You're probably wondering what makes this straitjacket escape so unique.

Well, as you can see, I'm not hanging upside down.

There's nothing between you.

And the secret to this trick, well, it's not really a trick, because a trick

implies deception, and there's nothing obscuring the methodology here. And I'll

tell you the secret.

Practice.

Determination.

Maybe a little bit of self -loathing.

That's all it is.

Really, the key is to relax. Deep breath. Take a deep breath in, stretches

the straitjacket, and then you breathe out, create slack.

And for me, nothing helps me relax more than listening to classical music.
