Chief Jiao.

We know we can't beat your Flaming Daggers hand-to-hand,

that's why it had to be this way.

What say you?

I don't believe you.

You don't have him.

Come take a look if you don't believe us.

Please.

Careful, guard the cart.

Yes.

What's going on here?

"Do you want to keep the cart

or your son's life?"

Daddy...

Chief Jiao.

Daddy.

Daddy...

Yan.

I have no grudge with you, friends.

Why are you doing this?

Hand over the cart.

Hand over the cart?

You know that I'm an official Escort.

Why not just kill me instead?

We couldn't kill you,

but we could kill your child.

Jiao Tianhao, with one order from me,

your child will be torn to pieces.

You're setting me up!

That's right... your life is on the line!

Wait, you have two choices.

Keep your reputation as Chief Escort,

or your son's life.

Jiao Tianhao, it's time to make up your mind!

Wait.

Daddy...

Very well.

Even if my reputation will be ruined,

I will still have my self-respect.

I'll know I made the right choice.

Dad...

You are renowned in the northern provinces,

but this marks the end for you.

A man can wait ten years to take revenge.

Ten years?

Do you think he'll remember?

- Daddy... - Yaner, remember.

Don't let them get away with this!

Kill him...

Daddy!

Yaner...

Leave the cart! Don't you know your Chief has sold you out?

Daddy!

After them! Quickly!

Master, he's from Yuntong Escorts.

Chief Jiao has betrayed us...

He conspired with the Forest's Four Evil Spirits to rob the cart.

He's disgraced the name of martial arts.

Zhenting, after him.

Daddy...

Don't cry.

Keep these kung fu scriptures safe.

Remember...

learn the Flaming Daggers,

build back Yuntong Escorts' reputation in the future...

Then I can rest in peace.

Don't die, Daddy!

Daddy...

Get rid of him too.

You can't kill a child!

Back off!

Who are you to interfere, little brat?

Wait.

Madam White Brows, it's been a while.

Chief Chen, it's been a while indeed.

Master, they want to kill him!

Let me explain, madam.

Jiao Tianhao was the Chief Escort of Yuntong Escorts.

Along with the Forest's Four Evil Spirits

he's conspired to steal what was entrusted to him.

I saw that as I was passing by Huangfeng Gorge.

But Jiao Tianhao is already dead

and this child...

Like father, like son.

- That's right. - Master!

Listen up! Go and plead with my master.

Go on...

Master...

It's alright, boy.

This child shouldn't be blamed for what his father did.

So, I'd like to ask you a favour.

I hope you'll take this opportunity to do a good deed.

Madam, your reputation for upholding justice precedes you.

We're deeply indebted to you.

I'll obey your instruction.

I thank you.

Sparing him is the right thing to do.

If you say so, madam.

I'll foster the boy and train him well.

If he proves ill-tempered, keep him off the martial arts,

so he won't bring harm to others.

Understood.

Goodbye.

I'll go with you!

Great!

Don't be silly, they have to return to the base.

I'll come back to see you one day.

Come, Rushuang.

Chief!

What happened?

This boy is lucky.

Madam White Brows pled his case.

Well, he's just a boy after all.

And now that Jiao Tianhao is dead,

his business will fall to you, and Wancheng Escorts.

Thanks to your help.

We have a great opportunity.

Right.

But the boy...

Let him take care of himself.

WANCHENG ESCORT AGENCY

What are you staring at? You stand here every day.

You really think that White Brows' pupil is coming for you?

Sorry, sir.

Damn it! Are you blind?

Didn't you see the young master coming out?

Get out of here!

What is it?

I've heard there's a pretty singer in town.

- Where? - At Gaocheng Inn.

Golden Hook Upside Down.

"FLAMING DAGGERS" GREAT SPEED AND STRENGTH...

Be swift, with enough internal force.

Flames will be created when against the wind.

Freeze.

- Master. - Father.

You two causing trouble again?

Father, don't be mad.

We've discovered something strange.

What's that?

In secret, Jiao Yaner has learned our Golden Dagger arts.

