Could this old lady have actually killed Scott?

I see dead people.

There is a skinwalker here.

I speak to dead people.

And they speak to me.

He wants to collect the women.

But there's only one way to know if my findings are real.

They're sucking the life out of these people.

And I know every person, every house has secrets.

I'm out here in Glendale, Arizona. It's about 10 miles north of Phoenix.

I got an emotional call from a woman named Joanne. Now, she bought a big

in the desert so her family would have a place to vacation.

But it's nobody's idea of a good time.

My house is just becoming more and more infested. I don't know where all this is

going to go. They're getting more aggressive with us.

Joanne says unless we can find a way to help, somebody's going to get hurt.

I'm seeing this older woman.

She's got this mischievous childlike thing about her.

Then her head opens and she sends like these little hands out.

Like she's trying to scare me.

And she looks at me like, I've been bad.

Joanne, I got to tell you, just pulling up this beautiful poem, I find it hard

to believe that you have a problem here. But when we spoke on the phone, you

didn't sound too great.

We bought this beautiful house for us, you know, for our family, for our

grandkids, and there's so much activity.

I'm just really afraid to bring any family here.

Well, that's miserable.

I just want them to be happy here, and this is a place where they can be safe,

and they're not.

You're breaking my heart. I mean, just as a grandmother alone, I couldn't

imagine how it feels. It's difficult, yeah.

So who actually lives in the home?

My husband, Scott, and myself.

It's with him.

So it's just you two guys? Just us two.

You guys look happy.

We are.

But not living conditions.

No.

So what about your husband? Is he a believer?

He is. He's had a ton of experiences.

And as a matter of fact, he likes to go to haunted hotels and spend the night.

Really? Yeah.

Let me ask you a question. What do you think is here, or who do you think is

here? I think maybe my son -in -law may be here.

My daughter lost her husband to suicide about seven years ago.

I've dealt with suicide in my own family. It's not easy to get over.

It's not easy to see your daughter as a widow at 23.

Okay. And she was six weeks pregnant at the time.

I'm really sorry to hear that.

Do me a favor and just give me a list of what you guys are going through here.

Things are moving on their own.

We're experiencing sudden mood changes.

We get sick.

We're seeing shadowy figures.

Now they're becoming physically violent with us.

You said something about illnesses, right?

What are we talking about?

Stomach pains that it can't explain.

Scott will all of a sudden, out of nowhere, just throw up.

So have you seen a doctor about this?

Multiple doctors, and we're both nurses, so we pretty much know how our bodies

work. You mentioned mood swings. What are we talking about?

My husband just sometimes will feel very anxious and stressed.

Out of nowhere. He'll be very angry.

So do you think whatever's in this house is influencing him?

Oh, 100%. Okay, so we need to fix this.

Exactly.

I see white eyes looking at me.

Without a doubt, I believe that the living here are thinking that this is a

shadow person.

But I know that it's... a male and that it's a teenager.

He's just staring at me.

I think he's influencing a living male here to be bad.

I'm seeing that older woman walking through the walls.

Living people have seen her. And I feel like there's a male who is scared or

uncomfortable.

She hates the mail.

But when this mail is round, it's almost like she's alive

again. I'm getting chills.

There's a lot of emotion there.

So what's going on in here?

I see shadow figures.

What does it look like?

It looks like a reverse negative.

Any problems with your vision?

No. Okay. Don't wear glasses.

Okay, anything else? So we have electronics that turn on and off.

specific? We have TVs that turn off and on downstairs and one upstairs that just

turns on in the middle of the night.

Is it on a timer or anything that you guys have it hooked up to?

No. Okay, any other electronic problems?

Well, here in the kitchen, the lights will turn on on their own.

Is there any problem with the electricity?

No. This five years old, they redid the whole inside of the house. Anything else

going on?

Things are moving around in the kitchen.

We'll put something down and it'll move.

And you're sure it's not the grandkids playing games?

They're usually not here when that happens.

So it's usually me home alone.

Anything else like that happening?

Drawers are opening.

I'll come in and drawers will be open.

These aren't easy to open.

What do you think is doing this?

I think it's somebody angry in this house that's not alive anymore.

Okay.

This older dead woman?

