she's not happy till she's having a grand old time.

My grandma, she's not with us anymore, but she used to always call me her little snot.

And when I would walk into her, oh, it's my little snot, my little brat!

So every time I'm out there in front of our thousands and thousands of fans in the arena,

and the millions of viewers around the world, and I'm being ivory with her big mouth on that

mic, cutting somebody apart, I think of my grandma. Yeah, grandma, here's your little snot, doing it again!

I'm honest and I'm adventurous and I hate things that get boring.

I like new, new, new, new, new, new.

New challenges, new outfits, a new lipstick, a new man.

New is good.

You know, give me a break.

Nobody's normal here, hate to inform you, but we're all a little wacko.

But yeah, I like to goof around.

I feel like I'm, of course, having the most fun.

You know, when you're taking people, catching them off guard,

pushing their buttons,

because then you have a new experience.

Luckily for Ivory, shooting in the Caribbean

offers a host of new experiences.

I saw a man climb a palm tree

just with feet and hands,

with a machete attached to his hip,

and he started digging away at the side of a palm tree.

Is he really getting a bird out of there?

And he reaches in and pulls out one baby woodpecker.

and holding the one, two baby woodpeckers,

three baby woodpeckers, five baby woodpeckers

in one hand and climbs all the way down.

Where else would you see that?

The center of the action is right where Ivory wants to be.

Ivory seems at home basking in the Caribbean sun, but the truth of the matter is, she isn't

really at ease unless she's making waves.

WWE Women's Champion, about to put the gold on the line.

Wrestling is like a good dance, timing is everything.

So, and also of course if you watch these people

that have been married for 50 years

and they're great on the dance floor,

the guys at the WWF, they have all gotten around each other

a few times already in the 10 or 15 or 20 year careers

that they've had, but the women on the other hand,

we don't dance very often together

with the same partners or opponents.

And I guess that's why the hair pulling happens.

Are just finished!

to maintain, you know, the pretty picture-perfect physique

and hair and face, and then wear a black eye tomorrow.

You know, it's tough.

And I've been there.

It's hot.

It's hot.

It's beautiful.

Hold that exactly.

set the WWF on fire with her athletic prowess and her bad girl attitude.

But that's only part of the Tory story.

seeing the sunrise in the morning is a real gift.

Usually the only time that we see that

is when we're getting on a plane in the morning

to take off to another city.

So having the opportunity to be out in it

and to feel the sun on your body and stuff like that.

Wow, how amazing.

It's definitely a gift I won't deny that.

here and I love what we're doing. Being at work though, what a gift and what an

opportunity to be a part of the machine. You get to go out there and you get to

express with everything you have in there this character that you're

given. Moment in time that you get on TV, nothing can compare.

figure in having some muscle, having some presence and some strength is when

Kane is choking me. I'm not looking at the camera going, you know, and making

sure that there's this wonderful close-up I let go.

present, she's able to venture where few men dare to go.

opposite to my character very much so I'm very quiet I read a lot and spend a

lot of time with my dogs and I spend time doing a lot of yoga and so I don't

spend time in the gym like a lot of people might think the majority of my

time is spent doing yoga it's a style called beek room yoga and it's 90

minutes at a shot and I do it two times a day and it's in a hundred and five

degree room and it's absolutely wonderful it's the hardest thing I've ever done

Through yoga, Tori has molded her body like a sculptor forms clay.

Each curve is carefully crafted.

Each muscle has been redefined.

Nothing has gone untouched.

Her body is an ever-evolving work of art,

and as the artist, Tori is open to new forms of expression

and new possibilities.

It's just spontaneous, it's fun, it's unlike anything I've ever experienced before.

Your imagination, it feels like, you know, you could take it anywhere that you want.

You can let the imagination expand farther.

Tori comes up with really great ideas and our ideas tend to blend and mesh.

This is a story about the future past.

The body paint feels like a...

A very soft massage, it stimulates the skin.

You get cold.

When it happens, I mean, we're here in Dallas, Texas,

and it's a nice warm day, but it's feeling rather cold.

You come in here, a metamorphosis occurs.

You stand in front of the camera, you feel magnificent, you feel beautiful.

One of the best things about working with Tori is her energy.

She's got positive energy and she's a very strong personality.

That's one of the things that makes the pictures come out the best way.

Whatever you're thinking on the inside projects to the outside.

You walk into the studio and I swear it's like Cinderella's Palace or something.

I don't know what it is.

It's some dream come true.

It is.

And the end result is a picture that has never been touched or airbrushed.

It's gorgeous.

Yes, it is.

Good.

I love it.

Yes.

This is beautiful.

That's very, very cool.

On location in the Caribbean, there's plenty of film on supply to capture the essence of Tory.

Head turned a little more to the left, eyes looking right at me.

Tori is a performer, who strives to bridge the gap between sexiness and physical aggression.

But it hasn't been easy.

How aggressive can a girl be before she's become intimidating?