Does he remember the past after all...?

How's his form?

Marvelous.

From what I saw,

he has acquired the techniques for Flaming Daggers.

In fact, he's mastered Flaming Daggers!

Father, we must get rid of him first.

Master, we must root out the enemy.

Just worry about one person.

Who?

Leng Rushuang, a pupil of Madam White Brows.

The famous Lady of the Law?

I have something to say.

We're all friends here, don't let the silver tear us apart.

Friends?

You just got the silver.

How come there's only half left?

To tell you the truth, we pitied them.

That's why we left half behind.

Who'd believe you?

I swear.

If I lie, let me cross paths with the Lady of the Law!

There she is!

Please, spare our lives.

At least you're thoughtful enough to leave half of the silver behind.

Thanks for sparing our lives, we won't steal again.

Very well. Leave now.

Master.

You lied.

Rushuang... it's admirable that you can forgive

and offer them a second chance.

But those two were greedy.

They kept staring at the silver.

Men like that aren't interested in reforming themselves.

You must be thorough.

Only then you can live up to your reputation.

Yes.

Why don't you make a trip to Ji County?

I heard the law enforcers there have been troubled by a tricky case.

JI COUNTY

Valley Steward...

- Young Master Chen. - Welcome.

My father was just wondering when you would arrive.

Let me introduce you to my concubine, Youlan.

What a lady...

Please...

It's a real honor to have you accept

this role as Chief of our Meng County Branch.

With pleasure.

Let's work together from now on

to build the reputation of Wancheng Escorts.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Cheers...

There's a prettier one in the inn.

Please.

Miss, open up...

- What is it? - Are you from out of town?

Yes.

Have you heard about the spate of rape cases recently?

I have.

Are you here on your own?

- I am. - Alone?

Then you must be extra careful.

Thank you, don't worry about me.

We won't, but you just be careful.

Let's go.

She's a stubborn one!

Let's go.

Unmask, and surrender.

Who goes there? Freeze!

Let's go!

Come on, let's go.

Let's have a drink.

Sure, let's drink till dawn.

- Tell Jiao Yaner to bring us the wine. - Yes.

Master told you to hurry.

Go on! Kill her.

Master, you have guests.

What can I do for you at this hour?

Chief Chen.

Two rapists just ran off near your residence.

We were concerned that they might sneak in here.

Is that really possible?

Perhaps I got it wrong.

Sorry to disturb you, good night.

- See our guests off. - This way, please.

They interrupted our party.

Come on, another drink.

I think I've had enough, let's drink another time.

You can drink a lot more with good company.

It's almost dawn.

Yes, when you're in charge of the Meng County Branch,

we'll have plenty of chances to drink together.

- Good night, Chief Chen. - Good night.

Youlan?

My concubine's missing.

Her shoe...

The rapist!

The rapist is challenging us.

We must catch him.

If you find him, you must kill him on the spot.

Yes, sir.

- Goodbye. - Goodbye.

We should turn the tables on this fiend.

Let's transfer Officer Yan to the Meng County prison.

Then we spread the word that he's heard the rapist's voice.

Knowing Officer Yan can identify him, the villain will be lured into our trap.

Right. We'll smuggle soldiers into the prison,

and let the rapist reveal himself.

WANTED: RAPIST REWARD: 500 TAELS OF SILVER

JIZHOU PREFECTURAL GOVERNMENT OFFICE

The judge is right about killing the rapist on the spot.

To catch the thief and take revenge is our own business.

But Youlan...

She's gone, but I hope you can move on.

This is a big town.

If only you would stay for longer,

I'm sure you'd find another.

I'm afraid I just want to return to my home, in Blossoms Valley.

About the job at the Meng County Branch...

We'll wait until you feel the time is right.

See you in Meng County then.

- Certainly, goodbye. - Goodbye.

Father, were you looking for me?

What's it about?

Bastard! She's the Valley Steward's wife.

Where is she?

Dead...

Where's the body?

In my room.

Keep it there.

Master, the Lady of the Law is here.

