At tribal council, I did speak up about

how we need to start playing the game, and break up

this whole "we're a happy family" thing and start

getting these stronger players out.

I sort of tried to play it off

that I was just talking smack in tribal,

but am I lying? Yes, I'm lying.

I think that everything worked out the way it was supposed to.

That's for sure.

Sooner or later, we have to get rid of these guys,

or might as well give 'em the million dollars right now.

The relief to have made it

this far in this game is unexplainable.

but, so far, I've honestly been

playing a really scared game.

So now I got to take control of my own game.

And I got to push the votes where I want them to go.

I'm so grateful

that I am still here, 'cause, honestly,

the first five days, I thought I was going home

every single day.

It's a completely different game for me now.

is walking away with a million dollars.

I don't think Kyle and kamilla, for one second,

were gonna vote for me.

Another tribal council survived.

And this was definitely the sketchiest for me by far,

because I finally saw my name

on a piece of parchment today.

I think I got a pretty good read on them.

Mary and David are very close.

David told me that what he wants is Mary with us.

Tonight's tribal definitely

establishes more trust with David and Kyle.

And that alliance going forward

does seem pretty strong.

I've been wrong about everything this season,

because I was sure

that today we were gonna have time to paint a tribe flag.

Apparently, Jeff has no interest in us

painting anything anymore. He's like,

So that's what tree mail felt like today.

Divide into pairs before you depart."

How do we want to do the pairs? We could do a schoolyard pick.

There was a good bit of awkward silence from everybody,

trying to figure out,

"how are we going to do this? What's the best way

for me without looking like it's the best way for me?"

It's, really kind of a cat-and-mouse game.

Who's gonna speak up first?

Well, I think we need to decide whether it's random or selected.

I think that's the first decision.

I mean, speak up, 'cause this is our future.

At this point, I think my number one is Kyle.

But I don't want people to know that me and Kyle

are working closely together.

Of course, Joe grabs Eva.

Like, how is that fair that the two strongest people

pair up?

But again, they're running the show. And I'm

I'm not gonna sit back.

I can't sit back and let them run the show.

I'm just not playing that way.

I was, like, sleeping on the beach, down further.

Now that we know we have an immunity challenge, we're all

kind of coming together

to figure out who we want to get rid of.

And yesterday, while we were at the civa camp,

there was a little side talk

with Chrissy that I overheard,

where she was saying that it should be shauhin,

that these strong people are banding together.

They need to start picking that off.

"Everyone's here talking about playing with trust."

And she's like, "I want to play the game.

I didn't come out here to be trusting."

And she even said at tribal council last night

that she wants to play survivor.

And that's lying and backstabbing

and all these things.

Yeah.

Yeah.

She said my name. I'm down for her to go.

We have created a very strong, loyal group

of five people that I trust that are all big threats.

Plus Mary, that's six.

If we get Chrissy tonight, I think that definitely

- solidifies our six. - Yeah.

That makes us really tough to stop.

- Yeah. - Yeah.

Chrissy is the kind of person

who will come in and try to bust up what we've built.

And I don't want to play with someone like that.

It's just so hard

'cause everyone has all these new relationships.

And you're like, "well, am I still good with you?"

- Yeah. "Do you remember me?" - "Or are you.

- "Have you moved on, or..." - Yeah.

You know?

It's gonna be a big uphill battle, but

at this point in the game,

I'm trying to play as aggressive as possible.

It's like the first day of a new school year,

and you're eating lunch in the cafeteria.

And you're like, do you eat with your old friends

- from last year or do you... - My god.

- That is a great analogy. - Like,

"somebody eat with me."

At the moment, the original civa have five votes.

All of us have an opportunity to make some moves,

if I can get all the original members

back together.

I know each of us have to do

what's best for each of us,

but we have, for sure, five of us.

And then if you have Mary, that's six votes.

And if all of us don't make a move now,

then we're just gonna be at the very bottom.

Yeah.

Mitch is looking to make a move with old civa.

However, right now, I see a clear path to victory

with the strong five.

And Mitch isn't really part of that alliance.

I don't know, man. Like, this one's tough.

But, like, we have the numbers to get out a lagi.

I need to start

thinking about who I can win against.

And right now, the three former lagi.

Joe, shauhin and Eva

are the ones calling the shots.

So I really

do want to get some of those people out now,

so I can just be free to play my game.

if we keep on getting rid of people

I was gonna let someone say my name at some point.

shauhin was the first person to say a name

and he said my name, so I was kind of shocked.