And having muscle through the majority of my adult life, you know, you've come across

that.

Proving that beauty comes in all forms, Tori embodies a unique sensuality.

Toria's always embraced her dominant physique and she's happy it is finally gaining wider acceptance among WWF fans

Now it's accepted more than ever and I think you know China set a lot of precedents in that the tides are kind of changing that

It's not so much an intimidating factor as it is becoming more

The chicks better be up to snuff they better be able to hang with the men. I think that that is actually becoming more sexy

Sensuality is very much a state of mind. It's a visualization.

I think the epitome of sensuality will be to bring the people, like leading the horse to water and then letting them drink.

So giving them enough skin to look at, giving them enough attitude, and then letting them extract whatever they will from that.

She's a Mediterranean beauty by way of Canada go figure her name is Trish Stratus

And if you like T&A you are gonna love her

We know what everyone wants to see

For resting good looks and a killer physique, Trish Stratus has taken the WWF by storm.

What has Trish Stratus done to these two guys?

We give you what you want to see.

She is evolving to something that we didn't expect here.

I've watched WWF programming, probably, God, since I was just a little kid, I've just,

I've always watched, I've been such a fan, and I still can't believe I'm part of, you

know, the organization.

I still watch it like, wow, this is, you know, just an incredible opportunity to be part

I really understand the product as the psychology behind the product, and I'm just thrilled to put in my two cents into the whole business.

Trish's background as a fitness model has helped prepare her for the unique rigors of the World Wrestling Federation.

I don't know what to say, but wow.

And I'm learning one thing from Trish Stratus, and that is, now maybe she'll do it here, pointing the toes. See that?

She's caressing the camera.

I'm from Toronto, Canada.

I'm half Greek, thanks to my dad, half Polish, thanks to my mom.

So, I've got the dark and the light mixed up together.

In perfect shape is a requisite for WWF divas, but for Trish, working out has a curious connection

to one of her favorite diversions.

I love comics. Something I really liked, I've always been into that medium.

You know, you get really neat stories and I like the comic persona because for me,

there's like the female characters in comics. She's like, she's strong, she's bold,

and she's got, you know, this incredible physique, which it's funny, I modeled my body after it.

I was into this comic look and they have this great physique.

So I kind of shaped my body based on like the comic persona, comic superhero body.

I like the fact that I can control it and I can mold it.

look the symmetry and proportion and I can build a little bit, you know, get my legs

a little bigger compared to my arms and when I started to train the very first time I noticed

like, hey, those muscles are, you know, forming.

Weight training and comics may be an unlikely combo.

Who can argue with the results?

I don't get it, I can't figure out what is Trish doing?

He's taunting Bubba Ray.

You'd think for one minute that Bubba Ray would rather put

Trish through a table than put her on one.

Bubba Ray's got Trish Trattis.

He's got her.

Bubba's been dying to put Trish Trattis through a table.

She's got to be scared to death.

Wait, wait, wait, wait.

of comics to a starring role in the ultimate live action comic, the WWF, Trish has carved

out an exciting and entertaining path.

Well maybe Bubba Ray's spitting with Trish, but I'm not buying into the fact that Trish

is spitting with Bubba Ray.

Hey Bubba, Bubba Ray, there is something about tables that just drives me crazy and lying

on these tables gets me so excited.

They come in all different shapes and sizes.

There's long ones.

Those are fun.

You know, the most important part of any table is its legs.

Upkeep is very important.

But the most important one is the center leg.

Oh, and then there's round ones.

I like those.

You have such big, strong ones.

The look and the feel of the table depends solely on the way

One decides to rub it down after it's been used.

But the one thing that they all have to have in common,

and the more you rub it, the better the wood starts to look.

Is that they have to be hard.

But it's just not the same without you,

Bubba Ray Dudley.

If you play your cards right, at backlash,

there'll be a table set for two from me to you.

One way or another, Trish always manages to get a rise out of the opposition.

Tell me you wouldn't be distracted by Trish.

Bubbles almost mesmerized.

But if you're a fan of TNA...

Whoa! Oh, baby!

Trish Stratus and TNA!

Oh!

Trish is ready, willing and able to deliver stratus faction guaranteed.

From jungle cat to koi kitten, it's not hard to see how so many so quickly have fallen under

Trish's spell. While it's no Canadian summer, the Caribbean climate definitely agrees with Trish.

She blends in perfectly with the natural beauty of the islands.

Likewise, Trish has eased into the role of WWF Diva quite naturally.

It's funny, because when you say Diva, you think of Diva.

It's almost a cocky thing to say about Diva.

I guess it means you're part of a group of women who are looked at at a certain level.

And to be included with that group of women is incredible for me,

because I mean, I looked at them and said,

wow, it's the Divas, and to be part of the Divas, it's incredible for me.

You are Divas, I need to see it in your eyes.

I plan little steps, I don't like to plan too far ahead.

