Welcome back.

This is the week we have been dreading

for a long time.

We are going to take you behind the

scenes at a wedding, which we've never done

before.

And in fact, this is the first time

we've actually seen video footage of ourselves behind

the wedding, behind the scenes at a wedding

as well.

And it was not a comfortable task, was

it?

But yeah, we're dreading it, but we're also

super excited about it because for you, this

is where it, it brings it all together,

ties it all in, right?

Everything up to this point comes together and

you get to see what it actually looks

like.

See what, what, see how the sausage is

made, right?

Actually behind the scenes.

And this wedding is particularly good for that,

I think because it's a very typical, I

hate to refer to a wedding as standard,

but this is a standard wedding.

It was at a hotel in a banquet

hall with a ballroom and chandeliers and centerpieces

and all indoors.

And it's not necessarily a standard wedding for

us.

Like we deal with these weddings all the

time as well, but it's, it's out of

our comfort zone.

I would say it's, it's challenging.

We find these weddings pretty much everything took

place indoors.

It was very much about the pageantry.

We had to dig really deep in order

to find interest in this wedding, in order

to find the emotion and the connections.

And that took a lot of hard work

on our part.

So in that, in that respect, I think

it's a really good wedding for you guys

to watch because there's, there's not a ton

of emotion up on the surface.

You'll see us having to work really hard

to find that and get our cameras in

positions to, to, to bring that out of

the scene.

Yeah.

I think for all the reasons that we

found it super challenging is what it's going

to make it relatable for most of us,

right?

We've all, we can all identify with these

sorts of challenging situations and challenging environments.

Yeah.

So what we're going to do is we're

going to go through the wedding sequentially, starting

with the bride prep and going all the

way to the dance party at the end

of the day.

And we'll start with a basic sort of

our approach and philosophy, our strategy for each

section of the day, starting with bride prep.

And then you're going to get to see

behind the scenes footage of us actually working

those scenes and what it looks like behind

the scenes.

And keep in mind that you guys are

going to see every single frame straight out

of our cameras later on.

Once we get into the post wedding workflow

part of the course.

And also keep in mind, there was some

additional challenges with this wedding because it was

a COVID wedding.

We had to maintain social distancing.

We had to wear masks the whole time.

So there was, there was a lot of

challenges in that regard as well.

Right.

And so it's unique, but again, it is

what it is, right?

Those, those challenges are, um, are nothing changes

about our job, right?

Our job is to, or our approach.

Our job is to react to whatever it

is and tell that story.