Shauhin, kamilla's story from day one has been,

"I suck at everything.

I'm picked last for everything."

We all know that clearly can't be true,

because we've gotten to know her,

but it's still the same story.

So what made you say kamilla's name?

I don't know.

We had, like, a little eye contact,

and I kind of thought, like, she'd be down.

And if you're down, then let's do it, and, I don't know.

You throw all kinds of weird stuff at us,

so it's not like picking someone who's big or strong

or this or that is gonna matter out here, so...

The last two pairs are out, no shot at immunity.

For the second stage,

you'll use those puzzle steps to build a steep staircase.

Once you're to the top,

you'll cross a rope bridge using planks.

The first two pairs to finish

move on to the next round.

Last pair out, no shot at immunity.

For the final round, your pair is no more.

You are now four individuals competing against each other

in a survivor classic.

You're gonna hold on to a pole

for as long as you can.

There is no way I'm losing this challenge."

And when I found out there was tacos on the line, too,

I was like,

"there is no shot in hell that I'm not there for that."

After the challenge,

Chrissy and I are in this weird limbo, purgatory

or whatever you want to call it.

Because we're not in the top four,

so we don't get the tacos and the reward.

But we're also not in the bottom group of four people

who are now on a journey and they have to risk their vote.

Like, 'cause they're all losing their votes,

or we have to assume.

- We have to do it now. - Yeah.

I-I... I can't...

- We can't let Joe and Eva run this game. - Yeah.

Eva and Joe are going to be a friggin' duo.

She's going to be lost without friggin' Joe.

My only concern is if-if, she gives him the idol

'cause she's safe.

Yeah, that's the only concern.

Yeah, and I... Chrissy just wants to take a shot.

In her own words, she wants to go down swinging.

But I've been teeing up shauhin

as sort of a very easy vote.

I know that he's a very good liar

and a great survivor player.

Whereas Joe,

"the head of the snake," as Chrissy calls him

we've developed a great relationship,

and he shoots it to me straight.

It all depends on who comes back with what, right?

Yeah.

While I am willing to take a shot,

I don't even know if that really makes sense for me,

so, it's hard.

Yeah, I know. It's just stressful.

- This is friggin' stressful today. - I know.

Especially because the people

who I need to make that move

kamilla and Mitch... could possibly lose their vote.

When you want to pull off a move as airtight as I want to,

you need some certainty, at least with the vote.

So I have to wait for them to get back.

So, the four of us pull up in this boat

to this beach, and all I was thinking was,

"I can't lose my vote."

But also,

I definitely need Mitch to keep his vote,

because I need him as a number so we can flip this game

on the big guys who are running it.

Okay.

How this game works is,

there's gray balls, there's red balls

that are in the chute.

At the end of the chute,

you have the option to either pick up

one or two balls and put them in your chute.

The first person to have

three red balls in their chute loses their vote.

Now we see the dreaded red ball.

So now, you're trying to figure out, "okay.

How do I avoid the red ball?"

You're doing math, trying to figure out,

"should I take one here or two here?"

And you can feel it kind of building,

'cause that red one's coming.

Someway, somehow, I end up

getting the red ball, and I'm like, "okay",

but there's just one?"

There's still some room to get out of this.

So, when I see that Mitch had one red ball,

I get pretty nervous, 'cause I'm like,

"we need to start working together here.

"We need to make sure that star is the one

that gets three, and it's not either of us,"

because she already had one red ball.

So, me and Mitch are making eye contact

to try and get the red balls to fall on star.

In this game, you can definitely help or hurt

the people after you.

So, every move I'm making, I'm trying to think

about me and kamilla.

Here's when the game gets crazy.

Now there's two gray balls and two red balls.

So, now, kamilla has the option

of grabbing just one ball,

but she takes two balls, leaving me with the red ball.

So, now, I get a second red ball.

Now, I'm like, "okay, here we go."

- Yeah, we're all about to take one. - Yeah.

You're good.

As the game goes on, everybody has

at least one, and star has two.

My god, bro.

This game is stressful,

and getting one of those red balls is like, "crap.

If I get two more of these, I'm done."

Once again, it depends, really, on kamilla.

So there's two gray balls and one red ball.

So in this moment right now,

kamilla can really save me, 'cause right now,

I'm pretty much a sitting duck.

I'm sorry, star. I just want to get this game over with.

This journey went exactly the way I wanted it to.

Star ended up losing her vote, and

I am so happy to have my vote,

so happy Mitch has his vote, because now we have the numbers

to make a move tonight.