She gets really angry in here.

I see her, like, literally losing her...

So I'm wondering if the living have had

a lot of experiences in here.

What is she doing?

Just throwing fists.

And how are the living perceiving this?

It would be possible for things to be being thrown. Maybe things are moving.

There's a lot of energy in here, and she is able to make noise and knock

over. Maybe they do have lights blow out. Things go out in here not working

great.

So what's going on in here?

I've been scratched.

Where? On my hand. I have a picture here. I was folding laundry, and my

said, Grammy, you're bleeding.

And I didn't feel anything. It didn't hurt, and it was just dripping blood.

Did your hands go inside the dryer?

No, there's nothing sharp. I went back and looked, and there was nothing.

So is anything else physical going on? So I woke up in the middle of the night

pinned down.

Really? Mm -hmm.

How did it feel to you?

Was it like a human on top of you? Like arms and legs, like across me and on

top, like something was laying on top of me.

Okay. Is it possible you were dreaming? I was awake and moving my limbs and

trying to get out of it. I could move everything.

Really? Yes. And then another time I was laying on my side, it pushed me from my

side onto my stomach and then held me down when I was in the bed. When you're

getting pinned down like that, does it feel sexual at all?

No, it feels violent, like somebody's trying to hurt me.

I've been through a lot in my life. I would have ran the hell out of this

if it was me.

I feel really, really sick up here.

What's going on?

Having really bad neck pain, extreme nausea, fevery.

Maybe it's her, maybe the older woman, because I know that she was sick for a

long time.

In here, I see physical interaction with somebody.

Like, and she's, like, smacking them or trying to smack them.

And saying, like, stop being a little... This is bad.

Weird.

So Emma, how old are you?

Nine, about to be ten.

Do you sleep in this room or a different room? This room.

So would you mind telling me about some of the things that scare you?

Most of the nights that I spend the night here, I see this family, and it

looks like that they're getting murdered.

Can you describe them for me, what it looks like?

They're a sister, a brother, a mother, and a father.

Okay. They're just standing there out that window.

Out this window here?

Yeah.

Does that make you afraid to come here and sleep over?

It's got to the point where I've gotten used to it by now.

Really? There are a lot of ghosts in this house, so yeah.

Hmm.

So, Emma, you know the girl I work with, Amy, right?

Yeah. Do you know what she does, how her abilities are?

Yeah. Do you think you'll like that?

I only have half of her abilities.

Mostly I only have what I can see and hear.

Okay. How long has that been going on?

Since I was born.

So since you were a little girl?

Yeah. Okay. All right. Anything else, honey?

Actually, just a few weeks ago, I was going to get up out of bed and something

pushed me down.

Did you feel hands or did it feel just like a force coming at you?

It felt like energy, kind of. Do you have any idea why all these things are

happening here? Maybe they might all just be lost souls.

Lost souls, you think they need help?

I just think that they were just looking for some place to haunt.

The old woman's sitting there. She has a routine that she does.

She's taking a head count.

There's one, and then you go there.

Okay, maybe somebody's in here. Okay, somebody's in here.

And then somebody's in there.

And then she will start running back and forth.

And then she'll just go with the ones that she feels like. But, yeah, I do see

physical altercations with the living.

I see, like, her at some point hovering, like, above

someone in here.

And I see, like, I believe it's a female, and they're turning over and,

smooshing their face down, like, oh, hell no. You know, this is not

So, Scott, I got to tell you, this is an amazing place. I mean, you got

chickens, you got goats, you got a pool. I mean, what more can you ask for?

Oh, yeah.

So, Scott, I understand that you dabble in the paranormal a little bit.

I did amateur stuff where I had my little meter, my EMF meter. I had my

and I had my recorder.

And I got a book that was all the haunted hotels in Arizona.

Do you think you might have brought something home here? I have no idea. But

being an amateur, you don't protect yourself.

Right. I didn't know how to do that. So I have no idea.

So what experiences have you had? I have these extreme anxiety.

I have this extreme paranoia. I have anger.

So Joanne mentioned that to me. She says you're a completely different person

when you're in the house.

Do you agree with that? I do agree with that because I can feel it when I walk

into the house.