Good timing! We'll let her catch the rapist.

- Send her in. - Yes.

Dad.

Listen to my instructions.

Chief Chen.

Miss Leng, please.

Please sit down.

You first, Chief Chen.

Tea...

Tea...

What are you still doing here?

He is...

You still remember him?

- He's Jiao Yaner? - Yes.

Your master forbid me to let him learn kung fu.

I just ask him to run some errands.

He wouldn't do well with the training.

He indulges in lust.

He often goes out at night,

and hesitates when asked of his whereabouts.

Stealthily, he watches my students at practice.

I thought he was trying to learn,

but he hasn't learned a thing.

Master, Yan Tou is here.

- I'm here to apologise. - What for?

My men weren't able to catch the rapist.

I could never imagine that he'd commit a crime here.

Let me introduce you.

Miss Leng Rushuang.

Oh, it's Miss Leng! Sorry I didn't recognise you.

If I'd known you were the famous Lady of the Law,

I'd have asked for your help already.

You must help us.

This rapist is too vicious.

So?

Where's Zhenjie?

I've told them.

Freeze.

You should be working, what are you doing here?

I'm tired.

Tired?

We've just been practicing martial arts, and we're not tired.

How dare you belittle our clan's martial arts!

Young Master, I don't know any.

Did he twitch his mouth?

Yes.

I...

Catch him.

He's using our techniques! Keep an eye on him.

Father, Jiao Yaner has learned our martial arts in secret.

He kicked Brother Wang just now.

Father, sever his tendons and nerves.

What do you think, Miss Leng?

I'm here to catch the rapist.

It's up to you, Chief Chen,

to punish Jiao Yaner or not.

If he's been watching you practice,

since he saw your students,

it's no surprise if he's learned one or two styles.

Let's see how much he knows.

Master Han!

Master, I didn't mean it.

Jiao Yaner, you've learned our skills without permission.

Per our laws, we should render you a cripple.

No, I've done nothing!

Stop lying.

Father, he deserves it!

After we took him in and raised him.

That's right, he's been here for over ten years.

But for the sake of Miss Leng, we'll let him go.

You say you haven't learned our martial arts.

I suppose you wouldn't defy Madam White Brows' order.

- Let him go. - Yes.

Jiao Yaner, we can't keep you here anymore.

Yes, Father. I'll make sure he leaves Ji County.

Thank Miss Leng immediately.

Thank you, Miss Leng. Thank you, Master.

Remove his things, he's leaving now.

Yes.

Master.

What is it?

Is this true?

Jiao Yaner, you've got some nerve!

Master, please tell me what I did wrong?

You raped and killed the wife of the Valley Steward.

So you're the rapist.

No... I'm not!

Her body is in your room!

Don't try to argue your way out.

No wonder we never see you at night.

Master, I...

Chief Chen.

Miss Leng, it's a serious offence,

I can't help him anymore.

And to think... I begged my master

to save your life!

What are you doing? I need to set this straight!

You know what you've done.

No wonder you studied our skills in the dark.

I knew you were up to no good!

Don't blame me for something I didn't do!

Blame you? We've got the proof.

Miss Leng, trust me. I'm not a rapist.

How can you explain a dead body in your room?

Say no more! Send him to the judge.

Miss Leng, he's resisting arrest.

Miss Leng, why don't you do something?

He can't escape, so I want to see his style.

Dad!

Miss Leng will take care of him.

He can't run away.

Wait, let him face a trial.

Miss Leng, very impressive.

Jiao Yaner, you will go on trial.

Master, I've done nothing!

Still insisting? We all saw you.

We've got proof, so don't try to talk your way out.

A true man accepts the consequences of his actions.

And you...

KILL THE RAPIST TO AVENGE MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER

OR I WILL FIND AND RAPE YOUR WIFE AND DAUGHTER

Mama, Daddy's back!

What is it?

Someone dropped this off.

What do you think?

This person wants you to kill the rapist in their prison cell.

He gave us silver.

That rapist deserves to die, and you'll be rewarded!