We walk in, and it was just

everything I had been imagining.

And you got to remember, I've only had one

pastry reward in, like, 15 days.

My god.

It was beautiful.

And it was everything. It was beans,

it was rice, it was chicken, steaks, tacos.

This is the most epic thing I've ever been a part of.

And so, I quickly stuff it right in my pants.

So happy it was you two.

I could have shown it to my allies right then and there.

But with everyone having such public knowledge of my idol,

it might be nice

to have something that's private knowledge to me.

Yo, there's some talk.

- Yeah, we need to... - Really?

Even more important than the food itself

are the people at that table.

These are three people

that are strong in my alliance.

I have Joe and Eva. They're part of the strong five.

And then I have my girl Mary. I mean, we've been

hitting the ground running since the tribe swap.

First, first, let me get this out of the way. So,

how much do you trust sh-shauhin?

- Well... - You need to look me in the eye

- and, like, be honest. - Like, honest.

I mean, he has been, 1,000% my dude.

Okay.

Yeah.

Shauhin, kamilla... they paired up today.

Makes me think they're working together.

And that's what's got me a little worried.

And if you're shauhin, and if you're kamilla,

and you want to win this game, what do you have to do?

You have to do something right now or in the next round.

And also, if I may, he's smart enough

to know that when it comes to the three of you guys,

he's the odd man out.

So, rather than Chrissy,

what do you guys think about kamilla?

Chrissy might be the obvious vote,

but what about kamilla?

Right now, I'm a little wary of shauhin,

because obviously,

we know that he's working with kamilla

because we saw them working in the challenge.

On top of that, shauhin might have an idol.

So, if shauhin actually is working

with kamilla, there's one easy way to solve this,

and that is to get kamilla out.

I don't like hearing that. Why do you guys think that?

I feel like kamilla is a safer vote.

one of the biggest threats in the game.

is telling me that he is

and I think this is one thing

I'm gonna keep secret.

Everything else about my whole game is very public.

My tightest alliance with Joe.

Like, everybody knows that he's my buddy.

My idol... everybody knows about it.

But this is a chance for me to have something additional

to add to my game that nobody will know about

that I can use to my advantage only.

There's, like, a whole new plan.

They want kamilla.

Big day today.

Starts early in the morning with a three-stage challenge

that Eva pulls out. But then everybody separates.

Four people go on a reward.

Four people are fighting to keep their vote.

Two people go back to camp.

Kyle, you're already shaking your head.

- It's been a long day, Jeff. - Really?

Yeah, sorry, but what was your question?

Well, I was really just...

That's kind of what I was gonna ask.

There was so much happening.

- So, what's it been like? - Yeah.

So many elements to this game. Journeys,

you know, physicality, people.

And I think there were just way more conversations

than we're used to having on the beach.

Maybe we're all getting better at playing this game,

but when you have a day like this,

it can take a toll on you to have all of these conversations.

Mary, what was today like for you?

It feels like the conversations have been going

north, south, west, east, northeast, southwest,

east-west, east-east.

I don't even friggin' know.

- Wow. - And to make matters more complicated,

you know, you think you have something

figured out with people who you think you can trust.

And then last minute, boom... something changes.

And then, boom... we're here.

And then, boom... you're asking us what are we thinking?

It's a lot of booms, not enough time to talk.

Wow. Star, give me some insight, because

- I'm hearing... - I'll tell you.

You look to the right, you see

people talking at camp. You look down,

you see people talking at the beach.

You look to the left, somebody's talking at their hammock.

And then you see a single one person laying down.

It was like, "nobody talking to you?"

Then, you got to run it back again.

- Wow. - Now the person that was, like,

talking to me, going back again, and trying to find

somebody to talk to.

And all I can say is, well, I'll be damned.

- Nailed it, bro. - Crushed it.

You got no vote. You got nothing but time.

How about for you, kamilla?

Did you have conversations with everybody?

I don't think I had the same type of conversations

as everybody, 'cause it sounds like there is a group of people

who were flip-flopping back and forth,

back and forth, back and forth.

But I wasn't causing any flip-flopping, I'm pretty sure.

So I mean, if you're looking for a steady alliance member,

come to me.

David, with all the chaos

of today, what does that say about

where the relationships are with ten people still in the game?

There's a lot of different directions

that people can choose to go right now tonight.

And I think that's what this is all about.

You know, you look around, you've made all these friends,

and there's people that want to move forward with you.

And right now is a crucial part of the game.

And so that's why you have to assume

people are gonna play their best game.

