go out, they steal a car,

they strip it, they
store the parts,

put the frame out on the street.

The owner reports it stolen,
the cops find the frame,

and the insurance company totals
it and pays off the owner.

-Now all the boy geniuses have
to do is buy the frame back

at the insurance auction and
they legally own the car.

They already have
all the other parts.

-And once they rebuild
it, it theirs to sell.

Legally.

-Yeah.

For about 12 grand.

That's a nice profit.

-Now let me get this straight.

They stole the car,
stripped it, then

they bought the frame
back at the auction.

Then they legally own the
car once it's rebuilt.

-Yes, sir.
