Over the last six months,
I've been undercover

with the Kosta Organization,
aka K-O.

They're an Albanian
transnational

criminal syndicate based
out of the Bronx.

In that time,
I've been party to extortion,

drug smuggling, weapons sales,

human trafficking,

and sex trafficking,

as well as
personally witnessing

a half-dozen murders.

Let's begin by talking

about the K-O's cocaine
trafficking business.

What distinguishes them
from all the other drug dealers

in the state of New York?

- Well, the Kosta Organization
has gone to the source,

Colombia, and they cut a deal.

And they have taken
over the manufacturing,

the transportation, the
distribution of their cocaine.

They now control
their entire supply chain.

that they've become bolder,

and more dangerous as a result?

- The K-O is the most dangerous
criminal organization

that New York has ever seen.
