cover it with a handkerchief, and all you have to do is wink.

if we switched places, meaning you do the magic, I assist you.

All right. Before we get going, you have a deck of cards there. I want you to

spread them out face down, and I want you to go and pick a card from the

any one you want, and put it face up on the top of the deck.

Square them all up. It's okay if I see the card.

And I'm going to have you...

Sign your name right across the front. Big letters, if you would, please. And

you want to put a little smiley happy... Oh, yeah, I already did the cat, but

that's all right.

All right, all the way across.

Very nice.

Okay, let me put this in a good place. That's good. Okay, let me take a look at

the card. And you've got the seven of spades.

And we are going to mark it with this paper clip, just like so.

And we're going to place it in this little glass on display right over here.

Now, we're ready for the magic. Are you ready?

Now, normally you would wear like a top hat or a tuxedo, tails, things like

that. I don't really have those things, so I got the closest thing I could find.

There it is.

Yes, is that okay? We're going to put this on you.

There we go. I think she looks great. Everyone give her a nice hand. Let's

it for her.

Fantastic. Now, do me a favor. With the cards, I want you to bring them face up.

Face up, and I want you to go take a look through the cards, if you would,

please, just to verify that they're all different cards, that there's no two

that look alike, anything like that, okay?

All right, and also, show them to the audience, because after all, you're the

one doing the magic.

Okay, but they're all different. Very nice job. Oh, you've worked with cards a

lot. All right, now, I would like you to go through them face up again, and this

time around, I want you to find a joker card, all right, a joker card, and once

you've found it, put the rest of the cards on the ground, if you would,

And I'm going to have you place it into the envelope that's right next to you

under your chair. Do you see it right there?

Excellent. Put it into the envelope like so.

Okay. And then once it's in the envelope, go ahead and just seal it

can't see it on that. With your right hand, put your fingers and thumbs out,

you would, please.

Yeah, out like that. Very nice. I'm going to have you hold it just like so.

And guess what?

The magic happened. You did the magic. Your card has magically traveled.

No, no, I'm not kidding. I don't mean the joker. I mean your previous card

you selected freely from a deck of cards that you signed, the one that we placed

right over there.

Watch close, because it gets really weird.

All right, let me rip this open. I want you to reach in there, grab your card,

take it out, show it to everybody.

Hey guys, how you doing? I'm so excited to be here. I have volunteers in the

audience. We have Sean. Big round of applause for Sean, everybody.

Thank you for being here, sir. Thank you so much.

I'm going to do a quick trick with you, a little bit of a close -up magic type

trick, all right?

And I want something to be personal. Can I borrow something from you? Can I

borrow Eva Wald on you? Can I borrow, I don't know, a dollar bill?

Just something simple like that.

I'll do a quick trick with it.

I like using money. The reason why I like using money is because of the fact

that it's legal tender, and there's a lot of security measures we use with the

bill. You know what I mean? If you have a look at the bill, we have, I don't

know if a lot of you know this or not, but there's lines that go this way and

this way, and the stripe that goes down the back, it's all hidden inside the

actual bill.

Also, these numbers, every serial number is different in every bill, if it's a

real bill.

People don't realize it's also that 12. Every number is a different number, and

that number pertains to the letter.

So this letter is L. Well, 12 and L go together because L is the 12th letter in

the alphabet.

A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J. So that's how it all works. So these are really

well protected. So we're going to try something with the bell, okay?

I'm going to try the seal. The seal is a legal seal. You can't move it. You

can't do anything. And it has an L as well. That's the 12th letter in, of

course, the alphabet, right?

Which is the code. We have L, 4, 3, 5, 9, 9, 4, 5, 7, D.

Watch very carefully, all right? You're going to tell me. I'm going to put my

fingers on the seal.

I want you to start moving it. I want you to watch very carefully, all right?

Now, I'm going to slide my hand, all right? And you can say, whenever you

like it, watch really carefully. Are you watching?

Can you see that?

Now, technology can be quite addictive sometimes.

And quite honestly, it's very easy for us to just sit there and stare at the
