In my relationship

I had him by my side,

we could conquer anything.

just realizing

a lot of different things

that turned out
to be untruths.

He wouldn't tell me
what our finances were.

I'm not gonna let
a foreclosure notice

come to my house,
and I can't pay it.

- So, I wanted to make sure,

if it happens,
I have the money

to help us do
what we need to do.

I felt the need to file
when I did

to protect assets.

Our home is
very important to me.

It literally was
what we both wanted

when we envisioned
the future,

and, you know, I have
definitely made it a home.

But both of us have
50-50 interest in the house.

So, him now saying he doesn't
want me to film in my home

is an issue.

- The court gave you the right
to live in the house,

so we're gonna try
to do an extra document

that says the court
is telling

anyone that wants
to film in the house

that you have the full right
to do that.

- So, we're just gonna
go ahead and file it

as an emergency request

so that the court
can say, hey,

this is imp-impacting
her longevity,

her ability to earn income.

Right.

Because Simon sent
a cease and desist,

I can't film in the house.

You don't play with
where I make my money.

Don't do that.

It's not that I was sitting here
like some dumb little wife

and just enjoying some money.

No, I actually
asked my husband,

"What is going on?
Why, when we go to the airport,

do we have to stand
in secondary line?

Why do we continuously have
to go through these issues?"

But just so happened,
all of this information

that I had asked him about,
and he lied about,

came out,
about him being--

him not having
a-a real green card,

and him trying
to get citizenship,

and fraud information
from back in the day,

and scamming.

My back was
so against the wall.

The only way for you
to really protect yourself,

at the end of the day,
if you have a prenup,

is to enforce it,

and you only enforce it
by doing a divorce.

For me, in our relationship,
I used to pride myself

on us having
great communicate,

and when communication
started to lack,

it felt intentional.

We actually had a bad argument
on Valentine's Day.

But, you know, when you're
married, I'm old school.

You don't go out and tell people
what's going on in your house.

I know it looks like,
to many people,

like, oh, she posted
this perfect life,

but I look back,
and I can think to myself

I definitely posted this
knowing we're not okay.

- There's been some bad stuff
that has been out there,

and you've just
taken the high road.

Always take the high road,

it's good life advice,