Be honest, is that your personality?

It's not. I'm usually very sedate.

The old lady really hates the living man here.

She says he has telepathy.

She thinks this is a bad person.

Needs to go.

Needs to get out. Bad person.

male is abusive and this male says horrible things so she

you know needs to stop that i know she's mentally ill and sick and

confused so i'm like do i take this with a grain of salt or is this real

she does not like this person at all and it's like she's gonna take him out

like she's on a mission

All right, Scott, anything else?

Well, I've got this heaviness, this outside pressure pushing on me, and it

like it's almost twisting my heart.

I assume we're about the same age that you had this checked.

I did, and there is nothing cardiac -related that would just come like that

rest and go away just as quickly.

All right, Scott, anything else?

Yeah, like coming down the steps, all of a sudden there was a force that pushed

me forward, and I landed on top of the tile floor.

You're lucky it didn't break your neck.

Oh, I am lucky.

And you think the end game for this, whatever's here, wants you out or wants

physically hurt you?

Both. Medically.

Okay.

She does hate that male. When she's focused on him, it's like she's there.

Like, it's happening.

That's going down.

What do you think that happened to him?

I think she would like him just to die. You know, yeah.

Just to be gone.

Except for the 115 degree heat, I like working cases in Arizona.

By now, I've got a whole bunch of contacts here. One of them, a local

says one of the earliest owners of Joanne and Scott's property.

has a story I'm going to want to know about.

So, Marshall, I appreciate you helping me out with this case.

Okay, so who was this original owner?

His name is Fred Cox.

Okay. He was from Ohio.

He became a mechanical engineer and started seeing the West and how mining

exploding out here. And so he packed up his wife, Winetta. Okay. His only son,

Vernon. And they eventually moved right here to Arizona.

Okay, what time frame are we talking about? Early 1900s. Okay, so Marshall,

he's here with his wife and his kid. How's it go with this whole mining

So he gets here and gets a management job with a mine. So things are going

really well.

But within that first year, the mine company folds.

So he kind of fell back on his prior knowledge and started drilling wells.

For water.

You had said he was a mechanical engineer.

Right. When did he wind up on my client's property?

1915 is when he acquires the property that your client's house sits on today.

I assume this is when things start going bad?

Indeed. Juanita is diagnosed with diabetes.

And so in 1924, she falls ill and winds up being rushed to the hospital where

she spends four days in agony. And May 12th, she passes away at the age of 53.

What was the cause of death?

So that's what's really interesting. You'll notice that on the death

certificate, it says diabetes.

But underneath that, the doctor writes, I don't know.

It's almost a joke, right? I've never seen that before.

I think this old woman had a hard life.

She's in a hospital.

She was very ill for a long time.

She had horrible breathing issues and a lot of chest pain while she was sick.

I think that if the living, you know, she's around them, they might experience

the same symptoms.

I'm seeing her, like, here now. Like, when she was alive, she might have been

little off too, you know.

Almost made it worse.

It feels like she's attached to the land.

And there's like some anger about this.

I keep thinking about what Joanne told me about her son -in -law killing

himself. My daughter lost her husband to suicide about seven years ago.

So I reached out to Joanne's daughter, Stephanie.

Now, she says it's a painful story, but she's willing to talk about it if it

will help her mom.

Well, Stephanie, I appreciate you taking the time to talk to me, especially

about something this personal.

Before we get into what all happened, I mean, what can you tell me about him as

far as his personality and the type of guy he was?

He was a good guy.

He always smiled,

and he was funny and witty and charming.

Yeah, what do you take?

I always have a fresh tank.

hanky with me so what happened i mean in the past when i've

had friends of mine do something like this everybody asked me well did you see

it coming not at first no um about six months before he passed away he got

really weird he started making idle threats to kill himself

For about a month or so before he died, he would wake up every morning shaking,

like feverishly, like just shaking so much so the entire bed would shake.

And he would just scream, help me, help me, help me.

And nothing I did could control him. Nothing I did could calm him.

Was it dreams he was having or was it just he was having an episode?

He was awake.

He was awake.

Wide awake. I mean, I could try to talk to him and he would just grab me by my

forearms.

You don't understand. You don't get it. You don't get it. You can't see what I

see. You don't understand.