My basic thing is, you know, I try and be the best at what I do, so I want to make sure

that every time I go out there, I make an impact, and if I'm only given two minutes,

Every time I go out there, I want someone to remember that time.

When Trish looks towards the future, she is pleased with what she sees.

I didn't plan on coming here. I didn't plan on being a fitness model.

I really believe in destiny and things happen for a reason.

So I'm just happy to be here and I'm just going to enjoy every step along the way.

who's got no trouble turning up the heat is Terry,

you know the one.

She's the she-devil.

And for good reason, the girl's got a smokin' body.

But you won't hear that from her.

It's very hard for me to say how I feel about my body,

because I feel like I'm, or I am a humble person,

and I don't see myself in any grand light.

I can tell you what.

Others like in me physically and that would be my posterior which I think is

really

Bubbly and maybe too bubbly. I like more of me inside. That's I guess what I like about me

It's what's on the inside that counts but looking at Terry that's easy to forget

One thing that I think is cool, I'm a natural redhead.

And for me to be able to tan, most redheads cannot tan.

And I've always been happy that as a little redhead

that I could get a tan.

That's something I like about me physically.

Oh, oh, no falling.

Photographer comes from a totally different standpoint

than the model in the shot does.

Turn your hip towards me a little bit.

There you go.

Other way.

Go ahead and fix this.

In the other day, we were up at the little city within the city.

Altos Day, something or other.

It's like a replica of a 16th century Mediterranean village.

I had on nothing but a bathing suit and David said,

look, lay down right there.

What I'm thinking to her is something down, like right like this.

There's hard jagged rocks.

There's a couple of cigarette butts, God forbid.

Someone threw down cigarette butts.

And I'm to lay down right there.

It's just funny how when they see something from their photographic mind,

they, ah, that's it.

But they get a good shot.

Terry has been a mainstay on WWF television and in WWF publications.

Let's tear it down!

What the hell?

Terry, you're so mad at me!

I don't think I'm causing trouble in it.

As a matter of fact, I think a woman of my standards is worth a little trouble, don't you?

Oh my.

Her supremely sassy persona has kept her at the forefront of this highly competitive and

physically demanding industry.

I have great respect for those females who are wrestlers, but I don't want to be one.

But I like being physical. I like having to do that sort of thing sometimes.

I don't choose to go slumming.

throw her opponent from the ring to the floor will win this matchup look at this

look at Terry and the cat bow trying to kiss up the valve well he is the referee

But she is a fighter and on location in the Caribbean. She fights to keep the production moving

Honestly, the hardest thing for me is has been getting ready and then waiting waiting for the Sun to be right waiting for this to happen

Waiting for that the type of personality. I have it's like once my gears get going

I'm ready to go and I don't do well to pull back and slow down and then start again. It's like let's go

Let's crank it out

This energy stems from her desire to not merely succeed but excel.

I have been here at this point longer than any female in the company as far as females

on camera and I'm proud of that.

I'm proud to be a part of this company.

I love what I do.

I would also be a liar if I told you I didn't want to do more.

and be the absolute best tip-top female that ever came out of this company.

I mean, I would love to be lauded as that.

And I have every faith that I will be.

Great, Terry. Looks beautiful.

Terry works hard to please her fans and please herself.

Her commitment to this industry has sustained a successful career.

Follow me and give it boy, come on.

As far as being here and outlasting some that have come and gone, I think it comes down to maturity

and keeping an ego in check.

Just because I want to be the best in this business doesn't mean that I'm going to chop everyone else at the knees to get there.

I may get there a little slower than some others,

but I will get there with a grand feeling,

and that's probably the key to my longevity in this business,

and being able to respect others, have a smile,

have fun, and work hard.

Terry has come a long way,

but there is no limit to how far she will go.

Raw magazine's swimsuit issue isn't all fun, I mean once the photographs are taken, some

poor guys got to sit alone in a room, filming through hundreds of photographs of beautiful

women in little bikinis.

Poor guy.

Today basically what I'm doing is looking at a lot of the cat's photography and what I'm trying to do here is

Pick one for her cover of the raw magazine

You want to get her in a nice vertical picture like this little flame up nice for magazine cover

You want to get nice eye contact?

Over here. We have the larger format film which they shot on 120

And I want to look at these for a magazine cover too.

I can take the frame up, this mask, with the logo on it.

It's a mask of our magazine cover and that will show me exactly what this picture would

look like.

Where the logo is going to fall, where the type might fall, and if she's going to fit

nicely in there or be covered up by any of those elements.

This looks pretty good.

We may or may not use it.

I've finally found a series of pictures that I like a lot, but as you can see they're all just slightly different in one way or another.

This one, the water I know is going to be too dark, that's not going to print.

This one isn't going to work, her mouth is a little bit crooked.

This one, she's got her arms all up in the air and that's not going to give us anywhere to put a lot of type.

So ultimately that brings me to this picture, which is just perfect.

The shade of the water is beautiful, her skin tone is great, she's looking dead at you.
