- The name of the crew is Team Recycled.

- What does that mean?

- In Team Recycled, "recycled" means we take the best

- And how did you all meet?

- Well, yeah, 15 years ago, we were in a dance studio--

me and my friend Imran.

We were watching at the poster, which says,

"Boyz II Men concert, opening dance act wanted,

and win a meet and greet."

And I watched at my friend.

We looked at each other and we said, I want to meet them.

- Oh, I love that.

- So what we did-- - I love that.

- --we put a team together.

And back then we didn't know that this dance crew would

last for 15 years, until now.

- That's a cool story. - Wow.

- Are you earning a living being part of this group?

- Most of us also have different jobs.

It's really hard to only live out of dancing.

- Yes. - Yeah.

Yeah, it is.

- What's the big dream?

Seriously.

- To perform on the biggest stages and to one day

have an own show.

It just grew and grew and grew.

Using the whole room-- this is the biggest stage in the world.

You used more than the stage.

And that was amazing.

- I totally agree with what Howie said.

This is how you achieve great things, by doing great things.

- Yes. - Seriously.

For me, it was perfection.

When it first started-- oh, Christ,

it's just a few people on stage.

And then it just turned into an event.

- It was perfect.

You had everything, the element of surprise.

I was like Simon at the beginning thinking,

oh, this is going to be cute.

But no, it became spectacular.

- OK, can I ask?

Who does the choreography?

- We have a lot of choreographers on the team.

But I'm the creative director of the team.

- So I have a problem with you.

The choreography at the start was so boring.

If it wasn't for the switch around,

I would have just literally turned off.

- But isn't it better--

isn't it better to grow it?

- No, because you only have a few seconds

to grab people's attention. - But they did.

If you're all dancers, you need to sort out the choreography,

- This is probably the biggest thing I've done.

But, um, my dream when I was little

was to do something really spectacular on a big stage.

So 50 years ago, I was a professional dancer

for a couple years.

And I've turned that in for family life.

- And so then as life goes on, I saw 20-year anniversary,

50 years for me.

I turned 70.

Why not?