And he was, like, possessed.

All right, so I know this is probably difficult to talk about, but, you know,

take me up to what happened.

When I found out I was pregnant, you know, I sat him down, had a long talk

about, if you can't get this under control, you need to move out.

And so we got into a huge argument that morning.

I shut the door behind him and locked it, and he got so angry he kicked the

in. So I called the cop, you know, and they came and he left.

How soon after this argument did they find him? Was it that day?

Two days later.

He was missing for two days and you didn't know where he was?

No, I called everywhere. I called hospitals, police departments. I filed a

police report.

I had friends and family help me search for him.

So I assume you get notified that he's been found.

It was Sunday morning.

The detective called me, said he was on his way to the house and that we had to

talk. I knew it wasn't going to be good.

He took his belt off and he

strangled himself in the front seat of the car, willingly.

I've investigated thousands of suicides.

That's pretty rare.

Yeah. Your mom thinks that maybe he's here.

What's your thoughts on that, if you have any?

For me, to think that he would still be here in that state,

it's devastating.

There's a lot of stuff going on.

What's going on?

I think it's a male.

I'm scared. I'm freaking out.

I can't feel my body. I'm not feeling my body anymore.

And then I'm feeling like I'm dying. I'm dying.

I can't breathe.

So far, I have a family scared to death of their home, which has a long history

of tragedy and premature deaths.

But I want to see if there's anything else.

Searching for old records, I come across Linda Vallon.

This woman killed a man in self -defense just down the road from Joanne and

Scott's house.

So I made some calls and managed to track down Linda's brother, Daniel. Now,

he's willing to talk to me about what happened, but tells me things did not

well for his sister.

So, Daniel, I know this is tough to talk about.

Let's start from the beginning. What can you tell me about your sister?

Growing up, my sister was very loving. As far as siblings go, we got along real

well. Describe her personality for me. Was she introverted? What kind of a

was she? Very outgoing.

Here's a picture of her when she was younger.

Very good looking young lady. She was real charmer.

Could have any guy she wanted, but made some bad choices. Met some bad men.

The guy she shot, what can you tell me about him?

Thomas Latimer, he was a 34 -year -old truck driver, worked all day, drank in

the bars all night. I never liked the guy personally.

My research said that on October 13, 1993 is when the shooting happened. What

happened that night?

Previous to this, she had filed, I believe, a restraining order on the guy.

That evening, she was unlocking her door to a townhouse. When she got the door

open, he rushed her from the back, pushed her into the condo.

He told her, you're about to take your last breath.

He came there to kill her.

What happened next?

She made it up the stairs, had her purse in her hand, reached in her purse,

pulled out a four -shot Derringer.

She turned and shot him dead.

Did they wind up charging her?

No, they didn't charge her. They were thinking about charging her until they

their investigation and realized he had come there to kill her.

Something's happening.

Something's happening.

A panic. Oh, my God, what do I do? What do I do?

I think it's a male.

There's some pain here.

I do hear yelling, like a fight. I'm thinking the male got hurt or killed.

So after the shooting, you said things didn't end well for Linda. What

She met another man. His name was E .J. Mackey.

I'd met the guy several times. Wasn't real friendly. Didn't like this guy

very much.

Turned out to be another abusive relationship.

And one thing led to another. They had gotten in a big hassle.

Cops came.

He got charged with domestic violence. He was sent to jail.

So what went up? He got out of prison.

Well, no one ever notified my sister of him being released.

On July 15th, 1995, EJ walks up to her.

He shoots her in the head, blows the back of her head off, turns around and

shoots himself in the head.

So the article says she was 43 when she was killed?

Yes, sir. She was 43 years old. What a shame. Young girl.

I'm sorry to hear that. You know, every family has tragedies, right? Yes.

Pretty brutal one.

Yeah, this was.

I'm feeling like I'm dying again.

This is a younger woman.

A time frame.

It feels like 30 years feels recent.

I mean, it just feels so raw.

It's so thick and heavy.

There's also a lot of anger and fear.

I saw a lot of disturbing things on my walk, but the dead old woman tormenting

living male has me the most concerned.

She was very petite, thin.