Why is it so dark?

I need to take care of this kid.

So you got that letter too.

I got changed and went home, then my family handed me the letter.

Our colleagues have suffered enough for this case.

I whipped him unconscious.

Yan Tou is not put off by the paperwork,

he plans to write to the officials to transfer Yan Bixian back here,

since he's the only one who heard the rapist's voice.

We should just kill him here.

Right, but if they find out it was us,

we'll get thrown in jail ourselves.

Don't worry, I have a plan.

Let's make it so there's nothing for the postmortem examiners to find.

We can say he died suddenly, with no witnesses.

Then we can wrap this up.

Let's do it.

What are you doing?

Boss... it's for the best to get rid of someone like him.

The judge has already sent a letter to Meng County prison.

We've suffered enough from this case.

It saves the trouble.

We should let the chief return and listen to his voice.

What if he's innocent?

Look at the daggers! Do you think he's innocent?

Very well, but make sure there's no evidence.

Let's visit the judge's clerk, we don't want them to be suspicious.

Alright.

First the paper, then drop the water,

let him take a break once he's passed out.

I know.

That way, there won't be blood stasis inside his nose.

Alright.

Yan Tou.

Oh no, Miss Leng!

Is it Jiao Yaner?

He's escaped!

In other words, he's guilty.

We can't be sure.

If we don't have a trial, then we will never know.

Found anything?

Nothing.

I can't believe that Jiao Yaner is so evil.

I must catch him.

Miss Leng, he went northwest, I'm certain.

Very well.

- Get the horses and follow. - Yes, let's go!

Master, Jiao Yaner has escaped.

What? Where's Leng Rushuang?

She's gone after him, with Official Yan.

Father!

What should we do?

Let's catch him first before they do.

Pretend we're on a mission, and we'll catch him on the way.

Back to work, everyone. Take on any escort requests as usual.

- Go inside. - Yes.

Dad, if you're worried, we'll stay here.

You want to stay here?

For your own sake, you must go to Meng County.

Get rid of Jiao Yaner for the safety of the public.

Yes.

Yan Tou.

Just the two of you?

Everyone else is searching over there.

Stay with them. I'll go with Miss Leng.

- Yes. - Leave the horse.

NO WOMEN

This is a first! A lady in a bathhouse.

What are you doing?

My business is with people out of town.

What's the matter?

Yes, he's here.

Miss Leng, hurry!

Catch the thief...

Get inside!

We're going to leave Ji County if we keep going.

For arrests in another county, we'll need documents.

Alright, I'll go after him first.

REWARD FOR CAPTURING A RAPIST

Damn it! Who's setting me up?

BORDER OF JI COUNTY

Excuse me, how do I get to the capital of Meng County?

Take this route, and you'll be there in half a month.

Half a month?

What about this path?

There are 3 paths.

But you can't take the middle one going through Blossoms Valley.

Why not?

The Valley Steward's wives are very skilled in martial arts,

and they capture young men.

The men have the chance to live for a short while,

but if any women get caught,

they'll be killed instantly.

What are you doing? Trying to rob my horse?

We want both you and the horse, don't move.

Faster! Hurry.

Sister Bitao.

He's nice, let's keep him.

Did you hear me? Send him to my chamber.

Yes. Go!

BITAO'S CHAMBER

Hurry! The dishes are getting cold.

Oh, I'm not dressed.

Don't come over, just throw me the clothes.

Don't be shy! I'm experienced.

Please, lady. Don't come over...

Just hand me the clothes.

Alright.

Don't run...

Stop.

Sister Bitao.

Has he eaten?

Not yet, he's just had a bath.

He hasn't eaten, but I can see you're starving.

I...

I what? Go to the front.

Yes.

Let me get dressed, please.

Why bother? You'll only take them off later.

Let's eat.

I can't eat when I'm not clothed.

Silly! Put your clothes on if you want.

Who's our guest? I can't see.

Leng Rushuang.

The Lady of the Law? Are you sure?

Yes, she came from Wancheng Escorts of Ji County.

