see him pull a gun out of Frankie's

out, but I saw the other guy pull it out

of Baum's hand.

What hand did he hit Baum with?

Well, the right hand.

Yeah, I'm sure it was the right hand.

Pow! His right hand.

Did you see him pull the gun on Baum?

Well, he had it in his hand, didn't he?

Did you see him pull the gun out of his
pocket?

I guess I didn't.

Look, are you sure that it was in his
right hand? Oh, I'm sure.

I'll never forget the sight of him
standing there, looking at us with that

to carry a gun. A .38 was registered to

him, but it wasn't on his person or in

At least that backs up the witness who

The question is whether our Mr. X
disposed of it or still has it in his

possession. Do you think you're going to
find him in Warm Springs?

Well, two things the witnesses heard him
say.

One was, why don't you do the right

Which indicates that the man knew him
rather well, and for a long period of