She's got like a slight hunch on the upper part of her back. He's sitting in

this lazy boy chair.

When she gets around him, she thinks of all these ways that she would like to do

away with him because she hates him so much.

Amy, is this what you saw?

Yes, that's what I saw.

Now that Amy and I have completed our investigations, we're ready to reveal

findings to each other.

And our clients for the first time.

So, Scott and Joanne, I want you to meet Amy.

She's going to be doing a reveal from one of your rooms here. This way she can

focus on your case and the dead without being disturbed.

Amy, I don't know how much you were able to see during your walk, but Scott and

Joanne have an incredible place here. This is their dream home.

They live here alone, but they wanted a huge place for their kids and their

grandkids. Now, obviously things didn't work out or else we wouldn't be here.

What they're hoping is that you can show them a way to make this house safe for

everybody to enjoy.

So when I first got here, I saw white eyes

staring at me.

Knew it was a male, probably a teen.

I think the living, if you were to see him...

it would be more than likely as a type of shadow person.

I see shadows out of the corner of my eye, and I'll see, it's hard to explain,

but it's like a reverse negative, where they just are very clear.

Yeah. The unfortunate thing is, is that this male is influencing

a living male to be bad.

And one other thing, the living male in this house has a form of...

telepathy themselves.

Scott's the only living male in the house.

So could we assume it's Scott you're talking about?

Yes.

I would have thought that I would be the last person here in this house that had

anything. What exactly is a telepathic person?

An individual who can know other people

instantaneously. Like they'll just know that person, like their personality,

their traits.

You guys had a reaction to what you were talking about.

It happens all the time. That's weird. All the time. Yeah.

I'm afraid to think anything around.

So you said that the teenage kid is influencing the male in the house?

Correct. In what way?

Basically putting thoughts or feelings to do things that you wouldn't

necessarily normally do.

Now, we talked about mood changes.

Yeah, because I can be sitting by myself.

In a room watching some TV and then just become all of a sudden overwhelmed with

some anger.

Does that sound like this little teenager?

Okay.

Now, I didn't come across any dead teenagers in my research, but I got to

you out on this. It's probably a good time to tell you that Scott likes to go

haunted hotels and stuff.

And sometimes you stay the night.

Oh, yeah.

Is it possible he brought something home from one of these locations?

Yeah, that's a possibility.

There's one other thing I want to bring up. I just need to let her know about

their son -in -law.

His name was Andy, and he killed himself about, what, six years ago?

And I have a photo of him with their daughter Stephanie.

And it happened pretty close to here.

Now, Joanne thinks he may still be in this house.

Any thoughts on that, Amy?

I don't really get a sense of him.

Which is a good thing.

Yeah, it is, actually.

It means he's probably moved on.

So I'm going to get into the other person who's very, very active here.

What I saw was an elderly woman.

Whenever she's in the kitchen, she's throwing a fit.

She does move things around.

She does like to throw things around in there.

So I felt like you guys would potentially have a lot of experiences

with the kitchen.

Oh, yeah. Drawers open.

I hear a lot of noise over there in the morning, especially if I'm here by

myself. And put something down, and I know I left it there, and it's gone.

And I'll find it.

Somewhere in a really odd, bizarre place.

She's also, strangely, able to gather a lot of energy in that location.

So I wouldn't be surprised if lights are affected and things like that in that

particular area because she's drawn from every source of energy.

I'll be watching TV and the thing will just stop. It'll shut off.

And I'll think I need to do something, then it comes back on.

And that sounds like it's this woman?

Yeah.

Just, yeah, it's just crazy.

So did you get anything on this old hag when she was alive?

She indicated that she had been sick for a long time.

She indicated that she had chest pains and horrible breathing issues.

There was also some, you know, her being a little, you know, mentally off.

I got that she had a very strong attachment to the land here.

There's a lot of anger and a lot of misery connected.

Not a lot to go on, but a couple of things she said remind me of a previous

landowner. Now, back in the early 1900s, this was a big mining area.

A guy named Fred Cox moved his family here to try to strike a risk.

It didn't go well.

I guess within the first year, he lost his job.

His wife, Juanita, was pissed, but they still wound up staying.

So now in 1915, he bought 160 acres of land, which included this property.

