Welcome to Masters of Illusion. I'm Dean Cain. Now you often hear people refer

to magic effects as tricks.

But we can assure you that everything that happens on this stage will happen

right before your very eyes.

You decide if there are any tricks.

I can count at least ten.

How many do you see? You see ten? Maybe not.

Our masters of illusion have some hidden surprises for you tonight, I promise.

I am so excited to show you this right now, but in order for this to work, I

need someone to help me out. Would you be willing to help me out, miss?

Yeah, give it a round of applause. Come on.

Hi, Kenya.

Kenya, I've got a couple things I want to show you really quickly. First and

foremost, a blindfold. You're going to blindfold me in a moment. Very important

that I don't see what's going on. I also have your five cans of spray paint and

a mannequin. We're going to be doing a little bit of arts and crafts.

Oh, we also have the envelope of wonder. Check it out right here.

Envelope of wonder. Kenya, what I need you to do, though, is come over here and

blindfold me. Can you do that?

There we go.

Oh, make sure it's a bow, not a double knot. As soon as you're done.

You go back over to your place there and just let me know that you're ready. Can

you do that for me, Kenya?

Excellent.

Let me know as soon as you're ready, Kenya.

Awesome. Kenya, what I want you to do is grab any one of those five cans of

spray paint. Let me know when you have one.

Shake it up. And then you're going to quickly just spray paint the top so we

know that the top is that color.

As soon as you've thrown that spray paint can in the garbage, what I want

do is go ahead and pull another can of spray paint. Let me know as soon as you

have that can.

So I want you to color the skirt. Can you quickly just spray paint the skirt

we know the skirt is that color?

And once it's in the garbage, I want you to go ahead and take another can of

spray paint, shake it up, let me know when you have one.

Got one.

Excellent. Color the belt. Really quickly, just spray paint the belt.

Let me know when you have another one, can you?

Another one.

Excellent. What I want you to do is spray paint the glasses on the

as soon as you're done with that one, and just spray the hat if you could.

This is wonderful. We have a woman that has a pink hat, yellow glasses, green

could have had 120 different possibilities. That's what you made.

Earlier today, I was a little bit bored, did a little drawing, a little

coloring. Brought it with me. You want to see it? Of course you do. Check this

out. Inside the envelope of wonder, I happen to have a drawing that matches

Kenya's 100%. Boom.

There it is. We got a woman that has orange hat, yellow glasses, green top,

orange belt, purple skirt.

You see that? That's kind of like a sympathy applause right there. That's

she gave me. I get it. This is what we call in the magic business a throwaway

gag. Ha, ha, ha. You had a bunch of drawings. You picked out the one that

matches with that stupid.

This, however, is a moment of impossibility. That's what we call in

business. Because every single one that I did was a woman that had a pink hat,

yellow glasses, green top, orange belt, purple skirt. That's right. Each and

every one did a whole bunch of them to show you that they were all pink hat,

yellow glasses, green top, orange belt, purple skirt, just to show you how

impossible it was. In fact, I made it a wee bit larger. Check this out.

Can you come over here, Kenya? Just hold on to this end and just pull it nice

and wide and open. Hold it up nice and high. We have here a woman that has a...

Kenya. She was fantastic.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you did not win. But you also didn't

lose. This is what's called a cat's game or a scratch game. Right, audience?

But I said that we were going to create a work of art together while playing a

puzzle. Isn't the art beautiful?

Yes.

Magic is both a puzzle and a work of art depending on which way you choose to

look at it. And we've only been looking at the puzzle side.

There's a whole art side that we haven't even looked at yet. And through every

decision you made and I made together, we created a work of art, one of the

famous works of art of all time.

Next, The Impossible is Made Possible by Tommy Wynn.

Our next performer is a favorite on the Vegas strip. He's a master at turning

the laws of physics upside down and inside out.

Here. Here is Tommy Wind.

How are we feeling tonight, everybody?

All right.

I want to pick somebody from the audience. Who wants to help me out?

hands. I see your hand right there. What's your name?

Dawson. How are you doing? You seem really excited to come up on this show.

on, everybody give Dawson a big round of applause.

How are you doing, Dawson?

Dawson, I have this water bottle here. I want you to just check it out. Make

sure it's a real water bottle.

All right, and then I have this envelope here.

Anything in there?

Good. All right, now I have a deck of cards here. What I'm going to do is I'm

going to take out the cards, and you're going to be the eyes and ears of the

audience, and then I'm going to show the audience as well that this is a real

deck of cards. All the cards are different. Audience, right now, as you

all the cards in all different cards.

We're going to give the cards a little...

shuffle here.

And then after I shuffle the cards, you're going to open up the marker.

going to take the first card that's on top. We got the Ace of Diamonds. So what

I'd like you to do is just go ahead and sign your name across the Ace of

Diamonds so we know that there's only one Ace of Diamonds in the whole world

that looks like that because it's got your signature on it. As you can see,

right there. You could leave the marker right there because I'm going to use it

in a second. We're going to take the Ace of Diamonds and we're actually going to

put it right inside of the envelope.

Now open up the bottle.

And we're going to place the card right inside of the envelope just like this.

And now what I'm going to do is I'm actually going to roll the card up in

envelope. And we're going to place the envelope inside of the bottle. Now we're

going to cap the bottle.

And your job is to hold the bottle right in front of you.

so no one can get to it. The card is now inside of an envelope, inside of a

bottle. There's no way that anybody can get to your signed card.

I'm actually going to give the cards another quick shuffle, and then I'm

to find a card for me, because I have to sign a card myself.

