All right, guys, we need to serve an arrest warrant on a guy named Stephen

Kirkwood. He's wanted on a weapons charge.

Phoenix PD caught him a couple weeks ago with a weapon stuffed in his waistband.

He was walking across the street with his gun showing like this. He sees the

Phoenix cop there, and he goes, plugs his shirt down over it real quick and

starts walking real fast.

And they ran him and found out he's a convicted felon, and obviously he can't

have a weapon, so they charged him with weapons misconduct.

From there, the judge released him on his own recognizance.

He didn't show up for court, and the judge ended up issuing a bench warrant.

He lives in a trailer in an alley down in South Phoenix.

But we've got a warrant for him, not for the trailer. So we can't legally go

inside unless we see him in there.