She was not well, Juanita, his wife.

She had suffered from diabetes for years.

Now in 1923, Juanita got really sick.

She suffered for four long days in the hospital before she died.

She was just 53 years old. The odd thing about it is I got her death certificate

here. It says cause of death, diabetes.

And underneath it, it says, I don't know.

I'd never seen anything like this before on a death certificate.

Wow. So now you said you were concerned about this woman. I'm assuming it's not

just because she freaks out in the kitchen.

One of the things that I felt living people would experience when they're in

close proximity with her is kind of feeling sick, like flu -like

symptoms, and like nausea. They throw up frequently.

It comes on extremely nauseated. I'm very sick. I have to run and throw up.

And as quickly as it comes, it goes away.

One of the things I saw her do one night was she was literally floating,

like, over a person. And I got that it was a living female.

And I felt like the living female was either seeing her or knew she was there

her face and was like...

smushing her face into the pillow to be like, oh, no, this is not happening.

I was laying on my back, and all of a sudden I felt somebody laying on me,

someone was coming across me with arms and legs.

And I know I was awake because I was able to move my limbs, and I fought out

from under it, and it went away.

Something was just pushing on me.

Well, you got scratched, too.

I did.

I actually have a photo of it here.

This came out of nowhere, right? It came out of nowhere.

Interesting.

And then in another room, in here, I see physical interaction with somebody.

Like, and she's, like, smacking them or trying to smack them and saying, like,

stop being a little.

So, obviously, we know upstairs is where the kids and the grandkids sleep when

they come over. I spoke to one of those kids.

This is Emma, Amy.

She's absolutely precious.

Tell Amy about the time Emma got shoved in bed.

Yeah, she told me that she got up, she was going to use the bathroom, and she

got forced back into the bed.

Now, Emma thinks she has abilities like you.

She told me she's a family of dead people outside the porch where she

Yeah. All bloody, standing out there. It sounds like she definitely has

abilities.

She needs to learn protections and boundaries.

Trust me.

You don't want her suffering from PTSD.

Now, this old lady, is she doing anything else?

She was showing me that she had her sights set on a living male here.

It's because she feels that this living male is a bad person.

She told me he's abusive.

We're talking about Scott here.

He's the only living male in the house.

Right. I was feeling from her that this might be a projection of somebody she

hated during her life.

So I did have a sketch done of what she would like to do to this person.

I wonder what else she's capable of.

Yeah, that's the scariest part.

I'm not going to like this.

This looks exactly like how I sit.

In that chair? In that chair and get the most issues.

It's hard to explain. Sometimes it feels like something reaches in and twists

your heart.

He's a nurse. They notice symptoms, so it's like he's not over -exaggerating

things, right?

You've had some other stuff happen to you physically.

On my way down these steps to the kitchen, and it didn't feel like hands.

It felt like energy.

And then the front of my body propelled faster than my feet, and I missed three

whole steps and landed on the hard tile.

Do we think this is all this old lady doing that to Scott?

Well, yeah.

And I'm, like, really pissed.

Me too.

So I'm curious, if they hadn't have called us, could this old lady have

killed Scott?

Yes.

I mean, that's fully her intention.

I did not see that coming.

Well, this night's been a surprise.

You were both worried about your grandkids.

Turns out, Scott, you're the one that seems to be in the most danger.

Now we've got to find out what, if anything, you can do to fix this. For

I'm going to turn it over to Amy.

There's a lot going on here, so I want you to contact a Reiki master, a

Scott, I am thinking that you got an attachment, which is the telepathic

team. So what I would like to be done first, is a cord removal

from Scott.

Scott and Joanne have a lot of work to do, but I'm confident they can get it

done with the help of a Reiki master, a psychic, and a physical medium.

As soon as they block out and remove the dead, they can get back to spending

time with their family safely in their dream home.

We did follow Amy's advice, and all of our spirits and negative energies are

gone. We were able to have the physical medium come with her team. She was able

to remove all the negative energy as well as any of the negative spirits that

were attached to me. She was also able to help this angry older woman that was

in our home, help her to be able to peacefully cross over.

And so the only regret I think that we have is that we didn't call you sooner.