She said she's here about Sister Youlan.

From Wancheng Escorts? About Youlan?

Peony, fetch Bitao from her chamber.

Yes.

She's the Miss Leng I kept telling you about.

With her arrival in the Blossoms Valley,

your flowers seem dull in comparison.

Sister Bitao, the Valley Steward has a guest.

- I heard she's here to replace Youlan. - Who is she?

I heard she's known as the Lady of the Law.

Oh, look at you!

It's all over now!

What?

You've tied me up,

and now my enemy is here.

Don't worry, this is the safest place.

She won't find you.

No! You have no idea how powerful she is.

I've heard she's really something.

Really? Well, I'm still her senior.

No matter how formidable she is, she can't beat us four sisters.

Valley Steward.

Being from Ji County,

you'd have heard from Chief Chen about my concubine Youlan.

The suspect Jiao Yaner escaped from his cell.

We think he's heading to Meng County,

but I lost track of him on the way.

It's very possible that he's hiding out here.

Please help us locate him, Valley Steward.

After all, it'll mean revenge for your wife.

Revenge is not necessary.

Although I'm a romantic,

I know that it's impossible to bring her back to life.

But I'm honored to have you here, renowned Lady of the Law.

Maybe you aren't aware,

but being fond of women, I run the Blossoms Valley here.

My four students are in charge of one hundred girls,

all named after flowers.

Looks like it's more than one hundred.

But things are different now.

I'm due to take up the post of Chief

for Wancheng Escorts' Meng County Branch.

Your beauty is outstanding amongst this lot.

If you'd like,

you could assist me in running the branch,

and I can dismiss them all.

Bitao.

Valley Steward.

Clear up your chamber for Miss Leng.

It's not necessary.

I insist. Go on.

Yes.

Go help her!

Valley Steward, you shouldn't have.

Please sit down.

Make yourself at home, Miss Leng.

I'm determined to kick them out.

I plan to be monogamous from now on.

Valley Steward, what are you saying?

I mean it.

You're too good just to replace one concubine.

Please watch what you say.

Weren't you sent here by Chief Chen to replace Youlan?

Nonsense! I already told you,

I'm here to arrest the suspect Jiao Yaner,

to find out the truth.

I won't accuse an innocent man, or let a culprit run free.

What kind of person do you take me for?

Then you're here...

...to find Jiao Yaner.

I'm sure he's here.

Impossible.

My girls wouldn't lie if they've caught a male prisoner.

Please let me search the grounds.

Search the grounds?

Fine, on one condition.

Get past my "Array of Colours" formation.

Formation? What for?

To deal with that Lady of the Law.

Tell me what's going on. Now!

It's Jiao Yaner, he's gone.

You...!

Stop.

Valley Steward.

Miss Leng, you're right.

They did catch Jiao Yaner,

but he's escaped.

What else do you have to say?

Since my "Array of Colours" couldn't stop you,

I'm willing to assist you to catch Jiao Yaner.

That's not necessary.

I plan to go to Meng County. Why don't you wait another day?

No, thank you. Goodbye.

Jiao Yaner is so cunning.

Looks like he's the thief.

Looks like you're the thief.

Do you think you can run?

PING AN INN

If we catch him, isn't it better to kill the villain on the spot?

We can't.

We must take him to Ji County, with the right documents,

and transfer Yan Tou's brother back from Meng County.

Only he can identify the suspect by his voice.

We must clear this up.

Don't you agree?

Yes. We wouldn't catch a criminal only to let him get away with it.

Master, everything is unloaded.

Thank you.

- Chief. - Thank you...

Miss Leng.

To catch the thief, you left without saying goodbye.

Please forgive me.

You're forgiven.

You really do live up to your name!

Yes, it's all thanks to Miss Leng.

You're out on a job?

- On our way to Meng County. - You're staying here too?

Chief, I've booked us a room. Wancheng Escorts is next door.

Great, it's better to stay here together.

Well said. Please...

Thank you.

Off the horse, kid. You waiting for a hug?

Go.

Move.

Join us for dinner later.

