So I already have some cards. I guess the next thing I need is a friend. So hi

there, what is your name?

Warren, your job is to keep an eye on this deck of cards for me for the rest

the show. I'm going to throw these cards to you, so I will put a rubber band

around them, otherwise it's going to make quite the mess.

And I'm going to have you think of a card.

So once you get the cards, just hold them with the faces towards yourself and

pull open the deck and look at any card. You can stand up for me and catch the

deck. Good catch. Look at any card. Remember that card, not just for the

few minutes.

Not just for the rest of the evening, but for the rest of the week. You up for

it? Okay, now let's pass the deck along to somebody next to you. That's great.

what card each of you are thinking of. To make it easier for me, everyone turn

around, face the back of the room, and project the image of the card.

correct way with the U, like every Brit should.

And then card. And if you see card, just think of the card that you were already

thinking of. Everyone good?

So let's mix these up. And each of you just take out any one you like. Go for

And then once you've had a look, just have a sneaky look at what you have, and

then I'd like you to just throw the card away so that I can't get near it. Okay,

great. So now I have to try and get not just a playing card, but also a color

and a number.

the number was 12, and the color was purple. I'm going to count to the 12th

card. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11.

The card was the jack of spades. The 12th card is the jack.

But still, somebody thought the color purple, which makes it pretty cool,
