you win or when you lose.

It's just like, in order
to bring people together,
somebody has to reach across.

I was born on a military base.

I'm a military brat,
and I've always been taught
to respect the office,

respect chain of command,
and there's nothing wrong
with having patriotism.

And I think this
situation was that.

The campaigning part was over.

This is the President of
the United States.

This is the Commander-in-Chief.

This is who
our country voted in,

in what we like to call
the democratic process.

You know, I pretty much expected
to get some talk.

Living your life
