Baby can you believe this?

We're finally homeowners.

I know right.

It feels so good doesn't it.

It does.

I guess this is a long way from East Point.

The drive isn't that bad.

Says the woman who works from home.

Baby, you just got to give it a chance.

I guess your right.

Hey. Hey.

[Charles] Racism is this country's original sin.

And although we would like it not to be so,

bigotry and bias

and discrimination is alive and striving,

which is why we're filing this civil lawsuit,

not for monetary gains,

because money can never account for the atrocities

that Malik and Imani have experienced.

This is merely putting a band-aid

on a bullet wound.

More importantly,

we want to send a strong message

that we're tired of being disrespected

and brutalized and marginalized

by certain law enforcement

and other members of the community.

Weaponizing race and privilege to wage war

against an already disenfranchised community.

You're silence is compliance.