No, thanks. We'll eat here.

We should be careful.

What about Miss Leng?

Thank you, but another time.

Goodbye...

Miss Leng, we'll get a single room for you.

- Thank you. - What? A single room?

Yes, something more quiet.

Please order soon,

the kitchen closes early tonight.

There isn't much choice around here.

Set up a table of dishes for them.

Are you sure?

It's the Chief's idea.

Go on.

Wait, bring some good wine.

No, we already have wine.

Lady, please follow me.

Sure.

Lady, why don't you stay for dinner?

I'll freshen up first, see you later.

Dad, Yan Tou is a seasoned officer.

I guess it won't be that easy.

So?

Leng Rushuang isn't staying with them,

but she'll join them for dinner later.

The drug?

Don't use it up! That's all we have.

What? Do you still plan on using that?

Yan Tou won't drink if I don't do this.

How can we drink when we're on the job?

There's nothing wrong with having a little of Wancheng Escorts' wine!

Ah, thank you! The young chief is here with the wine.

I'm sorry my father can't be here himself.

Where's Miss Leng?

She said that she'll eat alone.

It's just the three of us. Come on, let's toast.

Please.

Where's Jiao Yaner?

Tied up inside.

Tied up?

Let me drink to you two.

Just a little...

We have to watch the trunks closely when we're on the job.

I can't stay for dinner, just a drink.

I'm so careless.

Thanks.

Enjoy dinner.

Thank you, Young Chief.

Excuse me.

See you tomorrow.

How can we finish all these dishes?

I'm hungry.

Hold on. You can eat after we're done.

Dad, everyone's sleeping.

You go sleep in Huang's room.

Remember, don't get up no matter what you hear.

Yes.

Leng Rushuang wasn't there for dinner.

But Yan Tou fell for it.

After Jiao Yaner and the two officers are killed,

we'll tell Leng Rushuang

that someone else killed them.

I'm thirsty.

Bear with it.

Don't drink so much.

I've just had two cups.

You're drunk.

Go! Jiao Yaner is gone!

Yes.

Well?

No sign of him.

Let me get Leng Rushuang.

We'll tell her Jiao Yaner fled after killing the officers.

Check on our colleagues,

kill those who've heard anything.

Yes.

Check in your room.

Miss Leng, look! Jiao Yaner did all this.

He's a real menace.

WARDEN HUANG

MENG COUNTY PRISON

Where's Yan Bixian of Ji County?

In "Shi" cell.

Let's go!

Who are you?

The Ji County rapist is here to kill you.

Wait.

You must surrender!

Yan Bixian, have you heard enough?

Am I the rapist?

It's not you...

- Leave. - Yes.

So you really can tell who the true culprit is.

I have a chance to clear my name,

and you have a chance to get even.

That's right... That villain took my eyes.

I'm afraid it's not only that.

He also killed your...

your brother.

I saw it with my own eyes.

That's why I came to you.

Because you're the only witness.

We must be quick, or they will strike first.

Hurry.

Come on.

Go!

I saved you four,

because I want you to kill someone for me.

Freeze.

The Forest's Four Evil Spirits, my father died because of you,

and now you've come after me?

Chen Huatang was behind it,

and now he wants you dead.

Tell it to the judge in hell!

Go!

Tell me, where's Yan Bixian from Ji County being held?

Like I said, he's in "Shi" cell.

Someone asked you already?

It's you!

- That's right, Miss Leng. - What are you doing here?

To protect the blind man Yan Bixian.

We didn't know you'd already arrived. We think alike.

The blind man is missing.

I'm here to take him away, I have the paperwork.

But the thief was a step ahead.

Please go back to the base, Miss Leng.

The Chief will think of something.

Let's go!

- Follow them. - Did you hear the real culprit?

I'm not sure, just follow them.

Brother... Yan...

Miss Leng, please...

Thank you.

Please have a seat.

I'll tell my father. Excuse me.

Yes...

- Father. - You're home.

I sent Zhenjie to wait for you at the door.

Blind Yan is missing.