So we have your signed card inside of the bottle.

And now, whatever card that we get on top first, we have the two of hearts.

going to sign Tommy wins across the two of hearts.

Just like that.

And what we're going to do is now we know that you have one card that has

signature on it. I have a card that has my signature on it. The two of hearts

with the Tommy Wynn signature. We're going to take it. I'm just going to wave

in front of the bottle and give it the magic snap.

That's the magic snap.

And your card jumps out of the bottle and lands in my hands with your

on it.

The eighth.

Now, that could only mean one thing.

Yeah, just go ahead and open it up.

Hold it in front of the audience so there's no funny business going on.

Pull it right out. Pull it out.

There you go. Open up the envelope.

There it is. My car with the Tommy Green signature.

Those are both for you to take home. Come on, give a big round of applause,

folks. You did a wonderful job. You did a great job. Come on, let's hear it for

our folks.

Next, amazing is the only way to describe Jason Andrews.

Are you ready for some target practice?

Well, it's time to test the accuracy of Vegas favorite Jason Andrews. Hey.

Thank you. Okay, I want to show you something today that I've been working

for ages and ages.

I've never really performed it before, but it does use a deck of cards and

someone from the audience. Who do we have? Maybe someone in the front. Yeah,

would you mind coming up? All right, give him a hand. Here he comes up on

Nice to meet you. And what's your first name? Charlie.

Good to meet you, Charlie.

Okay, I have a pack of cards here. You can see they're all different, all mixed

up. I'm just going to thumb through the cards here. I just want you to touch

one, whichever one you'd like.

And that'll be your car. That one right there.

That one. Okay. Have a look at it.

You show it to the audience. Make sure everyone can get a good look. And then

want to make it unique. One of a kind.

So sign your name right on the top.

Your autograph is right on it. You got it there? Okay.

I'll take the marker here.

And just tell me when to stop. That's where we'll put your car.

Okay. Set it right on top.

And hold your hand out like a little table. Because I'm going to cut. Not one

time. Not two times, but three times into your hand. Charlie, do you know how

shuffle?

Give them a good shuffle. And there's one more thing that we need right here.

This is the target or a bullseye. Have you seen one of these before?

Yes. Okay. Normally when you see one of these, you always aim right for the

middle. This one hangs right around your neck.

Yes. All right. Oh, perfect. Look.

Perfect match.

Look at that.

Okay.

Charlie, come right over here. Stand right there and kind of fan the cards

in front of the target. Just give them a good spread as best as you can.

Yeah, that's good. Good. Right there. Okay. On the count of three, Charlie, I

want you to throw the cards up in the air so they fall down in front of the

target, okay? On the count of three, when you do that, I'm going to throw

knife right at the target.

And we'll see what happens.

Like I said, I've never done this before.

I'm going to go to the other side of the stage.

And, yeah, turn towards me.

I thought you were going to be shorter when you were in the audience, Carly.

Yeah, just protect the important things.

There you go. Okay.

Okay, I'll aim higher rather than lower. On the count of three, are you ready?

Just straight up so they fall straight down. On the count of three.

One, two, three. Up and yes.

Look, turn, show the audience.

There's one card under that knife.

Now, Charlie, even if that's not your card, still a good trick.

But I hope it's your card.

Hands are open.

Sleeves are up. If this is your card, my friend, give me a big, oh, yeah.

Time once again to go down into the audience. Now pay close attention to

two. Here are Jarrett and Raja.

So I have a two -piece bishop rope, and I also have a handkerchief.

Raul, hold on to that.

Check it out. Make sure it's good. We're going to take the handkerchief, just

tie a knot around the two ropes real tight, okay?

Hold it down. There you go. Great. Excellent. Okay, good. And we're just

to move it into the center about here, if we can do that. Roger, what do you

have there? I have a clear plastic tube. That's very simple, clear plastic tube.

Would you like to hold that, Michelle? Sure.

Fantastic. Great. Now, Michelle, you've checked out that tube, right?

We're going to take the two ends of the rope and put it through the tube. All

the way?

That's it.

Excellent.

Take the tube and place it around the silk.

And the ropes. You hold on to that rope. That's great. And you hold on to this,

Michelle. That's great. Now, awesome.

If you would, just give me one end of the rope, either one, your choice. That

one there? Okay, that's great. And I'll take yours, Raul, and take this. And

we're going to tie a knot around the tube.

Excellent. Hold on to the ends of those ropes. Awesome. You got it? Perfect.

What's up, guys? So I am here with Dania and Sydney.

So Sydney and Dan, here's the deal.

We're going to try something using a deck of playing cards, but it's not like

normal card trick. I'll show you what I'm talking about. Dan, just think about

any cards you want. 52 decks in the deck of playing cards. Name any card that

you want. Go ahead.

Eight of diamonds. Eight of diamonds.

One card jumps out, the eight of diamonds.

It's cute. It gets better. Watch. It gets better.

Here's the deal. We're not actually going to use the front of the card.

Okay? We're going to use the back of the card. Now, I want you to see this.

The back of all the cards have these little angels on them. You see that,

Sidney? They all have these little angels on them. Now, here's what's cool.

I actually did was from another pack, I cut out an angel from another card.

It was like a joker. I just cut out an angel. And so what I'm going to do is

going to place the angel right here on the front of the...

Eight that you named in what's really cool though is if I want to I can kind

move the eight like this And I can literally make that hole become Real

gonna happen if I want to I can actually take that eight and I can move it onto
