of Illusion. Now, when we say Masters of

Illusion, we mean masters.

So the magicians about to perform here
on this stage tonight are among the most

accomplished in the entire world.

Well, my name is Scott Pepper, and I'd
like to show you something with one of

our members of the audience. Thank you
very much, Heather.

Let's pick the lady in the front row.
Hi, what's your name?

Jessica. Jessica, nice to meet you,
Jessica. First thing I need you to help

We've got all these different kind of
wine glasses on these tarts here,

I'm going to mix these up, and in a
minute I'm going to ask you to pick one

these. So let's get those good and
mixed.

Jessica, I'm going to go through these
one at a time. You just shout stop.

Stop. Okay, would you like the right
hand or the left hand?

The right hand. I'm going to place that
on top here, Jessica. I'm going to show

you what you picked.

Remember that color, okay?

Everyone remember that?

Jessica, good job.

Think of that color because I'm going to
show you something really cool.

Now, this doesn't take long, Jessica,
but this is going to be especially for

you. You keep thinking of that color.

All right, Jessica, for the first time,

Chinese coins carefully. Before we

begin, examine them, give a tug, make
sure they're on there tightly. Look

And what's your name?

Kalima. Kalima. You've looked at the
coin. You see my hands are empty.

Watch the first one.

Take a look at that coin. Make sure
there's no trap doors or holes.

Will you do me a favor? Pinch your
fingers together.

Pinch these two.

Hold still. Look, in your hand.

That's the next one. In your hand.

You'll actually see the moment the last
one comes off. Don't blink from this

spot. You'll actually see the moment
that it comes off the ribbon. Now,

it off is the easy part. Getting it back
on.

In midair, without touching the ribbon
or the coin, this is the hard part.

You've got one, and you've got the other
one, right? Two here, one left to go.

Would you hold out your hand for me? I
want you to squeeze these two. Whatever

you do, don't let this one in.

from 1915. Now, back in the day, they
were worth about $2 .50.

You can't slide it out like our kids
today. You have to back turn the key.

key and make sure it's tight all the way

down. And then hold it together.

every day for a job.

Most magicians cover their hands up, and
they struggle, so you can't see what

we're doing. And then 30 seconds later,
we get out of these handcuffs. Most of

you think we cover our hands up, because
underneath here, we had a button, and

pop out of them. And that's exactly what
we do.

I'm going to use a hairpin from April,
and I'm going to pick it just in front

you guys, so you can actually see, all
right?

And you can hang on to these cards like

take your top card, turn it face up, and

put it at the bottom.

don't need these, but here is the idea.

invisibly.