We were too late.

Father, I'm worried about him.

So, he's got the witness.

What about Leng Rushuang?

She's here.

Brother Han is with her.

The Valley Steward should be here any minute.

Can't we let him deal with Leng Rushuang?

I fear that Jiao Yaner will show up with the witness,

and reveal the truth about your crimes.

Dad... I think we should drug them.

Master, the Valley Steward is here.

Entertain Leng Rushuang.

- I'll greet the Valley Steward. - Yes.

So?

Let him walk into his own trap.

We'll take him by surprise.

- Valley Steward. - Chief Chen.

You're a man of your word, I just arrived today.

To be honest, I was going to be late,

but I rushed here for Miss Leng.

Miss Leng has just arrived.

The welcome drinks are ready.

Where're your wives?

It's better that they aren't here.

Didn't you promise you'd find me one here?

I guarantee you will be satisfied.

Please...

Please sit down.

Please.

Sorry to keep you waiting, Miss Leng.

Not at all.

We meet again, Miss Leng. It's fate.

Sorry I couldn't help much back in Blossoms Valley.

But I'm blessed to catch you here in Meng County.

Let me drink to you, Miss Leng.

You should drink to the host first.

I was appointed Chief of Wancheng Escorts' Meng County Branch.

You could say I'm half a host myself.

My dear friend!

After all, we're gathered here in Meng County,

we should be your guests.

Either way, I'll toast to you.

I can't drink much, but I'll raise a glass.

Very well, cheers.

For this celebration, cheers.

Let's drink to Miss Leng and the Valley Steward.

Cheers to you.

Thank you.

You go and rest now.

We'll drink on our own, no need to serve us.

Yes.

Please have another drink, if the wine is to your taste.

Please.

Don't move.

You were easy to fool. We never drank the drugged wine.

You should have thought a bit harder.

You'll die tonight.

Wait.

Jiao Yaner, where's the blind man?

Dad, if we kill him, it's to our advantage.

The blind man won't testify against us on his own.

Fine, do it.

Chen Huatang, there was no grievance between us before.

But you collaborated with the Forest's Four Evil Spirits

to frame my father.

He died a wrongful death.

And now your son has killed the Valley Steward's concubine,

and you've framed me for the crime.

I won't let you get away with this, even if I die.

Well said.

You can tell it to the King of Hell.

Wait.

No wonder you switched out the wine.

It was all a trick.

Lucky I didn't swallow it.

I get it now.

Chief Chen, what do you have to say?

It's true. My son killed your concubine,

for which he deserves to die.

But having a known rapist in my household?

Shameful.

- But it's the truth. - Shut up.

I promised that I would try to make it up to you before.

How can you? She's dead.

We must work something out,

or I won't be able to let this go.

Today, me, my son and my students would fight you to the death.

No matter how skilled you are, we outnumber you.

Alternatively, I'll give you Leng Rushuang.

She's not dead, just asleep. You can do whatever you want.

Bullshit...

When she wakes up, what's done is done.

Then I'll ask her master Madam White Brows to come here,

and she can marry you two.

Thank you, Chief.

Stop! Don't touch her!

Just kill me!

Don't touch her!

I didn't drink it either.

Watch him!

You're a true Lady of the Law,

and I'm truly impressed by you.

But we each have our own goals.

I guess you heard what Chief Chen said earlier.

Yes, Valley Steward.

It's up to you whether we'll have this trial.

I'm the Branch Head here.

You want to harbor these criminals?

Unless you can beat me one-on-one,

not only are they staying, but you will stay as well!

Rushuang, don't fall for it.

Very well, let's begin.

Go!

Thank you.

Go...

Take me...

Let go! Let me go!

- Take me... - Let me go...

Arrest him! He's the real culprit!

Arrest him! Have you caught him?

Yes, he can't escape.

Officer Yan.

Hero Jiao... I arrived too late.

Are you alright?

I'm fine.

Yaner, thank you. You've solved this crime.

Finally this case is closed.

Let me go! It's time for me to chase her.

Rushuang!
