Declan McMahon with a specially designed

sterile microchip that has been keyed
into the specific frequency on the taser

that Allison Channing will be using

microchip placed under McMahon's skin

can be used by the producers of Judgment
Day to make sure McMahon obeys all the

rules of the pursuit as they were laid
out to him.

And just like Allison Channing's taser,
this little device can cause McMahon

considerable pain and discomfort.

Any attempt to kidnap or harm anyone he
may come in contact with during the

course of the show will lead to an
agonizing flow of electrical current.

Likewise, any attempt to disable the

his way to becoming a career criminal.