They're gonna make their best move.

And you have to try and figure out what that is.

And that's survivor.

Chrissy, that is speaking your language.

You did say at the last tribal council, "I want to play."

Yeah, Jeff, I came out here

to win a million dollars. I'm not out here

to chum it up and be like, "yeah."

You know, like, it's time to play the game.

And I just see where this is going.

I'm looking a couple steps ahead, and I see

these strong players taking over the game.

And there's gonna come a point

where they're gonna be unstoppable.

And I want to cause awareness

to people that these guys are kicking ass.

And we can either sit there

or we can start playing the game.

I just want people to feel uncomfortable like I do.

That's all. And it's no malice.

It's no, "I don't like you," or whatever.

You know, I want them to feel the way I feel.

But Jeff, no one knows

how we feel inside. Like, she might

feel uncomfortable, and she's assuming

that the rest of us don't or do.

So I'm gonna assume we're all uncomfortable.

'Cause we don't know. Like, for me,

sure, I'm gonna act like a duck.

But underneath, I'm churning.

It's just the nature of this game and understand like, hey,

at any moment, any one of us could go. That's just

We definitely have different opinions.

And we're definitely playing two different ways

you can play this game.

I mean, you guys are beasts, you know? Like...

to sit and watch them run me over.

and not let these big, you know, Superman guys

This is nobody else's perspective but mine, you know?

I think it's funny that it's such a taboo

for Chrissy for the strong guys to get together.

But we have people who get together based off gender,

people who get together based off strategists

and social players. Why now is she so upset

that the one season the strong guys say "enough is enough"

that she's all up in arms?

Well, I'm not up in arms. I'm just saying, it's-it's...

It's hard to watch, you know, this-this takeover.

As opposed to season after season

where we get used as shields?

I'm not on that season, though, David.

- I know. - I'm on this season, you know?

And you got caught in the wrong season,

because we said enough is enough.

You know what, I go for you strong guys.

It's annoying because it's, like, everyone else can

- well, I'm not gonna sit back... - form an alliance except for us.

No, I'm just not gonna sit back

and watch it, is what I'm saying.

I'm not gonna sit back, I'm gonna fight.

That's all I'm doing is putting up my Dukes

- and fighting. - And so are we.

- And so are we. - Okay. All right.

Everyone's just trying to play the game here.

You can't fault them for trying to play the game.

That's the only game they can play.

Let them try and play the game. And I will say,

some of you guys are doing a horrible job

at jury management.

Wow.

And that applies to Chrissy, though, too.

Right, and I'm letting everybody play the game.

Yeah. I don't think she's getting upset.

- I'm not stopping anybody. - Well, you seem to be upset

that it's just not working in your favor.

No, I'm not upset about it at all.

I'm just saying how I feel.

Seems like people are getting upset,

and I'm just trying to

let them understand how I feel and how I'm viewing the game.

Chrissy, it seems that you're saying

the threat comes from winning challenges.

Winning challenges and bonds. You know,

the typical survivor couple get together,

and they're super tight. I'm afraid of them.

You know, like, that's-that's not me being upset.

- Which two? - Joe and Eva.

They're a tight couple, and every other season,

they're a target, you know?

All of a sudden, this season, it's okay to be bondy

and not hide how tight you are.

So, yeah, I'm gonna try

to find the crack and do something.

I should have just stayed at home and watched it on TV.

So kamilla, what did you do today

to try to make sure it's not you tonight?

Just trust in the alliances

that I hope I've formed.

I've been voting a certain way

the last couple of tribal councils

and I hope I was able to prove to those people that

I am on their side and I am a vote for them

and I'm not gonna flip on them or anything like that.

Mitch, given everything that's been said tonight,

do you come into tribal rock solid

or are you always listening and trying to deduce,

"maybe what I think the truth is is not the truth"?

You have to come in to tribal council

with a plan,

but this game is extremely cutthroat,

and you want to stay loyal to the people

that you're loyal to, but

what I've learned thus far is

you can't save everyone.

Kyle, is it a bit of a calculated risk?

Do you look and say, "I'm not gonna go for it tonight",

- I'm gonna make this move instead"? - Yeah. I think

you're always calculating the risk. You have to.

We're not pieces out here.

There are so many variables in this game

that you have to think about all of the options,

and that's hard, because sometimes,

the option that you choose

maybe isn't the one that you even want.

You know, you're kind of physically beaten down.

Things are emotional. These things matter and they change,

but at the end of the day, we're all playing this game to win,

and you have to make the decision

that's right for you.
